BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cooling body-worn tool that improves fatigue and swelling by fixing to a part of the body and simply compressing and cooling the part, and a method of using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Many products are known to cool each part of the body and relieve fatigue and swelling. For example, gel sheets that use the heat of vaporization of water to cool the feet are improved. Has been. A cooling bag is also known in which a coolant and water or a hydrated salt are isolated and packaged, mixed and cooled during use.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional cooling sheet uses the heat of vaporization of water vapor due to the body temperature of the skin and has a refreshing feeling, but the cooling ability is weak, and the improvement effect on fatigue and swelling is not sufficient. In addition, the cooling bag that separates the coolant from the water or hydrated salt, wraps it, mixes it and cools it when it is used has a high cooling capacity, but improves the blood flow at the site where fatigue and swelling occur only by cooling. The effect to do is not enough.
[0004]
Further, since these products are disposable, they are discarded as garbage every time, which is not preferable from the viewpoint of effective use of resources.
An object of the present invention is to solve such problems of the prior art, and to provide a cooling body-worn device that is highly effective in improving fatigue and swelling and that can be used repeatedly, and a method for using the same. And
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, water and carbon dioxide, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, dimethyl ether, methane, ethane, and propane are added to a bag made of a packaging material having a moisture permeability of 10.0 g / m 2 · 24 hr or less. A cooling body wearing tool is constituted by a cooling bag in which one or more gases selected from butane are sealed, and means for fixing the cooling bag to the body.
[0006]
When the cooling body wearing device of the present invention is cooled, the volume of the gas in the cooling bag contracts due to the temperature drop, and the solubility of the gas in water increases. As a result, the cooling bag shrinks, and at the same time, the content components are kept cold. If this body wearing device is fixed to a part of the body, the cooling effect of the cooling bag and the effect of compressing the body wearing part due to the body's cooling and body temperature can be used synergistically. Blood flow is greatly improved. Moreover, it becomes possible to repeatedly use this body wearing tool by keeping it cold after use again.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The gas sealed in the cooling bag in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the volume is reduced by a decrease in temperature. Carbon dioxide (carbon dioxide), ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide gas, sulfur dioxide (sulfurous acid gas), dimethyl ether gas Methane gas, ethane gas, propane gas, butane gas and the like. Of these, carbon dioxide is preferred.
[0008]
In addition, a freezing point depressant can be added to the content components as necessary in order to improve the cold insulation effect and the like. For example, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, ammonium nitrate, urea, sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, sodium thiosulfate, sodium chlorate, potassium permanganate, sodium carbonate, sodium sulfate, disodium phosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, boric acid, tartaric acid, Citric acid, erythritol, sorbitol, carboxymethylcellulose, glycerin, polyethylene glycol, agar and the like can be mentioned. Of these, sodium chloride, urea, and ammonium nitrate are preferable.
[0009]
As a material constituting the cooling bag, when the gas contained in the bag is harmful or flammable, in consideration of safety, the moisture permeability specified by JIS Z0208 (40 ° C., 90% rh) is 10 A packaging material of 0.0 g / m 2 · 24 hr or less is preferable. The material constituting the bag is not particularly limited, and for example, a single layer or a multilayer film made of a synthetic resin film such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, etc., metal foil is laminated on these, metal, silica, aluminum oxide is used. Examples include vapor deposited films. Of these, a film obtained by laminating a metal foil or depositing metal, silica, and aluminum oxide is preferable. Further, by coating the outside of the bag with natural fiber, synthetic fiber woven fabric, non-woven fabric, pulp or the like, a better feel can be obtained.
[0010]
Examples of means for fixing the cooling bag to a part of the body such as an arm, a leg, and a shoulder include a hook-and-loop fastener, a string, a band, and a tape. The method for attaching these fixing means to the bag is not particularly limited, and for example, it can be attached by heat sealing, tape, glue, adhesive, hot melt, stitching, or the like.
This fixing means may be detachably attached to the cooling bag by a button, a hook, a hook-and-loop fastener or the like. When the fixing means is detachable from the cooling bag, the cooling bag can be easily cooled and kept in a freezer by removing the fixing means.
[0011]
As water and gas sealed in the cooling bag in the present invention, water and gas may be enclosed directly in the bag, but gas is generated by a chemical reaction in the bag or cooled by an endothermic reaction. May be.
When a chemical reaction is caused in the cooling bag, the reaction components are separated and stored in the bag so that the next two reactions do not proceed.
