Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an endoscope basket-type recovery tool that is inserted into and removed from a treatment tool insertion channel of an endoscope and used to recover foreign matter and the like from the body cavity.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, the basket-type collection tool for an endoscope is a basket in which an operation wire is inserted and disposed in a sheath that is inserted into and removed from a treatment instrument insertion channel of an endoscope so as to be movable back and forth in an axial direction, and is formed into a basket shape by an elastic wire. Is connected to the tip of the operation wire.
[0003]
Then, the operation wire connected to the proximal end of the sheath is operated to advance and retreat the operation wire in the axial direction, whereby the basket enters and exits the distal end of the sheath, and the basket swells in a basket shape by its own elasticity outside the sheath. It is designed to be constricted by being pulled in.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When collecting a foreign substance from the body cavity, it is often the case that a plurality of foreign substances must be collected instead of only one. For example, in the case of multiple polyps, the polyps are first excised sequentially with a high-frequency snare, and then a plurality of polyps falling in the intestine are collected.
[0005]
In such a case, an endoscopic basket-type collecting tool is used. However, since collecting foreign substances one by one would require considerable effort and time, some foreign objects are in the basket. It is desirable to collect and collect them together.
[0006]
However, in order to capture the next foreign object in the center of the endoscope field of view after the foreign object is stored in the basket, the endoscope must be pushed and pulled or bent. In many cases, the pulling state of the operation wire is loosened and the foreign matter comes off the basket and falls.
[0007]
Further, when a relatively soft biological tissue or the like is collected as a foreign substance, if the pulling force of the operation wire for pulling the basket is too large, the collected tissue may be broken.
[0008]
Accordingly, the present invention can capture and collect a plurality of foreign matters in order so that the foreign matter accommodated in the basket does not come off while no operation is performed, and further, the foreign matter contained in the basket It is an object of the present invention to provide an endoscopic basket-type recovery tool that does not apply excessive force.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the endoscope basket-type recovery tool of the present invention has an operation wire inserted and disposed in a sheath that is inserted into and removed from the treatment instrument insertion channel of the endoscope so as to be capable of moving forward and backward in the axial direction. The basket formed in the shape of a basket with an elastic wire is connected to the distal end of the operation wire, and the operation wire is moved forward and backward in the axial direction at the operation portion connected to the proximal end of the sheath, whereby the basket is moved to the sheath. In the basket-type collection tool for an endoscope, the basket is swelled in and out of the sheath so that the basket expands in a basket shape by its own elasticity outside the sheath and is retracted into the sheath. The urging means for applying a traction force to the operation portion is provided in the operation portion, and the basket is lifted when the operation force is not applied to the operation portion. The operation wire in the direction drawn into the sheath, characterized in that it has to be towed.
[0010]
Note that a traction force may be applied to the operation wire from the biasing means until the intermediate portion of the basket is pulled into the sheath, or the basket is completely within the sheath. You may make it a traction force be provided with respect to the said operation wire from the said urging | biasing means to the position pulled in.
[0011]
The urging means may be a compression coil spring, and the operation portion may be detachable from the sheath together with the operation wire and the basket.
[0012]

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the urging means for applying a traction force to the operation wire is provided in the operation portion, and when the operation force is not applied to the operation portion, the operation wire is pulled in the direction in which the basket is drawn into the sheath. Since the basket is tightened in the closing direction when no operation is performed, multiple foreign objects can be captured and recovered in order without dropping the foreign objects contained in the basket. Can do.
[0032]
Further, if traction force is applied from the biasing means to the operation wire to a position where the intermediate portion of the basket is pulled into the sheath, excessive force is applied from the basket to the foreign matter contained in the basket. In addition, soft foreign matters can be prevented from being broken.
