Description
Claims (9)
- 動力伝達機構に、動力伝達可能な状態と動力伝達を遮断する状態とに切換えるために組み込まれる油圧アクチュエータの油圧制御装置であって、
油圧ポンプからの油を、油圧を所定の設定圧に調圧するレギュレータ弁と、一方向弁と、油圧アクチュエータの作動を制御する制御弁とを介して油圧アクチュエータに供給するように構成された油圧回路を備え、この油圧回路は、一方向弁と制御弁とを結ぶ給油路に接続される、油圧アクチュエータの作動に必要な油圧を蓄圧可能なアキュムレータと、レギュレータ弁のドレン側に接続される動力伝達機構の潤滑用の油路とを備えるものにおいて、
給油路の油圧を監視する油圧監視手段と、
レギュレータ弁の設定圧を低圧側と高圧側に切換自在な油圧切換手段と、
レギュレータ弁の設定圧が油圧監視手段で監視される給油路の油圧に応じて低圧側と高圧側とに切換えられるように油圧切換手段を制御する制御手段とを備えることを特徴とする油圧アクチュエータの油圧制御装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記給油路の油圧が第1の所定圧を下回ったときに前記レギュレータ弁の設定圧を高圧側に切換え、給油路の油圧が第1の所定圧より高く設定される第2の所定圧を上回る状態になったときにレギュレータ弁の設定圧を低圧側に切換えるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の油圧アクチュエータの油圧制御装置。
- 前記レギュレータ弁の前記低圧側の設定圧は、前記潤滑用の油路に設ける第2のレギュレータ弁の設定圧以上で、且つ、前記第1の所定圧より低く設定されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の油圧制御装置。
- 前記第1の所定圧は、前記アキュムレータの蓄圧が開始される蓄圧開始圧以上に設定されることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の油圧アクチュエータの油圧制御装置。
- 前記油圧アクチュエータが油圧摩擦係合要素で構成されると共に、前記蓄圧開始圧が油圧摩擦係合要素の必要トルク伝達容量を確保可能な油圧の下限圧よりも低く設定される場合は、前記第1の所定圧がこの下限圧以上に設定されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の油圧アクチュエータの油圧制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記油圧監視手段により前記給油路の油圧が前記第1の所定圧を下回ったことが検出されたときに、給油路の油圧を前記第2の所定圧以上に昇圧させるのに必要な時間に合わせて設定される所定時間だけ前記レギュレータ弁の設定圧を高圧側に保持するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2〜5の何れか1項に記載の油圧アクチュエータの油圧制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記油圧監視手段により前記給油路の油圧が前記第1の所定圧を下回っていることが検出されている状態で前記油圧ポンプを起動する場合は、給油路の油圧が第1の所定圧に昇圧され、更に、第1の所定圧に昇圧された時点から給油路の油圧を前記第2の所定圧以上に昇圧させるのに必要な時間に合わせて設定される所定時間経過するまで前記レギュレータ弁の設定圧を高圧側に保持するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2〜5の何れか1項に記載の油圧アクチュエータの油圧制御装置。
- 前記油圧アクチュエータが油圧摩擦係合要素で構成されると共に、前記動力伝達機構への入力トルクの大きさが変化する場合は、前記第1の所定圧が入力トルクの大きさに応じて可変されることを特徴とする請求項2〜5の何れか1項に記載の油圧アクチュエータの油圧制御装置。
- 前記第2の所定圧は、前記アキュムレータがフルに蓄圧される蓄圧完了圧以上に設定されることを特徴とする請求項2〜8の何れか1項に記載の油圧アクチュエータの油圧制御装置。
