れば、バンパ表皮をバンパ表皮と別部材の保持部材を介
して車体フェンダ側に取り付ける構造としたために、車
体側フェンダとバンパ表皮との間の分割スキマのバラツ
キを抑制することができ、さらにバンパ表皮の取付部の
剛性が向上するため、高い精度と共に良好品質を維持で
きる。バンパ表皮の上部フランジに保持部材を固定する
ことによりバンパ表皮の単品変形を防止できる。また成
形時、バンパ表皮側のアンダーカットとなるコーナ部を
切欠き、この部分を跨ぐように保持部材を取り付けるこ
とで、バンパ表皮の成形が容易になり金型費の削減と造
形の自由度が向上する等の優れた効果を上げることがで
きる。
