Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle body cover that protects a vehicle body from dirt and rain water, and more specifically, can be easily attached to or removed from the vehicle body, and can be stored compactly. The present invention relates to an automobile body cover.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When an automobile such as a passenger car is stored outdoors, a cover that covers the car body is used to protect the car body from dirt and rain water. Since the body cover is quite large, it is very troublesome to attach and detach, and it is not easy to work in strong winds or rain.
[0003]
Therefore, as a vehicle body cover for facilitating these operations, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 47-2495, a plate-shaped winding plate is attached to the front portion of the cover main body, and the cover main body is attached to this brazing plate. There has been proposed a structure that is folded while being wound (hereinafter referred to as Prior Art 1).
Further, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 54-136240, a vehicle body cover in which a core plate attached to the cover body is constituted by a plurality of plate pieces arranged in the vehicle width direction, and the core plate is configured to be bendable. (Hereinafter referred to as Conventional Technology 2).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above prior art 1, when the cover body is wound around the guard plate by operating from one side of the car body, the cover body that is wider than the length of the guard plate hangs down to the side of the car body. At this time, the hanging end portion is rolled up by the rotational force, and this portion is folded and becomes messy. This winding phenomenon will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 10, during the winding operation, the intermediate portion (52) of the cover main body (51) is scraped around the brazing plate (54), and the side end portion (53) of the cover main body is removed. Hangs along the side of the car body (55). In order to further wind up the cover body (51), when gripping and rotating one end (56) side of the brazing plate (54), the brazing plate (54) has its one side (57) While rotating around the center, the side end (53) of the cover body (51) hanging from the other end (58) of the brazing plate (54) rotates around the one side (57) and winds upward. Go up. The rotational force (R) generated at the time of winding is greater as the plate width of the winding plate (54) is wider, and is greater as the sag length (L) is longer, that is, as the vehicle height is higher. This large rotational force (R) acts as a reaction (P) on the brazing plate (54) and attempts to lift the other end (58) of the brazing plate upward as indicated by the phantom line. As a result of these, the side end portion (53) of the cover body is likely to be folded on the upper surface side of the vehicle body (55). Further, the above rotational force is also generated when the cover body is mounted on the vehicle body, and in this case, since it rotates in the direction opposite to the direction shown in FIG. 10, the portion covered by the vehicle body is the cover body. This side end portion is unlikely to be a resistance element when the rotation rises, and the side end portion is more easily rolled up.
For this reason, if one person operates from one side of the vehicle body, it is difficult to wind the cover body around the brazing plate or to attach it to the vehicle body. In particular, in an automobile with a high vehicle height such as a one-box car, the side surface portion hanging from the vehicle side portion of the cover main body is long, and the above-described rolling-up action is likely to occur.
[0005]
The side plate of the cover body folds and overlaps more easily as the above-mentioned brazing plate is shorter than the width of the cover body. In order to prevent this, if the winding plate is about the vehicle width, even if the cover body is wound up and then both ends protruding from the winding plate are folded back, the entire length becomes considerable. For this reason, for example, it is not easy to store in the trunk of a car, and it is bulky and not easy to handle because there is no core in the folded portion.
[0006]
On the other hand, in the above-described prior art 2, the core plate can be folded, so that it can be stored compactly. However, when the cover body is wound up, there is a problem that the portion that hangs down to the side of the vehicle body is rolled up, as in the case of the prior art 1, and the bent portion between the plate pieces is moved upward by this winding action. Since it is bent, it is not easy to wind the cover body around the core plate. In particular, when it comes to the ceiling of the vehicle body, the side surface of the cover body hanging from the side of the vehicle is long, so that the load acting on the end of the core plate increases due to the winding of the side surface, and the above-mentioned bent portion is It is easier to bend. In particular, when the cover body is unfolded and covered on the vehicle body, the weight of the side surface portion being wound is large. Since it is easy to bend, it is extremely difficult to deploy the cover body on the vehicle body.
[0007]
Therefore, in this prior art 2, it is described that the side surface portion of the cover body is folded in advance to the upper surface of the vehicle body before winding onto the core plate, and then the cover body is wound by rotating the core plate. However, since the vehicle body is long in the front-rear direction and the ceiling portion in the center in the front-rear direction is high, it is not easy to lift the entire side surface portion to the upper surface of the vehicle body. Since it protrudes upward and the upper end of the side surface of the vehicle body is bent into a convex shape, even if a folding line is provided on the cover body along the upper end bent into this convex shape, Is extremely difficult and unrealistic.
