Description
The present invention relates to an automatic defecation processing apparatus that can process a stool while a bedridden patient, an elderly person, or the like is sleeping without assistance of another person.
Conventionally, various diapers and devices have been devised so that a bedridden patient, an elderly person, etc. can use the stool without help of another person and can also perform the processing. For example, [Patent Document 1] discloses a technique in which various nozzles are provided together with a urine detection sensor in a diaper-like casing that is substantially L-shaped in side view.
However, these stool processing technologies prevent urine detection because the urine detection sensor cannot discriminate between urine and washing water, and detects malfunction such as residual water during washing in the diaper casing. The sewage reservoir is provided in the vicinity of the sensor, and the urine detection sensor is configured to detect the amount of water overflowing from the sewage reservoir. However, if the diaper casing is tilted, the sewage reservoir Since the sewage leaked from the part and detected by the urine detection sensor, there was a problem that the malfunction could not be prevented completely.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an automatic defecation processing device that can reliably discriminate urine and washing water to prevent malfunction, and can realize accurate filth discharge and washing operations.

As shown in FIG. 2 or 5, the rising
The internal structure of the diaper casing A will be described in detail. FIG. 6 is a detailed view showing the internal structure of the diaper casing A. As shown in FIG. 6, the diaper-shaped casing A has a diaper frame B as a frame composed of a support frame B1 formed of a substantially rectangular frame and a vertical frame B2 erected at the rear end thereof. The support frame B1 has a predetermined rigidity so that the diaper casing A is not distorted by the patient's own weight. The vertical frame B2 has a predetermined rigidity so that the hermetic state of the diaper casing A and the human body collapses due to the tilting of the rising portion 200 (see FIG. 4) and the internal excrement and washing water leak. is doing.
In the diaper frame B,
Thus, the diaper-shaped casing A is installed on the diaper frame B after installing
As shown in FIG. 4, the diaper-shaped casing A is disposed at a position above the
As shown in FIG. 7, the
The
The
The
As shown in FIG. 9, the
In order to enable more effective cleaning, an orifice structure may be employed for the fecal crushing
The
The configuration of the
The stool detection sensor G has stool between the
By the way, when the patient uses the diaper-shaped casing A on a bed having a high cushioning property, the diaper-shaped casing A may be recessed by being pressed by the patient's own weight, and the
Therefore, in order to prevent such a malfunction, the stool detection sensor G includes a receiving
Therefore, the stool detection sensor G is inclined to the diaper-shaped casing A when the
As shown in FIG. 4, the urine detection sensor H includes a pair of
Here, in general, since there is a difference in salinity between washing water and urine, there is a difference in electrical conductivity, and the current value detected by the urine detection sensor H is different between washing water and urine. . FIG. 10A shows experimental results of measuring current values for various types of water that can be used as washing water using the urine detection sensor H, and FIG. 10B shows an arbitrarily selected subject (A). It is the experimental result which measured the electric current value about the urine of (E). The urine sensor output value is a current value converted into a voltage value using an A / D converter. For example, in FIG. 10B, “urine (A)” indicates the result of measuring the urine of the subject (A).
As is clear from FIG. 10, urine has a higher salinity than water, and it is confirmed that there is a large difference in the urinary sensor output values corresponding to the difference in salinity. Therefore, the current value between the
Note that the
With this configuration, when the patient defecates and / or urinates, the diaper casing A detects the stool and / or urine by the stool detection sensor G and / or the urine detection sensor H, and the detection signal is sent to the main body C. Transmit to the
The main body C will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the main body C includes an excrement storage part D for storing the filth of the diaper casing A, a device control part F for performing various operations such as a cleaning operation of the diaper casing A, and a diaper shape. A cleaning water supply unit E that supplies cleaning water to the casing A is provided. The main body C is configured to operate the excrement container D, the device controller F, and the washing water supply E based on various controls of the
The excrement storage part D has a
As shown in FIG. 11, the
The
As shown in FIG. 13 to FIG. 17, a
On the upper part of the
As shown in FIG. 15, a
As shown in FIG. 13, a pair of
Further, as shown in FIG. 15, an
As shown in FIG. 1, the cleaning water supply unit E includes a
The washing water supply unit E detects the temperature of the raw water in the
As described above, the device control unit F is connected to the excrement storage unit D via the
Under such a configuration, in the cleaning process, after the filth is detected by the various sensors G and H, a process of removing malodor caused by the filth in the diaper-shaped casing A is performed. Specifically, in the
Further, the air flowing from the
On the other hand, the
Under such a configuration, in the cleaning step, the stool pulverization process described above is executed after the step of removing malodors due to the filth in the diaper casing A is executed. Specifically, the
However, it is difficult to completely suck and store the filth in the diaper-shaped casing A into the
Specifically, the
Thereafter, the internal pressure of the
As described above, the automatic defecation processing device K is configured to inject air from the
On the other hand, an external
With such a configuration, in the drying process, the
In the apparatus control unit F, the

After finishing the stool washing process (step Sa4) or the urine washing process (step Sa5), the automatic defecation processing device K executes a drying process for drying the human body and the diaper casing A (step Sa6).

