Description
The present invention relates to a road surface drainage treatment tank for separating and removing precipitates or floating substances contained in road surface drainage during rainfall by connecting to a side groove of a road on which an automobile travels.
On road surfaces where national roads and other automobiles travel, earth and sand, dust, suspended substances in the air, particulate matter floating in the water, so-called SS, worn tires of automobile tires and paved asphalt, and accidents Various pollutants such as car fuel are deposited. During the rain, these pollutants flow into the public water areas such as rivers, lakes, and coastal waters along the drainage facilities along with rainwater, or into the fields around the rivers and lakes, causing water pollution around the outflow basin. It is one of the causes.
The above-mentioned pollutant accumulated on the road surface is discharged as road drainage mainly due to the initial rainwater during the rain. However, it is said that this road drainage usually has three patterns of pollution depending on the state of rainfall.
First, the first pattern is a case where rainfall with a constant rainfall intensity continues. In this case, the pollutant concentration in the road drainage is high at the beginning of rainfall. However, two hours after the start of rainfall, the road surface is washed away and the pollution concentration converges.
The second pattern is a case where the initial rainfall is small and then the rainfall rapidly increases. In this case, the pollution concentration in the road drainage is high at the beginning of the rain, but the pollution once decreases. However, when the rainfall intensity increases, the pollution in the road drainage rises again to a high concentration.
The third pattern is when it rains or stops. In other words, the initial rainfall time is short, and during this period, the rainfall is the smallest, but the amount of rainfall increases during the next rainfall. In this case, a certain amount of rainfall is required for the pollutant on the road surface to flow out. Therefore, the pollutant concentration at the next rainfall is higher than the pollutant concentration at the beginning of the rain.
By the way, although there are the three patterns described above, most of the road surface pollutant material flows out by the first flush water of the first or second pattern in the first two hours of rainfall. Among them, the SS substance which is a particulate substance floating in the road surface drainage is the biggest cause of the road surface drainage pollution. Therefore, by selectively treating and purifying these first flush waters, it is possible to drastically reduce the load caused by pollutants in the road surface drainage.
。 An apparatus has been developed that selectively stores only the first flush water of such road drainage and leads it to a purification tank. This is because a drainage trough installed in a side gutter on the road where the car is running has a water collection trough, and a storage / purification tank is installed under the adjacent sidewalk. As a result, not only the particulate matter of the SS substance but also the soluble substance showing the hardly decomposable COD is removed. The filtered wastewater is drained by a drainage pipe at the bottom of the storage / purification tank, and is supplied to an existing drainage pipe or penetrated into the surrounding underground (for example, see Non-Patent Document 1).
Furthermore, the rain that falls on the road on which the automobile is traveling is put into a side ditch via the road surface, collected from the side ditch into a settling tank beside the side ditch, and removed to remove large debris. After putting the wastewater into the tank and dropping the wastewater into the lower part of the treatment tank, the polluted material is filtered and adsorbed by flowing upward in the filter medium of expanded polypropylene particles to remove the purified wastewater from the adjacent drainage basin. Drain into the groove. Wastewater exceeding the treatment amount is discharged without being treated as overflow water to a drainage facility such as a gutter (see Non-Patent
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to accurately treat only the first flush water, which is the road surface drainage within 2 hours of the first flush in the initial stage of the rain, and the soil and sand contained in the first flush water of the road surface drainage It accurately removes dust, suspended matter in the air, so-called SS, which is particulate matter suspended in water, wear debris from automobile tires and paving asphalt, and car fuel in the event of an accident. It is a road surface drainage treatment tank that is laid in a ditch on the road where only the treated water that has been purified is infiltrated underground into the soil through the crushed stone layer, or the purified treated water flows from the crushed stone layer to the sewage. It is to provide a highly efficient road surface drainage treatment tank.
Means of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems comprises, in the invention of
In the second aspect of the invention, the second
In the invention of claim 3, the road surface
The present invention embeds a road surface drainage treatment tank connected to a side gutter of a road on which an automobile runs, in the basement of a sidewalk beside the road, and in the basement of the side of the road when there is no sidewalk, within two hours of the initial rainfall. Sediment, dust, dust suspended in the air, particulate matter suspended in rain water, particulate matter suspended in rainwater, automobile tires and paving asphalt wear debris, and car fuel in the event of an accident In the circular tank at the bottom of the road surface wastewater treatment tank, it is separated and removed by swirling with the road surface drainage, settling and floating, and the removed road surface drainage flows out to the crushed stone layer outside the tank and underground soil The road surface drainage generated from the rain that exceeds the time of the first flush is allowed to overflow or overflow into the circular tank. By bypassing it and discharging it to the side gutter downstream, it is possible to accurately separate and remove the road surface contaminants contained in the first flush water within 2 hours of the beginning of the rain, and to provide excellent road drainage treatment. It is a tank. In particular, by constructing the circular tank, which is the lower part of the road surface wastewater treatment tank, from the first circular tank and the second circular tank adjacent to it, the depth of the basement for installation is compared to the case of only one circular tank. The horizontal width can be narrowed, and the sedimentation and floating of pollutants can be circulated between the two tanks, which can be purified more efficiently than the case of only one circular tank.
Furthermore, when the casing of the road surface drainage treatment tank of the present invention is formed from a concrete block, the concrete block is divided into an upper wall concrete block, an upper concrete block, and a lower concrete block, so that the shape is compared with a concrete block having an integral shape. As a result of being simplified and easy to mold, and being divided into concrete blocks, each can be downsized, resulting in easier transportation to the site and easier handling when laying on site, etc. The present invention has an excellent effect.
The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 to 5 show a road surface drainage treatment tank according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The road surface
In this case, the upper
The
In order to flow out the road surface drainage separated into a part of the second
Further, a
Furthermore, the upper part of the
Furthermore, in the embodiment of the second invention, in addition to the structure of the above-described embodiment, the road surface
In the embodiment of the present invention, in the above basic configuration, the road surface