[0008]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is a technical object of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide a vehicle body cover that can be easily mounted and removed from the vehicle body and can be stored compactly. .
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 9 showing an embodiment of the present invention, for example, in which a vehicle body cover is configured as follows.
That is, the invention described in claim 1 includes a cover body (2) that covers the vehicle body (B) of the automobile, and a plurality of mooring portions (3) that removably fix the cover body (2) to the vehicle body (B). The left and right side surfaces (2b) of the cover body (2) include a skirt (5) disposed between the front and rear tire houses (6, 6) and a window (7) of the vehicle body (B). ) Between the lower edge of the tire house (6) and the upper end of the tire house (6), and a plate-like winding support (4) substantially equal to the vehicle width is provided at the intermediate portion in the left-right direction of the cover body (2). The support (4) is provided with a plurality of support portions (13) arranged in the left-right direction and a connecting member (14) for connecting the support portions (13) to each other. The connecting member (14)When a bending moment in the direction of bending is applied, while maintaining a series posture at a predetermined stress or less, when exceeding a predetermined stress,In a state where the cover body (2) is wound around the support (4)The plurality of support parts (13) are close to each other in parallel. It is configured to be bendable.
[0010]
The invention according to claim 2 includes a cover body (2) that covers the vehicle body (B) of the automobile and a plurality of mooring portions (3) that fix the cover body (2) to the vehicle body (B). The side surface portion (2b) of the cover body (2) is configured to be foldable between the upper end of the tire house (6) and the lower edge of the window portion (7). A plate-like winding support (4) substantially equal to the vehicle width is attached to the intermediate portion in the direction, and the support (4) includes a plurality of support portions (13) arranged in the left-right direction, A connecting member (14) for connecting the support body parts (13) to each other, and the connecting member (14)When a bending moment in the direction of bending is applied, while maintaining a series posture at a predetermined stress or less, when exceeding a predetermined stress,In a state where the cover body (2) is wound around the support (4)The plurality of support parts (13) are close to each other in parallel. It is configured to be bendable.
[0011]
[Action]
The cover body at the time of storage is attached to the support body and is in a compact state bent by the connecting member. This cover body is attached to the body of an automobile in the following procedure. First, the connecting member is extended and placed on the upper surface of the front portion or trunk of the automobile, and one end portion of the cover body is released from the support and locked to the vehicle body by the mooring portion. Next, the end of the support is held and rotated in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body. As a result, the cover body is unwound from the periphery of the support, and is unfolded and covered along the vehicle body. Then, the other end portion of the cover body is locked to the end portion of the vehicle body by another mooring portion.
[0012]
In the first aspect of the present invention, the side surface portion of the cover main body has a hem portion disposed between the front and rear tire houses between the lower end edge of the vehicle body window portion and the upper end of the tire house. The window portion and the upper surface portion of the vehicle body are reliably prevented from being polluted by rainwater or the like, but the vehicle body portion located below the hem portion of the cover body is exposed. However, in general, a glass body of an upper surface portion and a window portion is easily contaminated in an automobile body, and there is little contamination at a vertical portion of a side surface. Therefore, the exposed portion, which is the vertical portion of the side surface, is hardly contaminated by dust or rainwater, and is easily cleaned in position even if it is stained.
On the other hand, in the invention described in claim 2, the side surface portion of the cover main body is covered with the vehicle body without folding back the skirt portion, so that the vehicle body is covered and protected by the cover main body to the lower end of the side portion.
When the cover body is wound up, it is necessary to maintain the support body portions in a series posture in which they are arranged in a plane. On the other hand, when the cover member is stored in a storage place, the vehicle body cover is stored in a compact manner. Therefore, it is necessary to bend easily. In the first and second aspects of the invention, when the user winds up the cover body, the connecting member suitable for winding up the cover body easily maintains an in-line posture, and the user winds up the cover body. When a bending stress exceeding a predetermined stress is generated later on the connecting member, it can be bent at a stretch to the extent that the support portions are close to each other in parallel.
[0013]
When removing the vehicle body cover from the vehicle, the following procedure is used.
First, the locking by the mooring portion is released, and the end portion of the cover body is removed from the vehicle body. At this time, according to the invention of claim 2, before winding up with the support, the side surface portion of the cover body is folded between the upper end of the tire house and the lower end edge of the window portion. Then, after the end portion removed from the vehicle body is overlaid on the support body, the support body is held by one end and rotated in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body, thereby winding the cover body around the support body. At this time, since the side part of the vehicle body cover has a short portion depending on the side part of the vehicle body, roll-up due to the rotation of the support body is suppressed, and the cover body is easily wound around the support body. Thereafter, the cover body protruding from the support is folded inward, the connecting member is folded and compactly folded, and then stored in a predetermined storage place such as a trunk.
