BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an industrial disinfectant and an industrial disinfecting method. More specifically, the present invention relates to industrial products such as metalworking fluid (cutting fluid), textile fluid, paper coating fluid (coating color), calcium carbonate slurry, paint, latex, paste, etc. The present invention relates to an industrial disinfectant and an industrial disinfecting method for preventing spoilage or deterioration due to the above.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Industrial products such as metalworking fluids (cutting fluids), textile fluids, paper coating fluids (coating colors), calcium carbonate slurry, paints, latexes, pastes, etc. are spoiled and moldy by bacteria and fungi (mold, yeast, etc.) Conventionally, various industrial disinfectants have been used. However, there are few bactericides effective for all of the microorganisms, and a large amount of bactericides must be added to obtain these effects.
[0003]
Among the above industrial products, particularly, the sterilization target system contains water and the pH thereof is alkaline, for example, metalworking fluid (cutting fluid), textile fluid, paper coating fluid (coating color), carbonic acid In calcium slurries and the like, 5-chloro-2-methyl-isothiazolin-3-one, 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 4,5-dichloro-2-2, which are known industrial antiseptic and fungicides, are used. Isothiazolones such as n-octyl-isothiazolin-3-one, 2-n-octyl-isothiazolin-3-one, and 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, and 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1, Bromine-containing organic compounds represented by 3-diol, 2,2-dibromo-1-nitroethanol, 2,2-dibromo-3-nitrilopropionamide Can have, its sterilizing effect decreases over time, long-lived bactericidal effect over there is a problem that can not be expected (in these sterilized system, usually one month or more sterilizing effect is required).
[0004]
1,2-Benzisothiazolin-3-one, which is an active ingredient of the present invention, is widely known as an active ingredient for non-metallic, low-toxic industrial fungicides. However, the bactericidal power is strong, but the bactericidal power is weak, and there is a drawback that it is not effective against Pseudomonas sp., One of the main causative bacteria of the above-mentioned aqueous industrial products. There was also a problem of resistant bacteria generated by continuous use.
[0005]
Further, 2-pyridinethiol-1-oxide sodium, which is an active ingredient of the present invention, is also known as an industrial fungicide (refer to “Encyclopedia of Antibacterial and Antifungal Agents” published by the Japanese Society for Antibacterial and Antifungal Society in 1986. ). However, since the efficacy against Gram-negative bacteria represented by Pseudomanas sp. Is weak and the effect decreases in a relatively short period of time, there is a problem that a sufficient bactericidal effect is not always exhibited even when used in a large amount. .
[0006]
Furthermore, N-substituted-N-hydroxymethylamine and its polycondensates and substituted phenol compounds, which are the active ingredients of the present invention, are known as industrial antiseptic and fungicides that are stable in an alkaline pH range (see above). (See “Encyclopedia of Antibacterial and Antifungal Agents”). However, N-substituted-N-hydroxymethylamine and its polycondensate have a problem that the effect on mold is weak. Further, when used at a concentration lower than the growth inhibitory concentration of the fungus, the bactericidal effect is remarkably lowered, so that it was necessary to always measure the number of fungi and manage the amount added.
[0007]
On the other hand, an industrial bactericidal agent that uses two of the above compound groups, which are active ingredients of the present invention, is known. For example, Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 62-43966 describes an industrial disinfectant that uses 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one and sodium 2-pyridinethiol-1-oxide together. Also, Lubr. Eng., 35 (10), 559-63 describes a fungicide that uses 2-pyridinethiol-1-oxide sodium and a polycondensate of N-substituted-N-hydroxymethylamine in combination. ing. Furthermore, JP-A-8-165204 describes an algal control agent using 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, N-substituted N-hydroxymethylamine and a polycondensate thereof in combination.
[0008]
These bactericides exhibit a bactericidal effect superior to that of one component due to the synergistic effect of the two components. However, the bactericidal efficacy against various bacteria is not sufficient, and a continuous bactericidal effect could not be obtained due to the degradation of active ingredients and the emergence of resistant bacteria that occur during long-term use.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention provides an industrial disinfectant that can obtain a bactericidal effect on various bacteria with a low addition amount, and that the effect lasts for a long period of time, and that the effect is remarkably exhibited even in an alkaline disinfection target system. It is an issue to provide.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inventors of the present invention have studied various combinations of industrial disinfectants from such a viewpoint, and as a result, 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, 2-pyridinethiol-1-oxide sodium and specific N -Decomposition of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one in the system to be sterilized is suppressed by combining a substituted N-hydroxymethylamine and a polycondensate thereof in a specific ratio. The inventors have found an unexpected fact that a remarkable bactericidal effect against various bacteria and the persistence of the bactericidal effect, which cannot be predicted from a combination of components, have been found, and the present invention has been completed.