(1) an endothermic reaction by mixing water and / or a hydrated salt with a coolant that absorbs heat and absorbs heat;
(2) Reaction accompanied by gas generation by mixing a salt of a strong acid and a weak acid, or a salt of a strong alkali and a weak alkali.
By taking such a configuration, the bag volume can be made compact, and the transportability and storage properties until the first use can be improved. In this case, the endothermic reaction and gas generation reaction proceed by mixing the components of reactions (1) and (2) at the first use. Therefore, it is not necessary to keep cold at the first use.
[0012]
The coolant for reaction (1) is not particularly limited as long as it exhibits a cooling action by endothermic reaction when mixed with water. For example, ammonium nitrate, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate, diammonium hydrogen phosphate, ammonium metavanadate Inorganic ammonium salts such as ammonium chloride, ammonium bromide, and ammonium iodide, and urea. Of these, ammonium nitrate and urea are preferable.
[0013]
Moreover, as a hydrate salt of reaction (1), sodium carbonate decahydrate, sodium carbonate heptahydrate, sodium sulfate decahydrate, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate etc. are mentioned, for example.
[0014]
The reaction (2) involving gas generation by mixing a strong acid and weak acid salt or a strong alkali and weak alkali salt is not particularly limited as long as gas generation is involved. For example, the following known reaction may be performed. Can be used.
1) An organic acid such as succinic acid and sodium bicarbonate are mixed to generate carbon dioxide.
2) Mix hydrochloric acid and sodium sulfite to generate sulfurous acid gas.
3) Hydrogen sulfide gas is generated by mixing hydrochloric acid and sodium sulfide.
4) Mix sodium hydroxide and ammonium chloride to generate ammonia.
[0015]
The four components that are the raw materials for these two reactions are isolated and sealed in a bag so that no endothermic reaction or gas generation reaction occurs. For example, when the gas generation reaction is a salt of a strong acid and a weak acid, preferably (A) a coolant and (B) water; (C) a strong acid and (D) a salt of a weak acid do not react until use during storage. The components (A) and (B) are separated and sealed so that the three components (B), (C) and (D) do not contact. Thus, for example, component (C) or (D) can be encapsulated as an aqueous solution together with component (B).
Further, when the hydrated salt of (D) is used as component (B), it can also serve as component (D). In that case, components (A), (B) and (C) 3 Separate and enclose the components so that they do not come into contact. For example, when separating into two chambers, the component (B) can be sealed in one chamber and the components (A) and (C) can be sealed in the other chamber.
[0016]
The amount of each component enclosed can be appropriately determined according to the target cooling temperature, cooling time, bag volume, etc., but water and / or hydrated salt is 0.1 weight of the coolant as the amount of water to react. It is preferably 2 times or more, particularly 2 to 10 times by weight. The amount of water to be reacted is preferably 1 to 100 times by weight of strong acid and weak acid salts or strong alkali and weak alkali salts.
The amount of the strong acid and weak acid salt, or the strong alkali and weak alkali salt enclosed is appropriately determined from the relationship between the gas generated by these reactions and the volume of the bag to be sealed. The ratio of the weak alkali salt to is preferably 0.1 to 10 times by weight. The pH of the liquid in which the four components are mixed is preferably acidic to weakly alkaline, particularly
As a method of isolating and encapsulating these components, it can be performed by a conventional method, for example, a method in which the cooling bag is formed into a double bag structure that constitutes an outer bag and an inner bag, and a partition is provided in the cooling bag. A method of separating into two or more rooms is possible.
[0017]
When the cooling bag has a double bag structure, the film that forms the inner layer is one that is relatively weak compared to the film that forms the outer bag. The strength required to break the bag when the strength required for use is added. Moreover, such a strength may be sufficient as the seal part of an inner bag. For example, the component (B) is filled in the inner bag, and the components (A), (C) and (D) are sealed in the outer bag and sealed; the components (B) and (C) or (D) are sealed in the inner bag. A cooling bag having a double bag structure can be obtained by, for example, a method in which components (A) and (C) or (D) are sealed in an outer bag and sealed.
[0018]
In addition, when the cooling bag is separated into two or more chambers, the film that forms the partition is used with a relatively weak strength compared to other parts of the film. It is necessary to have the same strength. In order to isolate into two chambers, for example, component (B) is sealed in one chamber and components (A), (C) and (D) are sealed in another chamber; components (B) and (C) or A cooling bag is obtained by sealing (D) the components (A) and (C) or (D) in another chamber. In order to isolate into three or more chambers, for example, component (B) is sealed in the first chamber, components (A) and (D) are sealed in the second chamber, and component (C) is sealed in the third chamber; The method etc. which seal (D) to one chamber, respectively are mentioned.
