Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an endoscope basket-type recovery tool that is used by being inserted into and removed from a treatment tool insertion channel of an endoscope.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a basket-type recovery tool for an endoscope has a basket formed as a whole by a plurality of elastic wires, and is moved forward and backward by an operation wire inserted into a flexible sheath so as to be movable forward and backward in the axial direction. When the basket is pushed out from the distal end of the flexible sheath, the elastic sheath bulges due to the elasticity of the elastic wire itself, and is pulled into the flexible sheath to be elastically deformed and constricted. It has become.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When a foreign object is captured by the basket-type recovery tool inserted into the treatment instrument insertion channel of the endoscope, it is common that the endoscope is pulled out of the body as it is.
[0004]
At that time, the basket in which foreign matter has been captured becomes dragged up by surrounding objects (for example, the cardia), and the resistance to traction increases, and the basket is pulled out when the basket slips forward from the distal end of the sheath. End up.
[0005]
Then, in the conventional basket-type collection tool for an endoscope as described above, the amount of swelling increases when the basket comes out of the distal end of the sheath, so that the foreign matter that has been captured is removed from the basket and falls.
[0006]
Therefore, when using a conventional basket-type collection tool for an endoscope, it is necessary to carefully pull the endoscope out of the body while maintaining the state where the operation wire of the basket-type collection tool is pulled on the hand side. It is not uncommon for the operator to use nerves and burden the operator, and at the same time, the trapped foreign object eventually falls off along the way.
[0007]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an endoscopic basket-type recovery tool that can easily and reliably recover foreign matter captured in a basket without dropping in the middle.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the basket-type collection tool for an endoscope according to the present invention is such that a basket formed as a whole by a plurality of elastic wires is inserted and arranged in a conduction path so as to be movable forward and backward in the axial direction. In a basket-type collection tool for an endoscope connected to the tip of the operation wire, a rear basket portion that is inflated by its own elasticity outside the conduction path and is narrowed by being pulled into the conduction path as a basket, and a rear side A plurality of elastic wires forming the basket portion are formed to extend forward, and the rear basket portion is pulled into the conduction path to swell, and the rear basket portion is squeezed from the conduction path. A full front basket portion is provided.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, as a basket, a rear basket portion that is swollen by its own elasticity outside the conduction path and is narrowed by being drawn into the conduction path, and a plurality of elastic wires forming the rear basket section are respectively forward. The front basket is formed by extending the rear basket portion so that the rear basket portion is pulled into the conduction path and swells when the rear basket portion is squeezed, and the rear basket portion is squeezed when the rear basket portion is pushed out of the conduction path. When capturing and pulling out foreign matter such as polyps inside, if the front basket part is pulled out from the leading end of the conduction path, the front basket is constricted by the action of the rear basket part being pulled out from the conduction path. The foreign matter captured in the basket can be easily and reliably collected without dropping.
