【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は主に介護などされる者のオムツ交換時の臭気を屋外に強制排気するのに適した吸引機(吸出機)の排気補助具、吸引機(吸出機)、脱臭装置並びに脱臭ボックスに関する。

【従来技術】
本出願人は特願平11−192453において、主に寝たきりなどの介護などされる者のオムツ交換時の臭気を屋外に排気するための、主に家庭用吸引機(吸出機)にと連絡させて使用する「脱臭ボックス」の発明を出願している。また、掃除機からなる吸引機(吸出機)(排気装置・排気ファン)のレキシブルホースからなる換気管にフレキシブルホースからなる延長管を付け、吸引機(吸出機)本体を屋外に出しておいて長くした延長ホースにより部屋の掃除をするという方法があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述した従来技術は何れも、サッシ戸や障子戸をあけて吸引機(吸出機)本体を屋外に出してホースを戸で挟んだ状態で使用するものであった。このため、戸の外側に縁側や廊下などの吸引機(吸出機)本体を置く場所がないと使用し難いという問題を持っていた。また、挟んだホース分だけ戸と戸口枠の間に隙間が生ずるので、風向きによっては臭気や塵が当該隙間から部屋に進入して来る、虫が入ってくる、冬の場合は寒気が部屋に入ってきて室温を低下させるなどの問題を持つものであった。また、掃除機からなる吸引機(吸出機)は換気管が細いために、換気管の吸込み口に風が強く当り騒音が大きくなるので、集合住宅や住宅密集地などの夜間は使用し難いという欠点を持つものであった。しかるに、介護は臭気との闘いであるといっても過言ではない。多くの介護する者及び家族が臭気の解消を切望している。

本発明は以上のような従来技術の持つ問題点に鑑みてなされたものであって、その目的は、吸引機(吸出機)本体を屋内に置いたまま、屋外に排気を行うことを可能とする吸引機(吸出機)の排気補助具(換気用部材連結具)、吸引機(吸出機)、脱臭装置並びに脱臭ボックスの提供を目的としている。

上述した目的を達成するために本発明は次に述べるようになっている。

吸引機(吸出機)本体の前部、上部、底部、両側部を覆い収納するための、主に屋内に置かれる吸引機(吸出機)収納部と、この吸引機(吸出機)収納部の前部に設けられた、収納された吸引機(吸出機)の換気管を該吸引機(吸出機)収納部の外に該吸引機(吸出機)の排気が漏れ出さないように出すための換気管出し部と、この換気管出し部に設けら れた、通された排気管を包み紐などで縛り締め閉じるようにする筒状の柔軟性シート製部材からなる引き出し穴閉じ部と、前記吸引機(吸出機)収納部の後部に突き出すように設けられた、前記吸引機(吸出機)収納部に収納された吸引機(吸出機)の排気を屋外に排出するための排出ダクト部と、以上のごとく構成されてなることを特徴とする吸引機(吸出機)の排気補助具を構成している。

本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照しながら説明する。

介護などされる者のオムツ交換時の臭気を屋外に排出する脱臭装置1は、吸引機(吸出機)2の換気管3が取り付けられ介護などされる者の臀部の横に置かれる脱臭ボックス4と、電気掃除機からなる吸引機(吸出機)2の本体を屋内に置いたまま収納して該2が吸引した臭気を屋外に排出させるための吸引機(吸出機)補助具5と、臭気を屋外に排出させるために戸口枠に挟んだ吸引機(吸出機)補助具5によって生じた戸の隙間を塞ぐための戸の隙間塞ぎ具6とからなっている。

