[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This departureTomorrowThe detecting means for detecting the open state of the window is pivotally supported so as to be swingable around the vehicle longitudinal axis. And projecting from the above axis to the outside of the vehicleThis detection member has a detection memberThe protruding part ofDue to the fall of the windowIn contact with the windowBy configuring it to swing, you can increase the amount of wind down,,The degree of freedom when the detecting means is arranged inside the sliding door is improved, and the direction of inertial force applied to the detecting member when the sliding door is opened and closed differs from the swinging direction of the detecting member when the window open state is detected. The urging force against the detection member may be small, and the size of the window regulator and the sliding door can be reduced. And a transmission means for transmitting the detection output of the detection means to the regulation means,The transmission means is constituted by a transmission member, one end of the transmission member is disposed on the regulating means, and the other end of the transmission member is connected to the pivot portion of the detection member and the detection member by lowering the window.Projected part ofIs arranged between the abutting part that abuts the window and the above-mentioned transmission member is arranged in the middle part in the vehicle width direction as the space part of the sliding door without any interference with the impact bar, door trim, etc. An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle sliding door structure capable of improving the arrangement.
[0013]
According to the present invention, the detection means for detecting the open state of the window has a detection member pivotally supported around an axis in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and is configured to swing this detection member when the window is lowered. As a result, the amount of lowering of the window can be increased, the degree of freedom when the detection means is arranged inside the slide door is improved, and the direction of the inertial force applied to the detection member and the window open state are detected when the slide door is opened and closed. Since the urging direction of the detection member is different, the urging force to the detection member may be small, the size of the window regulator can be reduced and the sliding door can be reduced in weight. By forming the slidable portion of the vehicle, the detection member can be bent or broken from the bent portion at the time of a side collision of the vehicle, and a shock absorbing stroke can be secured. And an object thereof is to provide a structure.
[0014]

[0015]
Of this inventionOne embodimentIs,UpThe above-described transmission means is constituted by a wire, and this wire is arranged on the inner side of the vehicle than the impact bar, thereby preventing the wire from being operated unnecessarily at the time of a side collision of the vehicle and preventing malfunction of the regulating means. An object of the present invention is to provide a sliding door structure for a vehicle.
[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Of this inventionThe sliding door structure of the vehicleIn a vehicle capable of opening and closing a window provided on a slide door, a detection means for detecting the open state of the window, and a regulation for restricting the opening operation of the slide door when the open state of the window is detected by the detection means Means and a transmission means for transmitting the detection output of the detection means to the restriction means, the detection means,It is pivotally supported so that it can swing around the vehicle longitudinal axis. And projecting from around the shaft to the outside of the carDetection member, and the detection memberProjected part ofDue to the fall of the windowIn contact with the windowConfigured to swingThe transmission means is composed of a transmission member that mechanically transmits the detection output of the detection means, and one end of the transmission member is disposed on the regulating means, while the other end of the transmission member is a pivotal portion of the detection member. In addition, the protruding portion of the detection member is disposed between the window and the contact portion that contacts the window, and is connected to the detection member therebetween.
[0017]
Of this inventionIn the vehicle sliding door structure, the window provided on the sliding door is openable and closable, and when the opening state of the window is detected by the detecting means, A regulating means for regulating the opening operation of the sliding door; and a transmission means for transmitting the detection output of the detecting means to the regulating means. The detecting means is pivotably supported around an axis in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The detection member is configured to swing when the window is lowered, and the detection member has a bent portion.
[0018]
Of this inventionOne embodimentIs,UpThe detection member is urged to rotate in a direction opposite to the direction of rotation as the window descends, and contacts the urging member so that the side surface of the window is urged outward while the detection member is rotated by a predetermined angle. Held in stateIs.
[0019]
Of this inventionOne embodimentIs,UpThe transmission means is composed of a wire, and the wire is arranged on the inside of the impact bar.Is.
[0020]
[Action and effect of the invention]
This invention(Claim 1)Therefore, when the open state of the window is detected by the detecting means, the detection output of the detecting means is transmitted to the restricting means via the transmitting means, and the restricting means restricts the opening operation of the slide door. The passenger can be made aware that the window is open.
[0021]
In addition, the detection means described above is, Pivotally supported around the vehicle longitudinal axis and projecting from the axis to the outside of the vehicleThis detection member has a detection memberThe protruding part ofDue to the fall of the windowIn contact with the windowIt swings around the vehicle longitudinal axis.
[0022]
in this way,Since the detection member is oriented in the vehicle width direction, the amount of descending the window can be increased.,There is an effect of improving the degree of freedom when the detection means is arranged inside the slide door.
[0023]
Moreover, since the direction of the inertial force applied to the detection member when the sliding door is opened and closed is different from the swinging direction of the detection member when the window open state is detected, the detection member does not malfunction due to the inertial force described above. Therefore, the biasing force with respect to this detection member may be small.
[0024]
Therefore, it is possible to reduce the size of the window regulator and reduce the weight of the slide door, and to improve the door operability.
[0025]
Also,Since the above-mentioned transmission means is constituted by a transmission member, and the other end of the transmission member that connects between the detection means and the regulation means is disposed between the pivot portion and the contact portion of the detection member, The effect that the other end side can be arranged in the middle portion in the vehicle width direction as the space portion of the slide door without any interference with the impact bar, door trim, interior material, etc., and the arrangement can be improved. There is.
[0026]
According to the present invention (Claim 2), when the open state of the window is detected by the above-mentioned detecting means, the detection output of this detecting means is transmitted to the regulating means via the transmitting means, and this regulating means Since the opening operation of the sliding door is restricted, it is possible to make the passenger aware that the window is in the open state.
[0027]
The detection means includes a detection member that is pivotally supported around an axis in the vehicle longitudinal direction and protrudes from the periphery of the axis toward the outside of the vehicle. The protruding portion of the detection member is a window. As the vehicle descends, it comes into contact with the window and swings around the vehicle longitudinal axis.
[0028]
Thus, since the detection member is oriented in the vehicle width direction, the amount of downward movement of the window can be increased, and the degree of freedom when the detection means is arranged with respect to the inside of the slide door is improved.
[0029]
Moreover, since the direction of the inertial force applied to the detection member when the sliding door is opened and closed is different from the swinging direction of the detection member when the window open state is detected, the detection member does not malfunction due to the inertial force described above. Therefore, the biasing force with respect to this detection member may be small.
[0030]
Therefore, it is possible to reduce the size of the window regulator and reduce the weight of the slide door, and to improve the door operability.
[0031]
Furthermore, since the above-described detection member has a bent portion, the detection member is bent or broken from the bent portion at the time of a side collision of the vehicle. As a result, it is possible to ensure a shock absorbing stroke at the time of a side collision. There is an effect that can be.
[0032]
Of this inventionOne embodimentAccording to,UpWhen the detection member rotates by a predetermined angle as the window descends, the above-mentioned rotation biasing force on the detection member makes contact with the free end side of the detection member to press and bias the side surface of the window outward. Thus, this contact state is maintained.
[0033]
As a result, the window can be guided under the condition that the detection member is held as described above, and the window can be prevented from shaking inside the slide door by pressing the window outward with the detection member. ThereThe
[0034]
Of this inventionOne embodimentAccording to,UpSince the transmission means described above is composed of a wire, and this wire is arranged on the inside of the impact bar, it prevents the wire from being stretched or pulled in the event of a side collision of the vehicle, and prevents unnecessary operation of this wire. It is possible to prevent the malfunction of the restricting means connected to the wire.
