Description

【0001】

[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Below, the repair method of the outer wall material which concerns on this invention is demonstrated using drawing. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 (a) to 2 (c), the support metal fitting 2 includes a square surface plate 3 having a side of 50 mm and a circular back plate 4 having a diameter of 50 mm at both ends, and a bridge having a rectangular cross section near the upper end. The central vertical cross section connected by the plate 5 is a U-shaped plate, and extends from the outer surface plate 3a to the outer plate 4a through the existing outer wall material A (existing ALC outer wall material that requires refurbishment, etc.). A variety of female screw mechanisms 7 into which the screws 8 can be fitted are processed in the through-hole 6 opened in advance, and in particular, the back plate 4. D is a frame of the existing outer wall material.
[0010]
3 and 4 show the base material B, FIG. 3 shows a rib plate B1, and FIG. 4 shows a base material B2 such as a vertical trunk edge or a horizontal trunk edge. The base material B is a base on which a new outer wall material C to be described later is applied.
[0011]
5-12 is explanatory drawing which shows a construction order. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 8, the cored hole 1 and the through hole 6 are formed in a predetermined place on the surface A1 of the existing exterior material with a φ50 hole saw and a φ10 hole. The cored hole 1 is inserted from the back plate 4 side of the support fitting 2 and dropped perpendicularly to the back surface A2 of the existing outer wall material A, and the screw 8 is passed through the through hole 6 from the outer surface plate 3a to the female screw mechanism 7 of the back plate. Fix it.
[0012]
When the fixing of the support bracket 2 is completed, the core 1a of the existing outer wall material A that has been removed is returned to its original position, a sealing material 10 (fireproof bond, ALC dedicated repair material, etc.) is injected into the gap, and a water stop treatment is performed. A fixed base on which the material B is applied is formed.
[0013]
Further, if necessary, although not shown, a rubber pad for unevenness adjustment is attached to the outer surface plate 3a to adjust unevenness with the base material B.
[0014]
FIG. 6 is an explanatory view showing a partially enlarged cross-section of the repair device 9 using the support fitting 2 of the present invention. The screw 8 is inserted into the through hole 6 from the outer surface plate outer side 3a toward the rear surface plate outer side 4a. A female screw mechanism 7 having a burring process 12 is formed below the back plate, thereby facilitating fitting and stability.
[0015]
The female screw mechanism 7 by the burring process 12 can process the back plate 4 main body as it is as shown in FIG. 6, but as shown in FIGS. It can also be formed and integrated with the back plate 4. 15 (a) to 15 (f), (a) is an inverted T type with an inner screw processed, (b) is a fallen H type with an inner screw, and (c) is a T with an inner screw processed. (D) is a tapered inverted T type, (e) is a tapered T type, and (f) is an inverted T type with internal and external threads.
[0016]
FIG. 7 shows a central longitudinal section of the repair device 9, but the screw 8 penetrates the existing outer wall material A to ensure the positioning of the repair device 9. In the embodiment, an example is shown in which the through-hole 6 is formed vertically downward, but it can be formed at an arbitrary position near the circumference around the core 1a.
[0017]
13 and 14 show another embodiment of the support fitting 2 used as a method for repairing an existing outer wall material according to the present invention.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 10, the rib plate B1 is fixed to the outer surface plate 3a of the support fitting 2 via a fixture, and a base material B2 such as a vertical trunk edge or a horizontal trunk edge to be described later is used as the existing outer wall material A. In order to avoid interference (adverse effects) due to unevenness (non-land), painting conditions, decoration of tiles, etc., unevenness adjustment is performed.
[0019]
The figure shows a structure in which the base material B2 such as a vertical body edge or a horizontal body edge is formed vertically, and when it is formed horizontally, it is fixed by rotating 90 °. Of course, the construction direction of the base material B is determined depending on whether the new outer wall material C is horizontal or vertical. In addition, as a dimension of rib plate B1, plate | board thickness is 4.5 mm, 100 mm long x 100-120 mm wide, and rib depth is about 10-12 mm.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 11, the base material B2 such as a vertical trunk edge or a horizontal trunk edge is formed on the rib plate B1 in several numbers, and functions as a construction base for the new outer wall material C.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the method for repairing an outer wall material according to the present invention, (1) since it is not necessary to dismantle the existing existing outer wall material, there is no problem in shortening the construction period, suspending residence or use, and the like. (2) It can be used for prefabricated houses. (3) Since it has a double wall structure consisting of an existing wall and a new wall, it has excellent heat insulation, soundproofing and fireproofing properties. {Circle around (4)} It can also be used for light steel structures and thin ALC (50 to 37 mm) buildings with wooden frame. (5) The load on the existing outer wall material can be minimized, and the mounting strength of the new outer wall material can be sufficiently secured. (6) By using the mounting guide, a stable support bracket can be constructed. (7) Since it is a renovation that leaves the existing outer wall material, the problem of fire prevention performance standards can be cleared. (8) It is not affected by the position of the structural frame of the existing outer wall material. (9) Since the thermal bridge does not reach the structural frame, it is easy to obtain individual recognition as a composite wall. There are features and effects.