吸引機(吸出機)補助具5は、縦長の長方形開口を有するダンボール部材製筒状体からなる排気口形成体7の前部に、該7と略同じ(この場合少し大きめ)柔軟性のポリエチレンシート部材製筒状体からなる吸引機(吸出機)収納部8の後部が取り付けられ、一つの筒状体を形成するようになっている。排気口形成体7は押し畳んで平ら状態にすることができ、吸引機(吸出機)収納部8も合わせて折り畳み折り畳んだ排気ダックト7の範囲内に折り揃えて、結束したり包装したりして平ら状態のまま出荷、輸送、販売できるようになっている。これにより、保管費用、輸送料を安価にでき、販売面積を少なくできるので店舗での販売がし易く、また、購入者も手に持帰ることができ、車のなかでも場所をとらないで運べるという利点がある。また、使用後は折り畳んでどこかの隙間に挟んで収納しておけるなど場所をとらないのでしよう勝手がよい。排気口形成体7の側部には縦長の突出した戸ストッパー9(ダンボール長板材の中程に折り込みを設け、一方の側を排気口形成体7に貼り付けたもの)が設けられ、戸10で戸口枠11に排気口形成体7を挟んだ場合に、屋内側から戸10に当たりそれ以上屋外に排気口形成体7が動くのを止める役割を果たすと共に隙間を塞ぐ役割を果たす。排気口形成体7の上部の戸ストッパー9と同じ並びに該9と同じように折り上げることができるようにして設けられた戸の隙間塞ぎ具6を戸との間に挟んで下部を支持する隙間塞ぎ具係止部11が設けられている。隙間塞ぎ具係止部12を排気口形成体7の両横あるいは一方に突出させる構成とすることにより、戸ストッパーの役割も果たすので、戸ストッパー9を設けなくともよく、より低コストにすることができる。排気口形成体7の底部前方で吸引機(吸出機)収納部8内には、排気口形成体7に折り入れ収納できるようにされ且つ前方に突き出され敷かれるようになってる、吸引機(吸出機)2により下に抑えるための抑え舌片13が設けられている。吸引機(吸出機)2を吸引機(吸出機)収納部8に収納する場合、抑え舌片13を吸引機(吸出機)2の底で抑えることにより、吸引機(吸出機)収納部8のシートの底部が盛り上がり吸引機(吸出機)2の排気口を塞ぐのを防止ためのものである。吸引機(吸出機)収納部8の前方外側には、該8の開口を縛り閉じるための紐からなる締め閉じ手段14が設けられている。

<実施の形態11> 図19は本発明の実施の形態11の戸の隙間塞ぎ具を示す斜視図である。戸の隙間塞ぎ具120は合成樹脂製の板部材からなっていて、縦にヒンジー部121が設けられ、右側が戸口側に粘着剤やビスなどにより固定される固定部122となっていて、もう一方の側が幅広に形成されたヒンジー部121により回動する隙間塞ぎ部123となっている。戸口に使用する例えば排気口形成体1などの高さに合わせた長さと高さで固定しておくことにより、戸口を塞ぐことがほとんど煩わしさを感じることなく行えるので大変便利である。

<実施の形態12>
図20は本発明の実施の形態12の戸の脱臭ボックスを示す斜視図である。脱臭ボックス125は、前部が開口131してなるボックス本体126(底部は合ってもなくてもよい)と、ボックス本体126の底部の外側に突出設けられた、重石127(雑誌束など)を載せてボックス本体の安定を図るための重石載せ部135と、ボックス本体126の中程より上方にあけられた、ボックス本体内126の臭気を吸引し外に排出するための吸引ダクト128(ホース含む)を差し込み取り付けるためのダクト差込口129と、ダクト差込口129に外側から挿入された吸引ダクト128を包み外れないように固定するための、差込口129の外側に突出するように柔軟性シート部材製からなるシートダクト130が設けられてなる構成となっている。紐133でシートダクト130を通しダクト差込口129に差し込んだ吸引ダクト128を、紐133でシートダクト130ごと縛り閉めて吸引ダクト128を包み締めて固定する。吸引ダクト128をつなげる吸引機(吸出機)は、吸引機(吸出機)80などの連続低騒音運転が行えるものを使用する。従来技術においては、屋内で飼うペットの排尿便は消臭効果のある排便シートなどを家屋の適当な場所の床に敷いて、そこに排尿便させていた。しかし、消臭機能があるといっても、便などの臭気を完全に無くすことは出来ず、結果屋内に臭気が広がり、カーテン等に染みつくという問題を持つものであった。また、臭気を広げないためには、こまめに臭気シートを交換することになり、経済的負担が大きくなるという問題を持つものであった。また、使用済み臭気シートは焼却ゴミとして廃棄されることが多く、ゴミ問題の要因をつくる一つとなっている。こうした中で、床に容易には動かないように安定的に簡単に置いておくこができ、臭気を100パーセント脱臭でき且つ経済的負担を軽減し、ゴミ量を減らすことが課題となっていた。

