本発明は、膜分離装置を用いて固液分離を行う活性汚泥処理装置及びこれを用いた活性汚泥処理方法に関するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、この様な不都合に鑑み、分離膜を用いて活性汚泥の固液分離を行う
に際し、濾過処理を長期間継続しても、充分な分離膜表面の洗浄を行うことがで
きる活性汚泥処理装置及び活性汚泥処理方法を提供することを目的とする。
即ち、本発明の要旨は、曝気槽と、曝気槽内部に配設した膜分離装置と、膜分
離装置の下方に配設した散気装置とを有する活性汚泥処理装置において、散気装
置の内部に流入した汚泥を散気装置外に排出する汚泥排出手段を有することを特
徴とする活性汚泥処理装置にある。
この活性汚泥処理装置における散気装置内に洗浄液を供給して、汚泥を散気装置外に排出するようにすると、散気装置内に流入した汚泥を散気装置外に排出しながら、散気装置内の洗浄を行うことができる。
また、この活性汚泥処理装置における散気装置内に洗浄液とエアーを供給し、気液混合流により、汚泥を散気装置外に排出するようにすると、更に洗浄効率が向上する。

In the activated sludge treatment apparatus , the cleaning liquid is supplied into the diffuser and the sludge is discharged out of the diffuser. When the sludge flowing into the diffuser is discharged out of the diffuser, the air is diffused. The inside of the apparatus can be cleaned.
Further , when the cleaning liquid and the air are supplied into the air diffuser in the activated sludge treatment apparatus , and the sludge is discharged out of the air diffuser by the gas-liquid mixed flow, the cleaning efficiency is further improved.
