【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a solid processing apparatus for decomposing a solid in a novel liquid. Specifically, it is installed in an apparatus that purifies liquid contaminated by solids, and the solids are quickly crushed in a container with liquids inserted by a simple structure, thereby significantly increasing the reaction with the decomposition treatment liquid. It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel solid material processing apparatus that can perform the above.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a method of decomposing solid matter with the decomposition treatment liquid mixed in the liquid, the decomposition of the solid is carried out in the liquid for a long time due to the power of the treatment liquid, or the liquid is gradually decomposed while slowly stirring the liquid. Yes. In addition, there is a method in which a solid is crushed in advance and then mixed into a liquid to be decomposed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional method, when the amount of the solid matter is small with time, it does not become a big problem. However, when the amount is accumulated with time, the decomposition processing speed is not in time, resulting in a large amount of Solid matter remains and requires a lot of time for removal. In particular, when the solid matter is excrement such as filth, it may be a source of bad odor, sanitary problems, and the processing apparatus itself may be completely useless.
[0004]
Further, when the solid matter is crushed in advance and then mixed in the liquid, the processing ability of the solid matter is slightly accelerated, but there is a problem that the apparatus itself is complicated and requires extra labor.
[0005]
The present invention is made in view of such circumstances, and in a solid material processing apparatus installed in an apparatus for purifying a liquid that is contaminated by mixing of solid materials, it is a solid structure in a short time with a simple structure. An object of the present invention is to provide a solid processing apparatus capable of decomposing a product.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Then, in order to solve the said subject, the solid substance processing apparatus of this invention is a solid substance processing apparatus installed in the apparatus which purifies the liquid which became dirty by mixing of a solid substance, as described in
[0007]
In the above configuration, the “container” may be independent or may be integrated with another processing unit.
[0008]
As shown in the above configuration, the solids processing apparatus according to the present invention forms a single container, the said container is liquid decomposing solution for chemically decomposing solids are mixed is inserted, also , on one side of the vessel grinder is provided on the front portion of the crusher, a crushing unit crushing the solids, agitating portion is provided to stir the liquid at the bottom of the grinder A plurality of bubble holes are formed to discharge the bubbles into the liquid, and the bubbles are discharged toward the upper part of the pulverizer through the stirring unit, causing convection in the container. The stirring of the liquid in one container and the mechanical pulverization of the solid in the liquid can be performed at high speed with the help of bubbles, and the chemical treatment reaction between the processing liquid and the solid can be actively advanced.
[0009]
Moreover, as a result of the chemical decomposition of most of the solids by this solid matter processing apparatus, the next processing step is greatly simplified, and it is not necessary to add an extra device to the processing burden, and the entire purification device is compact. Can be achieved.
[0010]
In the above configuration, the stirring section may comprise a single member, but as described in
[0011]
If the bubble hole is formed in the lower part of the groove part as described in claim 3, the bubble surely rises in the groove part to the upper part in the container, and the bubble bursts in the upper part of the container to cause a solid matter. Useful for crushing. Further, since the bubbles always pass through the groove, the cleaning in the groove is always performed and the clogging in the groove is eliminated. [0013]