[0019]
When these cooling bags are used, the inner bag or the partition wall is hit, pressed, folded, pulled, etc., and the four components (A) to (D) are mixed in the sealed bag. Thereby, (A) and (B) react and a cooling action is obtained, and at the same time, gas is generated by the reaction of components (C) and (D), and the bag is inflated.
[0020]
The cooling bag of the present invention can be provided with a mechanism that automatically removes the pressure in consideration of the safety aspect when the compression of the part to which the cooling body device of the present invention is attached is too strong. Specifically, a gas absorbing portion containing a gas absorbent is provided separately in the cooling bag, and the sealing strength of the two separating portions is relatively weak, like the inner bag seal of the double bag described above. Set. When excessive gas is generated when using the tool, the separating portion is released using the expansion force, the gas absorbent in the gas absorbing portion absorbs the gas, and the pressure is automatically released.
As the gas absorbent component, when the gas in the sealed bag is carbon dioxide gas, hydrogen sulfide gas, sulfurous acid gas, for example, alkali such as sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, calcium oxide is preferable, and the gas in the sealed bag is In the case of ammonia gas, acids such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid and the like are preferable. When the gas in the sealing bag is dimethyl ether gas, methane gas, ethane gas, propane gas, or butane gas, an organic solvent that is liquid at room temperature, such as hexane, heptane, octane, nonane, decane, ethanol, or the like is preferable.
[0021]
When the cooling body wearing device of the present invention is used on a part of a body, a temperature adjusting material can be used in combination for the purpose of adjusting the cooling action as required. The temperature adjusting material is not particularly limited as long as it can relax the temperature when cooling is too strong, and examples thereof include pulp, nonwoven fabric, woven fabric, plastic, and rubber. Examples of the method of using the temperature adjusting material include: (1) winding the temperature adjusting material around the body and fixing the cooling body device tool of the present invention to the site from above (2) using the temperature adjusting material as the tool of the present invention. (3) Fix the temperature control material to the body after attaching it to the body wearing tool by means of heat sealing, tape, glue, adhesive, hot melt, stitching, etc. Can be given.
[0022]
Moreover, when fixing the cooling body mounting tool of the present invention to a part of the body, a drug layer can be used in combination on the surface that directly contacts the skin or indirectly through clothing or the like. Examples of such drugs include acidic mucopolysaccharides, chamomile extract, horse chestnut extract, ginkgo biloba extract, hamamelis extract, vitamin E, nicotinic acid derivatives, alkaloid compounds and the like blood circulation promoters; flavone derivatives, naphthalene sulfonic acid derivatives, Swelling improvers such as anthocyanidins, vitamin P, quince extract, concolitic acid, terminaria extract; aminophylline, tea extract, caffeine, xanthine derivative, dextran sulfate derivative, anthocyanidin, organic iodine compound, hypericum grass extract, citrus grass extract, Slimming agents such as horsetail extract, ginseng extract, licorice extract, thiomcase, hyaluronidase; indomethacin, d1-camphor, ketoprofen, pepper extract, piroxy Painkillers such as lavender, rosemary, citron, juniper, peppermint, eucalyptus, bergamot, ylang ylang, rosewood, orange, etc. 1 or 2 The above can be used.
When these drug layers are used in combination, for example, (1) a patch, plaster or the like containing the above-mentioned drug is applied to the body, and then the device of the present invention is fixed to the site, (2) drug For example, after the layer is wound around the device, the device is fixed to the body. Moreover, (3) The above-mentioned temperature control material can be impregnated with these chemicals, and a material that serves as both the temperature control material and the drug layer can be used in combination with the tool of the present invention.

【The invention's effect】
The body wearing tool for cooling of the present invention cools the wearing part of the body by keeping the wearing tool cool and then fixing the wearing tool to a calf or the like, and compresses the wearing part by the expansion of the gas stored in the cooling bag. The pressure is released by removing the wearing tool after a certain period of time, and then the release effect is obtained. Therefore, a high blood flow improvement effect is obtained by the synergistic effect of the cooling effect and the pressure release by the cooling bag, and the fatigue and swelling of the body can be remarkably improved. In addition, when used in combination with a temperature control material or a drug layer, it is possible to exhibit a further excellent improvement effect.
The cooling body wearing device of the present invention can be used repeatedly, and has high practical value in terms of preventing the effective use of resources and the generation of waste.