In this manual defecation processing mode, the automatic defecation processing device K does not perform sensing by the stool detection sensor G and the urine detection sensor H, and issues an operation instruction for performing either one of the stool washing process or the stool washing process from the patient. Defecation processing is executed only when it is accepted. The patient gives an operation instruction using an operation panel or a remote controller provided at a predetermined location of the automatic defecation processing device K. Hereinafter, the operation in the manual defecation processing mode will be described.
FIG. 22 is a flowchart showing a processing procedure of the automatic defecation processing device K in the manual defecation processing mode. As shown in FIG. 22, when there is a urine washing instruction (step Sf1: YES), the automatic defecation processing apparatus K executes the urine washing process in the same procedure as the urine washing process in the automatic defecation processing mode described above. (Step Sf4). If there is no urine washing instruction (step Sf1: NO) and there is a stool washing instruction (step Sf2: YES), the stool washing process is executed in the same procedure as the stool washing process in the automatic defecation processing mode described above. (Step Sf3). On the other hand, when there is no urine washing instruction (step Sf1: NO) and there is no urine washing instruction (step Sf1: NO), the process waits until the instruction is given.
And after finishing the stool washing process (step Sf3) or the urine washing process (step Sf4), in order to dry the inside of the diaper-shaped casing A, the automatic defecation processing apparatus K is a drying process in the above-described automatic defecation processing mode. The drying process is executed in the same procedure (step Sf5), and the manual defecation processing mode is terminated.
Next, one embodiment according to the present invention. In the description of the present embodiment, the description will be focused on the configuration different from the automatic defecation processing device K of the reference embodiment, the same reference numerals are assigned to the common configurations, and the description thereof will be omitted.
As shown in FIG. 23, the automatic defecation processing device Z of this embodiment does not have the stool detection sensor G, but instead detects the urine detection sensor H and the stool detection sensor I described later as an integrated small module. It has a sensor module M as a means, which is different from the above-described reference embodiment. In the reference embodiment, the stool detection sensor G detects stool and the urine detection sensor H detects urine. In the present embodiment, the sensor module M can simultaneously detect stool and urine. It has a configuration. With such a configuration, the assemblability can be improved and the electrical wiring can be simplified. The urine detection sensor H has a pair of
As shown in FIGS. 24 and 25, each
The
The
With this configuration, the
The present embodiment according to the present invention is configured as described above, and the flow of procedures and functions when actually used will be described. Since the flow in the manual defecation processing mode is the same as that in the reference embodiment, the description thereof will be omitted, and only the processing procedure in the automatic defecation processing mode will be described here.
FIG. 26 is a flowchart showing a processing procedure of the automatic defecation processing device Z in the automatic defecation processing mode. As shown in FIG. 26, in the automatic defecation processing device Z, when the power of the main body is turned on by operating a power switch (not shown), the temperature detected by the
As a result of this determination, if the temperature is equal to or higher than the predetermined value (step Sh1: YES), that is, if stool and / or urine is present in the
On the other hand, when the current is greater than or equal to a predetermined value (step Sh2: YES), that is, when only urine or urine and urine are present in the
The stool washing process (step Sh3) according to the present embodiment is detected by the
Then, as shown in FIG. 26, when the automatic defecation processing device Z ends the series of processing, the processing procedure is returned to step Sh1 in order to detect the temperature and current again.
The embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, this is an exemplification, and the present invention is implemented in other forms that are variously modified and improved based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art. Is possible.
For example, as shown in FIG. 27, a
Further, instead of the
Further, instead of the
Further, instead of the
Further, instead of the
Also, instead of the
The
Under such a configuration, by operating the
When removing the diaper-shaped casing A from the human body, the
In addition, as shown in FIG. 37, without attaching the
Further, as shown in FIGS. 38 and 39, in the diaper casing A, the
A screw fastening portion (not shown) is provided inside the
Under such a configuration, when the patient wears the diaper-shaped casing A, the standing
As shown in FIGS. 40 and 41, the
Further, an upper portion of the
As shown in FIG. 40, while the raw water W in the
Further, as shown in FIG. 42, when the diaper-shaped casing A is used, a
The material of the
In the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, room temperature air taken in from the external
In addition to the above configuration, a flow path for injecting warmed dry air may be separately configured. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 43, the diaper casing A may be configured to include a dry
