Description

【0001】
その形状としては、図2(a)(斜視図)、(b)((a)図のa−a部断面図)、(c)((a)図のb−b部端面図)に示すように、敷目板Bと裏打材Cよりなるものである。
【0007】
【0032】
以上説明したのは、本発明に係る内・外装材の接続構造の代表例にすぎず、防水敷目板Aを図10(a)〜(i)、図11(a)〜(l)、図12(a)〜(g)、図13(a)〜(h)、内・外装材Dを図14(a)〜(h)、図15(a)〜(h)、図16(a)〜(d)、継手材Gを図17(a)〜(f)、図18(a)〜(j)に示すように形成することができる。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a connection structure for an inner / exterior material at a vertical joint when an exterior or interior is formed using an inner / outer material for a horizontal gutter.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the joint structure when installing exterior materials such as roofing materials for side walls and outer wall materials for horizontal walls is as follows: (1) Structures in which both side edges of the exterior material are bent in a spiral shape, 2) A structure in which the side edges of the exterior material are sandwiched between the top and bottom of the siding board and the cover material, and (3) a structure in which the exterior materials are simply overlapped.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, (3) is inferior in waterproofness, and (1) and (3) are disadvantageous in that the steps are uneven due to the overlapping of the exterior materials, leading to a decrease in design. Further, in (2), there is a risk that the cover portion is slid in the longitudinal direction of the exterior material when snow is removed in the snowy region, and the joint portion is exposed to the outside. Further, the structure of the joint material is complicated, and it is difficult to form the joint material, and the cost is increased.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention provides an internal / exterior material for a male-female connection structure having a substantially horizontal decorative surface and a connection piece formed by folding back the side end of the decorative surface in the longitudinal direction to the back surface side. A lower side that is bent downward on one side end in the longitudinal direction of the substantially horizontal flat plate portion, and an upper side that protrudes upward on the other end portion in the longitudinal direction of the tie portion, A waterproof siding board composed of rain return parts projecting upward at both ends in the width direction of the part, a waterproof piece having a substantially horizontal plane and a narrow width, and both ends in the width direction of the waterproof piece inward A locking groove that is bent in a substantially U-shaped cross section, and one end in the longitudinal direction of the waterproof piece protrudes upward and the tip hangs downward to form a protrusion and an engaging groove, and the lower end of the protrusion is Using a joint material consisting of a fixed part protruding outward, a waterproof matting plate is placed on the back of the vertical joint between the inner and outer materials, and the ends of adjacent inner and outer materials are connected. The fitting groove of the joint material is inserted into the joint, and the engagement groove of the joint material is engaged with the upper side of the waterproof siding plate to connect the inner and outer materials together, thereby improving workability, waterproofness, etc. In addition, we propose a connection structure for interior and exterior materials that enables cost reduction.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

FIGS. 1A and 1B are a plan view showing a house for constructing a connection structure for interior / exterior materials according to the present invention, and an enlarged plan view showing the constructed interior / exterior material D, FIGS. (C) is explanatory drawing which shows the waterproofing siding board A which is a member used for the connection structure of the interior / exterior material which concerns on this invention, FIG.3 (a)-(g) is the interior / exterior material of this invention. FIG. 4A and FIG. 4B show the joint material G which is a member used for the connection structure of the inner / outer material according to the present invention. It is explanatory drawing.
[0006]
As shown in FIGS. 5 (a) to 5 (c), the waterproof siding board A functions as a waterproof base for the vertical joint α when constructing a horizontal roofing material E as an interior / exterior material D of a house. It is designed to prevent rainwater from entering the enclosure. The shape is shown in FIGS. 2 (a) (perspective view), (b) (a-a section sectional view of (a) figure), (c) (end view of bb section of (a) figure). Thus, it consists of the lining board B and the backing material C.
[0007]
As the lining plate B, a short plate-like lining portion 1, a lower side 2 in which the lower end of the lining portion 1 is bent, and an upper side 3 in which the upper end of the lining portion 1 is bent in a direction opposite to the lower side 2; In addition, it is composed of a rain return portion 4 in which both ends in the width direction of the mat portion 1 are folded back to the surface side, and a gap 5.
[0008]
The mat portion 1 is formed so that rainwater that has entered from the vertical joint portion α does not enter the base β.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 5A, the lower side 2 is a portion that is inserted and fixed in the hook groove 10 of the inner / outer packaging material D described later, and rainwater that has entered from the vertical joint α is the lower inner / outer packaging material. It was formed so as to quickly flow down on the surface of D.
[0010]
The upper side 3 and the rain return portion 4 are formed so that rainwater entering from the vertical joint portion α does not enter the base β.
[0011]
The material of the lining plate B is formed by roll forming molding, extrusion molding, injection molding, press molding or the like of a thin metal plate such as a color steel plate, an aluminum plate, a titanium plate, a clad steel plate, a copper plate, or a synthetic resin plate.
