Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a component mounting clip for mounting a resin mounted component such as a door trim or bumper in an automobile to a mounting object such as a door steel plate or a body steel plate.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional door trim mounting clip includes, for example, a base 60 and a clip body 70 as shown in FIGS. The pedestal 60 is resin-molded integrally with the door trim at a plurality of locations (usually 5 and 6 locations) of the door trim (not shown), which is a mounted component, and has an elliptical shape as is apparent from FIG. A fitting hole 62 is formed. On the other hand, the clip body 70 is resin-molded separately from the pedestal 60, and is assembled to the fitting hole 62 of the pedestal 60 from its open portion 62a as shown in FIG. Moreover, this clip body 70 is provided with the locking leg 72 locked to this door steel plate by inserting in the attachment hole (all are not shown in figure) of the door steel plate which is an attachment target object.
[0003]
The reason why the fitting hole 62 of the base 60 is elliptical is as follows. That is, the pitch of each pedestal 60 on the door trim side and the pitch of each mounting hole of the door steel plate are often slightly different from each other. Therefore, in such a case, the clip body 70 is displaced within the range of the fitting hole 62 to absorb the pitch error.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the prior art shown in FIG. 8, the pedestal 60 and the clip body 70 are individually molded and then assembled with each other because it is necessary to provide the function of absorbing the pitch error. For this reason, workability until the mounting clip for the door trim is completed is poor, and the cost is increased. In addition, since the said base 60 is integrally formed in the said door trim, the shaping | molding also becomes complicated.
[0005]
The object of the present invention is to form the base and the clip body at the same time in the assembled state having the function of absorbing the pitch error, thereby improving the workability and reducing the cost compared to the assembly after the two parts are individually molded. The aim is to reduce work and to improve workability for molding a mounted part such as a door trim.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 is a component mounting clip configured to attach a part to be attached to the attachment object by inserting clip bodies arranged at a plurality of locations of the part to be attached into each attachment hole of the attachment object. And a pedestal that is separate from the clip body and is integrated by being joined to the attached component, and the pedestal has a support portion spaced a predetermined dimension from the junction with the attached component. The support part is formed with a positioning hole penetrating the front and back, and the clip body is formed on the upper surface side of the substrate, and is a locking leg inserted into the attachment hole of the attachment object. A support column formed on the lower surface side of the substrate and loosely inserted into the positioning hole of the support portion of the pedestal, and formed on both sides of the substrate and positioned to be engageable with the lower surface of the support portion of the pedestal. from the positioning hole And a engaging portion for preventing pillars coming off, and the these pedestal and the clip body, characterized in that it has been formed simultaneously in said assembled state.
[0007]
According to the present invention, since the pedestal and the clip body, which are separate parts, are molded at the same time in an assembled state in which they are not separated from each other, the labor of assembling these two parts after molding individually becomes unnecessary. Cost can be reduced. Moreover, since the said base is joined later with respect to a mounting target object, this mounting target object is enough for flat shape shaping | molding. Note that a difference in mutual pitch caused by a difference in thermal expansion between the object to be attached and the part to be attached can be absorbed by a clearance between the positioning hole of the support portion and the column of the clip body.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
1 is a plan view of a component mounting clip, FIG. 2 is a front view of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a side view of FIG. 4 is an external perspective view of the component mounting clip, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a part of the component mounting clip. The component mounting clips shown in these drawings are for mounting a door trim 40 (attached component), which will be described later, to a door steel plate 50 (attachment target). 20.
[0009]
The pedestal 10 includes a pair of left and right joining pieces 12 joined to the door trim 40 by means of adhesion or the like, and is separated from these joining pieces 12 by a predetermined dimension via a rising portion 14, respectively. One flat support 16 is formed. A positioning hole 18 penetrating the front and back of the support portion 16 is formed in a substantially central portion. In addition, on both side portions of the above-described compatible rising portion 14, cut recesses 15 for enabling die cutting at the time of molding described later are formed.
[0010]
On the other hand, the clip body 20 includes a locking leg 21 and a stabilizer 22 formed on the upper surface side of the substrate 24. Further, a support column 28 is formed on the lower surface side of the substrate 24 coaxially with the locking leg 21. The column 28 is loosely inserted into the positioning hole 18 of the support portion 16 in the base 10 from above. Moreover, engaging portions 26 that can be engaged with the lower surface of the support portion 16 of the base 10 are formed on both sides of the substrate 24. That is, when both the engaging portions 26 are engaged with the lower surface of the support portion 16, the column 28 is prevented from coming out of the positioning hole 18, and the base 10 and the clip body 20 are not separated from each other. Will be held in a state.
[0011]
The component mounting clip configured as described above is formed by bonding the both joining pieces 12 of the base 10 to a predetermined portion of the door trim 40 (attached component) shown in FIG. It is attached to several places. Then, the locking leg 21 of the clip body 20 is inserted into each mounting hole 52 of the door steel plate 50 (attachment object), the locking leg 21 is locked to the door steel plate 50, and the door trim 40 is connected to the door steel plate 50. Attached to. Thus, the load applied to the clip body 20 when the locking leg 21 is inserted into the mounting hole 52 is directly received by the door trim 40 through the support column 28, and the support portion 16 of the base 10 or the substrate 24 of the clip body 20 bends. Thus, the locking leg 21 can be easily inserted into the mounting hole 52. Even if a load in the compression direction is applied between the door trim 40 after the door trim 40 is attached to the door steel plate 50, this load is also received through the column 28 of the clip body 20.
[0012]
Further, between the locking legs 21 of the respective clip bodies 20 and the respective mounting holes 52, there is a slight error in the respective arrangements, or the mutual coefficient of thermal expansion after the door trim 40 is mounted on the door steel plate 50. There may be a difference in mutual pitch due to the difference. However, this pitch difference is absorbed when the pedestal 10 and the clip body 20 are relatively displaced within the clearance range between the positioning hole 18 and the column 28. In addition, since the component mounting clips of the present embodiment are integrated by joining the joining pieces 12 of the respective bases 10 to the door trim 40 after the molding, the door trim 40 is formed in a flat plate shape without projections. It ’s enough.
[0013]
FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing an outline of a mold for forming the component mounting clip. As shown in this drawing, the mold is composed of a slide core 80 and a movable mold 82, and the slide core 80 can slide in the direction of arrow X with respect to the movable mold 82. On the other hand, the movable mold 82 can be separated at the mold dividing surface 82a, and the mold can be opened in the direction of the arrow Y perpendicular to the arrow X. The cavity 84 for forming the pedestal 10 can be divided into two at the joint portion between the slide core 80 and the movable mold 82, and the cavity 86 for forming the clip body 20 is the mold of the movable mold 82. The split surface 82a is configured to be split into two.
[0014]
Accordingly, the base 10 and the clip body 20 are simultaneously molded in the assembled state by injecting resin into the cavities 84 and 86. After the molding, the slide core 80 is slid in the direction of the arrow X, and the movable die 82 is opened in the direction of the arrow Y, so that the base 10 and the clip body 20 can be molded while being assembled. For this reason, the trouble of assembling the two parts of the pedestal 10 and the clip body 20 after individually forming them becomes unnecessary, and the cost can be reduced.