<実施の形態13> 図21及び図22に示す本発明の実施の形態13において140は換気装置であって、この換気装置140は掃除機からなる吸引機(吸出機)141と、換気用部材連結具142と、管内径略6センチ以上の太いフレキシブル管からなる吸引管143と、脱臭ボックス144と、数本の結束バンド145とからなっている。吸引機(吸出機)141は掃除機の前蓋容器部を取り除いた状態のものである。換気用部材連結具142は四角形状筒体からなる排気口形成体146と、該146の前部に設けられた合成樹脂製部材やゴム製部材やこれらと布製部材の混合部材などの非通気性柔軟部材からなる吹き抜け形態に形成されてなる、吸引機(吸出機)141を収納することが出来且つ吸引管143を入れ結束連結することができる換気用部材連結部147とからなっている。「換気用部材連結部」の「換気用部材」とは、吸引あるいは排気のいずれか一方の目的を達成するものを意味している。脱臭ボックス144は前部が開口してなる四角体の脱臭ボックス本体148と、該148の背部上方、側部上方あるいは天井部に設けられた、ボックス内の吸気を該ボックス外に吸い出すための直径略6センチ以上の吸出し口149と、該149の外側に設けられた換気用部材連結147と同じような素材からなり吹き抜け体である換気用部材連結部150とからなっている。結束バンド145はゴム製などの弾性伸縮部材からなっていて、その両端側に面ファスナー(図示せず)が設けられ、結束と結束解除が容易に出来るようになっている。図22に示すように、吸引機(吸出機)141を電源コード25を入り口側から引き出した状態にして換気用部材連結部147に前方入り口から入れ収納して、換気用部材連結部147と一体になるように吸引機(吸出機)141の前部を結束するように結束バンド145で締め結束する。吸引管143の一方側を吸引排気部材連結部147で覆い結束バンド145で結束連結する。吸引管143のもう一方の側を脱臭ボックス144の換気用部材連結部150に入れ結束バンド145で結束連結する。このような構成にすることより、太さの多様な吸引管や排気管、多様な胴太さの吸引機(吸出機)を使用して、それらの換気用部材の大きさに対応させて安価な吸換気装置を簡単に構築できるという効果を奏する。また、吸引管が太いので吸引口の音が静かで騒音が小さくできるという効果を奏する。また、掃除機の前蓋容器部を取り除いた状態の吸引部本体のみを使用することにより、細い吸引口により引き起こす騒音を解消するとともに、吸引力をアップするという効果を奏する。排気口形成体は筒状のもの、開口部を有する板部材からなるものなどいろいろである。

屋内に置いた吸引機(吸出機)収納部に吸引機(吸出機)を収納し、戸の隙間から屋外に出した排出ダクト部から吸引機(吸出機)の排気を屋外に排出するものであるので、屋外に縁側などが無くても簡単に吸引機(吸出機)の排気を屋外に排出することができるという効果を奏する。本排気捕縄具はダンボール製部材などの安価な部材で製作することができ、極めて安価に提供できるものである。これにより、特別な装置などの設置無しに安価に、介護などされる者のオムツ交換時の臭気を屋外に強制排気しながらのオムツ交換作業や、延長換気管を使用しての吸引機(吸出機)による部屋の掃除時の排気を簡単に屋外に排気しながら行えるなどを実現するものである。
