Description
Claims (20)
- 少なくとも第1の成分、第2の成分、および第3の成分を含む供給原料を受ける壁分割形蒸留塔を備え、
壁分割形蒸留塔の供給原料側の分離区画が、供給原料を、第1および第2の成分を含む蒸気と、第2および第3の成分を含む液体とに分離し、
供給原料が供給原料側で塔に入る点より下のレベルで、壁分割形蒸留塔内に少なくとも部分的に配設され、第1の成分の濃度を測定する差蒸気圧セルと、
壁分割形蒸留塔内で供給原料側を副生成物側から分離している仕切りとをさらに備えるプラント。 - 差蒸気圧セルが、供給原料が供給原料側で分離区画に入る点より下でかつ仕切りの下端部より上のレベルで供給原料側に配置される請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 差蒸気圧セルが、仕切りの下端部と同じかまたはそれより下のレベルに配置される請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 差蒸気圧セルが、差蒸気圧セルが配置された位置での供給原料の所定の蒸気圧と実質上同じ蒸気圧を有する基準物質を含む請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 差蒸気圧セルから信号を受ける制御要素をさらに備え、制御要素が壁分割形蒸留塔内のプロセスパラメ−タを調整する請求項4に記載のプラント。
- プロセスパラメ−タが、温度、生成物の流れ、および内部流のうちの少なくとも1つである請求項5に記載のプラント。
- 差蒸気圧セルが配置されている位置で、0.02%(モル)から5%(モル)の第1の成分が存在する場合に、制御要素がプロセスパラメ−タを調整する請求項5に記載のプラント。
- 供給原料が、炭化水素系の供給原料を含む請求項7に記載のプラント。
- 第1の成分がC4留分を含み、第2の成分がC5留分を含み、前記第3の成分がC6留分を含む請求項8に記載のプラント。
- 壁分割形蒸留塔が、第2の分離区画および第3の分離区画をさらに備え、第2の分離区画が、第1および第2の成分を含む蒸気を受け、第3の分離区画が、第2および第3の成分を含む液体を受ける請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 仕切りをもち、少なくとも第1の成分、第2の成分、および第3の成分を含む供給原料を受ける分離区画を供給原料側に備え、仕切りが供給原料側を副生成品側から分離する壁分割形蒸留塔を設けるステップと、
供給原料側の分離区画内で、供給原料を第1および前記第2の成分を含む蒸気と、第2および第3の成分を含む液体とに分離するステップと、
供給原料が、供給原料側で壁分割形蒸留塔に入る点より下のレベルで、差蒸気圧セルを壁分割形蒸留塔に連結するステップと、
差蒸気圧セルを使用して第1の成分の濃度を測定するステップとを備えるプラントを運転する方法。 - 差蒸気圧セルが、供給原料側で、供給原料が供給原料側で塔に入る点より下でかつ仕切りの下端部より上のレベルに配置される請求項11に記載の方法。
- 差蒸気圧セルが、仕切りの下端部と同じかまたはそれより下のレベルに配置される請求項11に記載の方法。
- 差蒸気圧セルが、差蒸気圧セルが配置された位置での供給原料の所定の蒸気圧と実質上同じ蒸気圧を有する基準物質を含む請求項11に記載の方法。
- 差蒸気圧セルから信号を受ける制御要素をさらに備え、制御要素が壁分割形蒸留塔内のプロセスパラメ−タを調整する請求項14に記載の方法。
- プロセスパラメ−タが温度である請求項15に記載の方法。
- 差蒸気圧セルが配置されている位置で、0.02%(モル)から5%(モル)の第1の成分が存在する場合に、制御要素がプロセスパラメ−タを調整する請求項15に記載の方法。
- 供給原料が、炭化水素系の供給原料を含む請求項17に記載の方法。
- 第1の成分がC4留分を含み、第2の成分がC5留分を含み、第3の成分がC6留分を含む請求項18に記載の方法。
- 壁分割形蒸留塔が、第2の分離区画および第3の分離区画をさらに備え、第2の分離区画が、第1および第2の成分を含む蒸気を受け、第3の分離区画が、第2および第3の成分を含む液体を受ける請求項11に記載の方法。