[0014]
The cover body is usually formed by sewing a heat-resistant thin sheet-like cloth, but may be a slightly thick material provided with a heat insulating layer or the like. Further, different materials may be combined, such as forming the ceiling portion with a thick material and forming the side surface portion with a thin material. Further, in the above invention of claim 2, the folded portion of the side surface portion may be made thinner than the material above it so that it can be folded easily.
[0015]
The support may be a plate-like member having a length substantially equal to the vehicle width and a predetermined width, and a wooden, synthetic resin, metal plate or frame is used. The support is preferably lightweight, but requires a rigidity that allows the rotational force applied to one end during winding to be transmitted to the other end. For this reason, the supporting member may be configured to fix a reinforcing member to a thin plate member and exhibit a predetermined rigidity by the reinforcing member.
The support can be provided at any position such as the upper surface of the hood or trunk of the vehicle body or the upper surface of the ceiling of the vehicle body. Further, this support may be provided at one place in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body, or may be provided at a plurality of places so as to be wound more easily.
[0016]
UpThe bending strength of the connecting member described above is such that when the support members on both sides of the connecting member are supported by the supporting portions separated by 500 mm and a load is applied to the connecting member, for example, it is bent to the extent that it is bent with a load of less than 0.5 kg. Since the connecting member is bent at the time of take-up, the connecting member cannot be wound, and when the load exceeds 8.0 kg, the connecting member cannot be easily bent after winding the cover body. Therefore, the connecting member is preferably set so that the load is bent in a range of 0.5 to 8.0 kg, and further, the load is set so that the load is bent in a range of 1.0 to 6.0 kg. More preferred.
[0017]
The connecting member may be any member as long as it can connect the above-described support portions. For example, a metal plate curved in the width direction, or a structure using spring elasticity or rubber elasticity can be adopted. The connecting member is usually fixed to the support portion, but may be fixed to the reinforcing member when the supporting member includes a reinforcing member. Further, the reinforcing member can be extended to the connecting member.
[0018]
The mooring part is not limited to a specific shape, material, or structure as long as it can fix the cover body to the vehicle body. For example, the front mooring string provided between the front surface portion of the cover body and the front surface portion of the both side surface portions or the upper surface portion in the vicinity thereof, and the rear surface portion and the rear position of the both side surface portions or the upper surface portion in the vicinity thereof. And at least one of the front and rear mooring cords is provided with an engaging portion at at least one end of the mooring cord, and the engaging portion is connected to the cover. It can comprise so that engagement / disengagement to the latching | locking part formed in the main body is possible. In this case, if the end provided with the above-mentioned engaging portion is connected to the cover body by a connecting string or the like, it is not necessary to search for the mooring string at the time of mounting on the vehicle body. It can be easily locked to the part.
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 to 5 show a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 1 is a partially broken perspective view of a vehicle body cover mounted on an automobile, FIG. 2 is an enlarged view near a mooring portion, and FIG. 3 is a part of a support. FIG. 4 is a perspective view for explaining the operation of removing the cover body from the vehicle body, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the vehicle body cover in the stored state.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle body cover (1) includes a cover body (2) that covers a vehicle body (B) of an automobile, and a mooring portion (removable) that fixes the cover body (2) to the vehicle body (B). 3) and a plate-like support (4) fixed to the front side of the cover body (2).
[0021]
The cover body (2) includes an upper surface portion (2a) covering the upper surface of the vehicle body (B), side surface portions (2b) disposed on the left and right side surfaces of the vehicle body (B), and the front and rear surfaces of the vehicle body (B). The front surface part (2c) and the rear surface part (2d) are covered, and the skirt part (5) of the side surface part (2b) is above the upper end of the tire house (6) of the automobile and the lower end of the window part (7). It is arranged slightly below the edge. The upper surface portion (2a) is formed of a thick fabric with heat insulation or a fabric combined with a heat insulating material, while the side surface portion (2b) is formed of a thin fabric. However, the cover body of the present invention may be made of a material that prevents wind and rain and can be applied to the support body. For example, the cover body may be made of any material, such as the whole being formed of the same thin cloth. Can be formed.
