上記目的を達成するため、請求項1に記載の発明は、合成樹脂製の第1部材に形成されたリブと、該第1部材の周縁の一部を沿うように配される合成樹脂製の第2部材にリブ状に形成されてなる被支持部材とが、密接した状態でクリップにより挟持されることで、車体部材に固定されてなり、前記被支持部材の端末部には、貫通孔を形成してなり、前記リブの端末部には、該貫通孔を経て前記クリップを撓ませ得る突起を形成してなることを特徴とする。
