Description
Claims (1)
- 燃焼空間部に環状に開口する炎口の上方部位を構成する開口部が形成された天井部と、この天井部の外周縁に全周に亘って形成された外周壁部と、この外周壁部に接線方向に突出して形成された混合ガス供給管半体部とを有するプレス加工品からなる第1バーナ半体と、
上記第1バーナ半体の上記開口部と対向され上記燃焼空間部に二次空気を供給する筒状の二次空気取入れ筒部を一体に形成した底面部と、この底面部の外周縁に全周に亘って形成された外周壁部と、この外周壁部に接線方向に突出して形成された混合ガス供給管半体部とを有し、相対するそれぞれの上記外周壁部と上記混合ガス供給管半体部とを突き合わせて上記第1バーナ半体に組み合わされることによって、内部に環状の混合ガス流路が設けられるとともにこの混合ガス流路と接線方向に連通する混合ガス供給路が内部に設けられた混合ガス供給管部を一体に連設したバーナ本体部を構成するプレス加工品からなる第2バーナ半体と、
上記第1バーナ半体の上記開口部と略同径とされて上記炎口の下方部位を構成する上方開口部と、この上方開口部の周回りに上記第1バーナ半体の上記外周壁部と略同径とされて形成されるとともに円周方向に対して互いに等間隔とされた多数個のガス供給孔が形成された隔壁フランジ部とを有し、下方開口部位を上記第2バーナ半体に組み合わすことにより上記隔壁フランジ部が上記各ガス供給孔を介して上記混合ガス流路と連通して上記混合ガス供給管部から供給される混合ガスの圧力を全域に亘って均圧化させる環状の均圧空間部を構成するとともに、この均圧空間部を介して上記第1バーナ半体の上記天井部との間の内周側に全周に亘って開口して上記燃焼空間部に混合ガスを吹き出させる環状炎口を構成するプレス加工品からなる内部バーナリング部材と、
内径が上記第1バーナ半体の上記開口部と略同径とされた開口部を有し、上記第1バーナ半体の上記天井部と上記内部バーナリング部材の上記隔壁フランジ部との間に介挿して設けられることによって第1バーナ半体と上記内部バーナリング部材との間に構成される上記炎口を全周に亘って上部炎口と下部炎口とに区割りするプレス加工品からなる環状のセパレータ部材とを備え、
上記第1バーナ半体の上記天井部の上記開口部に沿った内面と、上記内部バーナリング部材の上記開口部に沿った上記隔壁フランジ部の内面と、上記セパレータ部材の上記開口部に沿った上下面とに相対位置して複数の凸部をそれぞれ一体に形成し、これら凸部が上記第1バーナ半体と上記内部バーナリング部材を組み合わせた状態で突き当てられて上記炎口を円周方向の長さがほぼ等しくかつ上記燃焼空間部に対して所定の角度を付された複数の円弧状の炎口スリットに区割りするとともに上記均圧空間部内のガス流路を部分的に狭くさせて当該箇所において混合ガスに負圧を生じさせる流れ制御部を構成し、
上記混合ガス供給管部から供給されて上記均圧空間部内を均圧化されて流れる上記混合ガスを上記各炎口スリットからそれぞれの下流側よりも上流側での吹出し量が多く所定の角度を以って上記燃焼空間部に吹き出させて旋回火炎となって燃焼させることを特徴とするバーナ装置。
