Claims (2)
- 対象物の放射光を検出する光学プローブの受光部表面にパージエアを吹き付けるためにパージエアを流通させ前記受光部表面近傍まで導くパージエア流路構造であって、
前記受光部を囲みパージエアを流通させる環状の空気流路と、
該空気流路内に設けられ前記受光部の背面側でパージエア中の塵埃を捕集するフィルタ部と、
前記空気流路内に設けられ前記受光部の前面側で前記フィルタ部を通過したパージエア中の塵埃を慣性分離する分離部と、を備え、
前記フィルタ部は、パージエアを通過させる通過孔をその周方向にわたり複数有する遮蔽部を少なくとも2つ以上備え、該各遮蔽部は前記空気流路の上流側から下流側に向けて互いに所定間隔を隔てて順次配置されており、前記各遮蔽部の上流側に面する壁部は、その上流側に隣接する遮蔽部の通過孔を通過したパージエアが衝突する位置に設けられている、ことを特徴とするパージエア流路構造。 - 前記分離部の上流側に設けられ前記分離部から前記受光部表面近傍にパージエアを導く貫通孔の出口部を通過するパージエアの流速をVaとし、前記遮蔽部のうち最上流側に配置された遮蔽部の通過孔の出口部を通過するパージエアの流速をVbとしたときに、その流速比Vb/Vaが0.8〜1.3となるように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパージエア流路構造。
