JP-A-4-364850 [Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-364651 [Patent Document 3]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-227841
As a method of filling the contents into these multi-chamber plastic pouches, (1) as shown in FIG. 7, filling the other end of the pouch with the easily peelable partition portion of the pouch closed at one end opened. After filling the first storage chamber with the contents from the mouth (FIG. 7A), seal the easily peelable partition (FIG. 7B), and after filling the contents from the same filling port into the second storage chamber, the filling port Is sealed (see FIGS. 7C and 7D).
However, in this method, when the first storage chamber is filled with the contents, the contents adhere to the opened easily peelable partition portion, and the partition portion is sealed by sealing the impurities when the partition portion is sealed. The part may be incomplete.
[0005]
As another filling method, (2) as shown in FIG. 8, both ends of a multi-chamber plastic pouch partitioned by an easily peelable partition portion are opened, and the contents are transferred from one end to the first storage chamber. After filling, the filling port is sealed (FIG. 8A), the pouch is inverted, the contents are filled from the other end of the pouch into the second storage chamber (FIG. 8B), and the filling port is sealed (FIG. 8C). is there.
Although this method does not seal contaminants on the easily peelable seal portion as in (1) above, a large mechanism for reversing the pouch is required. In addition, when filling the first storage chamber with a liquid, an impact at the time of filling such as holding the partition part with a clamp or the like to prevent the easily peelable partition part sealed at the time of filling from being peeled off. There is a disadvantage that it is necessary to relax, filling efficiency is lowered, and cost is increased.
[0006]
Further, as another filling method, (3) as shown in FIG. 9, after sealing the peripheral portion of the multi-chamber plastic pouch and the easily peelable partition portion, one side of the pouch is opened over the entire length. After filling the first storage chamber with the contents from the opened side (FIG. 9A), the second storage chamber is filled with the contents (FIG. 9B), and the filling ports of the first and second storage chambers are opened. There is a method of simultaneously sealing (FIG. 9C) (see
However, in this method, it is difficult to control the height of the filled contents, a specially-designed filling device is required, and when the first storage chamber is filled with liquid as in (2) above, Since it is necessary to protect the easily peelable partition portion at the time of filling, there is a disadvantage that the filling efficiency is lowered and the cost is increased.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the present invention eliminates the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, does not require a large-scale apparatus or process, and does not adversely affect the easily peelable partition portion, so that each storage room of the multi-room pouch can be used. It is an object of the present invention to provide a multi-chamber plastic pouch capable of efficiently filling the contents at low cost, and a method for filling the multi-chamber plastic pouch with the contents.

[0020]
As the first to third films constituting the multi-chamber plastic pouch of the present invention, the same kind or different kinds of single-layer or multi-layer plastic films are used. Such a plastic film is not particularly limited, and any of those usually used for pouches can be used. However, a plastic film having a heat-sealing resin layer as at least the inner layer is used.
Examples of the plastic material suitable for constituting the plastic film include crystalline polypropylene, crystalline propylene-ethylene copolymer, crystalline polybutene-1, crystalline poly4-methylpentene-1, low-, medium-, Or polyolefins such as high-density polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), EVA saponified product, ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer (EEA), ion-crosslinked olefin copolymer (ionomer); polystyrene, styrene- Aromatic vinyl copolymers such as butadiene copolymers; vinyl halide polymers such as polyvinyl chloride and vinylidene chloride resins; polyacrylic resins; acrylonitrile-styrene copolymers, acrylonitrile-styrene-butadiene copolymers, etc. Nitrile polymer;
[0021]
Examples of heat-sealable plastic materials include known low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, medium-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, polypropylene, propylene-ethylene copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and ethylene-based materials. An olefin resin such as an olefin resin graft-modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride, a polyamide or copolyamide resin having a relatively low melting point or a low softening point, a polyester or copolyester resin, or a polycarbonate resin is used.
Films made of these plastic materials are used as unstretched or uniaxially or biaxially stretched films.
[0022]
The plastic film used in the multi-chamber plastic pouch of the present invention can be constituted by a single layer of these plastic films or by laminating two or more kinds, and one or more of these plastic films. And a metal foil such as aluminum, paper, cellophane, and the like can be laminated together.
In particular, in the case of contents requiring gas barrier properties, a resin having a resin layer such as polyvinylidene chloride resin, EVA saponified product, nylon or cyclic olefin copolymer, and a metal oxide vapor deposited film such as aluminum or silicon oxide. It is preferable to use a laminated film including a layer and a metal foil such as aluminum. When these laminated films are produced, an anchor agent made of an epoxy resin, a urethane resin, a polyethyleneimine resin, or the like can be interposed between the respective layers as necessary.
[0023]
In order to give rigidity and heat insulation to the film that constitutes the pouch, it is also possible to use films made of various synthetic resin foams, and additives such as titanium oxide, calcium carbonate, and carbon to various synthetic resins. A filled film can also be used. Whether the plastic film is a single layer or what kind of layer configuration it may be selected according to the properties of the contents filled in the pouch.
The plastic film can be produced by an ordinary method such as a casting method, a T-die method, a calendar method, or an inflation method. The laminated film can be produced by a conventional method such as dry lamination of a preformed film, coating on a substrate film, melt coextrusion.
[0024]
As the first to third films constituting the multi-chamber plastic pouch according to the present invention, at least one of the transparent films is used, and the easy-open partition part is opened by applying pressure to the pouch to store each film. It is preferable that the mixing state can be confirmed when the contents stored in the chamber are mixed.
In place of the transparent film, a laminated film in which a transparent film and a gas barrier material such as a metal foil such as aluminum are peeled and laminated is used, and the gas barrier is stored in the pouch when storing the pouch. It is also preferable that the metal foil or the like is peeled off and made transparent when mixing the contents so that the mixed state can be confirmed.
[0025]
The multi-chamber plastic pouch of the present invention is suitably used for storing contents composed of a plurality of components that are separated and stored during storage and mixed and used during use. Such contents include, for example, powders or solid antibiotics, anticancer agents, steroids, vitamins, etc., and combinations thereof, and a plurality of liquids that cause a chemical reaction when mixed. And a combination of drugs.
And as a kind of contents stored in a multi-room pouch, in addition to pharmaceuticals and medical infusions, two-component adhesives, hair dyes, detergents, bleaches, and the like can be mentioned.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
In the multi-chamber plastic pouch of the present invention, the content adheres to the easily-releasable partition section that divides a plurality of storage chambers without the need for a large-scale apparatus or process when filling the contents, or the impact during filling Therefore, it is possible to prevent the easily peelable partition portion from being peeled off, and to efficiently fill the respective storage chambers with the contents at low cost.
Moreover, it becomes possible to efficiently fill the pouch with a combination of the contents requiring heat sterilization and the contents desired to avoid heating at low cost.