[0022]
Since the side surface (2b) of the cover body (2) is short, the lower part of the side part of the vehicle body (B) is exposed. However, since the exposed part is a substantially vertical surface, dust adheres to it. It is difficult to clean and easy to clean. On the other hand, the window (7) that is easily contaminated with dust or the like is securely covered with the side surface (2b).
[0023]
The mooring part (3) includes two front mooring strings (3a, 3a) and two rear mooring strings (3b, 3b). One end of each front mooring string (3a) is fixed to the front surface (2c) of the cover body (2), and the other end passes through the front position of each of the left and right side surfaces (2b). The upper surface part (2a) covering the bonnet in the vicinity is detachably locked. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, an engaging portion (8) is provided at the other end of the mooring string (3a), and this engaging portion (8) is connected to the upper surface portion of the cover body (2). It is detachably locked to the locking portion (9) formed in (2a). Similarly, one end of each rear mooring string (3b) is fixed to the rear surface portion (2d) of the cover body (2), and the other end passes through the rear position of each of the left and right side surface portions (2b). The upper surface portion (2a) covering the trunk portion in the vicinity thereof is detachably locked.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 2, each of the mooring strings (3a, 3b) is configured to be adjustable in length by the adjusting section (10). However, when the vehicle model to which the vehicle body cover is attached is determined, the length of the mooring string (3a, 3b) may be configured so as not to be adjustable. Also, the cover body (2) has a patch (11) extending along the mooring strings (3a, 3b), and the mooring strings (3a, 3b) are attached to the vehicle body (B). Direct hits are prevented. Further, the mooring string (3a, 3b) includes a connecting string (12b) that connects the vicinity of the end provided with the engagement portion (8) and the side surface portion (2b) of the cover body (2). ) Is provided. The connecting string (12) has a length that allows the cover body (2) to be easily removed from the vehicle body (B) when the engaging portion (8) is detached from the locking portion (9). ing.
[0025]
In addition, the mooring part of this invention should just be what can fix a cover main body to a vehicle body so that attachment or detachment is possible, and is not limited to the thing of said embodiment. For example, when the front mooring string is releasably locked to the cover body as described above, both ends of the rear mooring string are fixed to the cover body so as not to be detached. You may comprise a part so that expansion-contraction is possible with a rubber elastic body. In this case, when the cover body is removed from the front side, the rear mooring string is loosened, so that it can be easily removed.
[0026]
The support (4) fixed to the cover body (2) includes two support parts (13) arranged side by side and a connecting member (13) for connecting these support parts (13) to each other. 14), and the entire length of the support (4) is formed to be substantially equal to the vehicle width of the vehicle body (B). In this embodiment, the above-described support is configured by two support portions. However, in the present invention, three or more support portions may be arranged in series.
[0027]
Said support body (4) is accommodated in the bag part (15) formed in the front position of the cover main body (2). The support body (4) may be attached to the cover body (2) and may be fixed so as not to be detached. However, it is preferable that the support body (2) can be attached and detached in consideration of washing the cover body (2). . Further, the support (4) may be attached to other positions such as the upper surface of the trunk of the vehicle body (B), and may also be attached to a plurality of locations such as being attached to both the bonnet upper surface and the trunk upper surface. .
[0028]
As shown in FIG. 3, the support portion (13) is formed of a synthetic resin plate having a honeycomb-like core (16), and has a light weight and a predetermined rigidity. The support portion (13) may be formed of other materials such as wooden or light metal, and the shape is not limited to the plate body but may be a frame body or the like. The support portion (13) has only to have a rigidity that does not greatly deform when the cover body (2) is rubbed, and may include a reinforcing member.
[0029]
The support portion (13) is connected by the connecting member (14) at a predetermined interval so that the cover body (2) can be folded with the cover body (2) being rubbed when stored, which will be described later. The connecting member (14) may be extended as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 3, and the extending portion (17) may constitute the reinforcing member (20) of the support portion (13). Good.
[0030]
The connecting member (14) is formed of a thin plate made of spring steel having a curved width direction, and both ends thereof are fixed to the support portion (13). This connecting member (14) is a curved spring steel member used for a tape measure or the like that maintains the support portion (13) in a series posture at a predetermined stress or less, and bends when more stress is applied. . That is, when the support body (4) is rotated in the work of removing and mounting the vehicle body cover (1), which will be described later, the support body portions (13) can be maintained in a series posture, and the cover body (2 ), The thickness and width dimensions of the connecting member (14) and the number of attachments are adjusted so that it can be easily bent manually.
[0031]
For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the bending strength of the connecting member (14) is obtained by supporting the support member portions (13) on both sides of the connecting member (14) with a support portion (18) separated by 500 mm. This can be indicated by the applied load (F) when the member (14) is bent, for example, 10 cm or more. This flexural strength varies depending on the size and material of the cover body (2) and the size and shape of the vehicle body (B). Generally, when the vehicle body is large, high strength is required, but usually it is 0.5 to 8.0 kg. It is preferable to set it in the range, and it is more preferable to set it in the range of 1.0 to 6.0 kg.
[0032]
The vehicle body cover (1) is removed from the vehicle body (B) by the following procedure.
First, the front mooring string (3a) is removed, and the front surface portion (2c) of the cover body (2) is overlaid on the support (4). Next, as shown in FIG. 4, one end of the support (4) is held and rotated backward. At this time, the side surface (2b) of the cover body (2) protrudes from the support (4), but its length is short. For this reason, the force which the side part (2b) winds up by rotation of the support body (4) is weak, and the cover main body (2) is smoothly wound around the support body (4).
[0033]
When the support body (4) reaches the upper trunk of the vehicle body (B) by winding the cover body (2), the rear mooring string (3b) is removed and the rear surface part (2d) of the cover body (2) is removed. Scrape around the support (4). After that, as shown in FIG. 5, the side end (25) of the cover body (2) protruding from the support (4) is folded inward, and the connecting member (14) of the support (4) is folded to form a trunk or the like. Store in the storage location. The connecting member (14) may be bent in the opposite direction so that the side end (25) is on the outside.
[0034]
The vehicle body cover (1) in the above-mentioned storage state is attached to the vehicle body (B) of the automobile in the reverse procedure. That is, the connecting member (14) is extended to switch the support portion (13) to the serial position, and this is placed on the trunk upper surface of the vehicle body (B), and the rear surface portion (2d) of the cover body (2) is pulled out. The cover body (2) is developed on the upper surface of the vehicle body (B) while rotating (4). At this time, the rear mooring string (3b) is fixed to the cover body (2) via the side surface of the vehicle body (B). Further, the cover body (2) is unfolded while the support (4) is rotated, and the body (B) is covered. When the support body (4) reaches the upper surface of the bonnet, the front surface portion (2c) of the cover body (2) is unwound from the support body (4), the front surface of the vehicle body (B) is covered, and the front mooring string (3a) is attached to the tire. Fix to the cover body (2) through the house (6).
[0035]
FIG. 7 shows a modification of the support, FIG. 7 (a) is a perspective view of the support, and FIG. 7 (b) is a partially broken perspective view in a folded state.
As shown in FIG. 7 (a), in this modification, the support portion (13) comprises a thin synthetic resin plate (19) and a pipe-shaped reinforcing member (20) fixed to one side thereof. The connecting member (14) is fixed to the reinforcing member (20), and a pair of semi-cylindrical clamping plates (21) and the clamping plates (21) are pressed against the reinforcing member (20) side. And a spring plate (22) curved in a U-shape. The elastic member may be a coiled spring or the like. Moreover, these elastic pressure members are adjusted so as to exert a predetermined elastic pressure by changing the tightening force of the fixture to which the elastic members are attached.
[0036]
In the series posture in which each support portion (13) is arranged in a planar shape, the sandwiching plate (21) is along the pipe-shaped reinforcing member (20), and the reinforcing member (21) is compressed by the spring plate (22). In each of the above embodiments, the sedan type automobile has been described. However, it goes without saying that the vehicle body cover of the present invention can be applied to other types of automobiles such as vans and wagons.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured and operates as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
[0043]
In the invention of claim 1, the side surface portion of the cover main body is short, and in the invention of claim 2, since the side surface portion of the cover main body can be shortened by folding it over the tire house, The cover body can be easily wound around the support body by rotating while holding one end of the support body while moving along one side.
Then, the wound cover body can be folded compactly by folding the portion protruding from the support and folding the connecting member, and can be easily stored in a predetermined storage place such as a trunk.
In addition, since the cover body is wound around the support body in a relatively orderly manner, when mounting it on the vehicle body, the cover body can be easily deployed by unscrewing the cover body while rotating the support body on the vehicle body. And put it on the car body.
[0044]
In particular, the bending strength of the above-mentioned connecting member is set to a strength that bends when a load of 0.5 to 8.0 kg is applied to this connecting member by supporting the adjacent support member portions by a support portion 500 mm apart. In this case, since the connecting member is maintained in a series posture during the above-described winding or mounting operation, the cover body can be easily wound around the support body. It is preferable because it can be folded.