[0011]
Thus, according to this invention, 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, 2-pyridinethiol-1-oxide sodium , and 2-hydroxymethylaminoethanol, hexahydro-1,3,5-tris as active ingredients N-substituted N-hydroxymethylamine selected from (2-hydroxyethyl) -s-triazine and hexahydro-1,3,5-triethyl-s-triazine or a polycondensate thereof ,
1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one and 2-pyridinethiol-1-oxide sodium in a weight ratio of 1: 0.1-10, and 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one and 2-pyridine Industrial disinfectant characterized by containing a total amount of sodium thiol-1-oxide and N-substituted N-hydroxymethylamine or a polycondensate thereof in a weight ratio of 1: 1 to 100 Is provided.
N-substituted-N-hydroxymethylamines and their polycondensates are represented by the general formula (I):

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
BIT and NAPT which are the active ingredients of the present invention are both known disinfectants, and commercially available ones can be used.
The N-substituted-N-hydroxymethylamine and the polycondensate thereof (including cases where a cyclic structure is formed when n = 3), which is an active ingredient of the present invention, are represented by the general formula (I). In the formula, the “lower alkyl group” of the lower alkyl group which may be substituted with the hydroxy group of the substituent R is an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, such as a methyl group, an ethyl group, an n-propyl group, and the like. An iso-propyl group is exemplified, and an ethyl group is particularly preferable.
[0018]
Specific examples of the N-substituted-N-hydroxymethylamine represented by the general formula (I) and polycondensates thereof include 2-hydroxymethylaminoethanol (hereinafter abbreviated as HMAE), 2,4-bis (2 -Hydroxyethyl) -2,4-diaza-1-butanol, 2,4,6-tris (2-hydroxyethyl) -2,4,6-triaza-1-hexanol, hexahydro-1,3,5-tris (2-hydroxyethyl) -s-triazine (hereinafter abbreviated as HTHT) and hexahydro-1,3,5-triethyl-s-triazine (hereinafter abbreviated as HTET). Among them, HMAE, HTHT and HTET are particularly preferred. preferable. These N-substituted-N-hydroxymethylamines can be used in combination of two or more. Here, the polycondensate means a compound in which a cyclic structure is formed with a condensation reaction when n = 3 among the compounds represented by the general formula (I).
[0019]
The compound represented by general formula (I) can be manufactured by a well-known method, for example, can be easily manufactured from a primary amine and paraformaldehyde. Specifically, HMAE can be produced from monoethanolamine and paraformaldehyde (see British Patent No. 920301).
Moreover, as a compound represented by the general formula (I), commercially available products (manufactured by Yoshitomi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., trade name “Tomiside G”, Dainippon Ink & Chemicals, Inc., trade names “Best Side 1087Y” and “Best Side” 1087T ", manufactured by RTVanderbilt, trade name" Vancide TH ") may be used. These commercial products are mainly used as preservatives for metalworking oils.
[0020]
In this invention, the ratio of BIT to NAPT is 1: 0.1 to 10 by weight, preferably 1: 1 to 5, and the total amount of BIT and NAPT and N-substituted-N-hydroxymethylamine And the ratio with the polycondensate is 1: 1 to 100 by weight ratio, Preferably it is 1: 5 to 50.
[0021]
The active ingredient of the present invention is preferably used in the form of a normal liquid preparation, but is not limited to this and may be used in the form of a powder or the like depending on the intended use. In addition, when it is preferable to store each active ingredient separately in view of long-term storage stability of the preparation, the active ingredients may be separately formulated and used in combination.
[0022]
In the case where the system to be sterilized is water such as process water in the papermaking process or industrial cooling water, starch slurry, synthetic resin emulsion, etc., in consideration of dissolution and dispersibility of active ingredients, water or a hydrophilic organic solvent and A liquid agent using a dispersant is preferred.
[0023]
Examples of hydrophilic organic solvents include glycols such as ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, glycol ethers such as methyl cellosolve, phenyl cellosolve, diethylene glycol monomethyl ether, dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, and tripropylene glycol monomethyl ether. , Alcohols having up to 8 carbon atoms, or esters such as methyl acetate, ethyl acetate, 3-methoxybutyl acetate, 2-ethoxymethyl acetate, 2-ethoxyethyl acetate, propylene carbonate, and dimethyl glutarate. These hydrophilic organic solvents can be suitably used in terms of safety and stability.
[0024]
As the dispersant, any of a cationic surfactant, an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, or an amphoteric surfactant can be used, but a nonionic surfactant is preferable in terms of stability of the preparation.
As this nonionic surfactant, higher alcohol ethylene oxide adduct [ethylene oxide is hereinafter abbreviated as (EO)], alkylphenol (EO) adduct, fatty acid (EO) adduct, polyvalent Alcohol fatty acid ester (EO) adduct, higher alkylamine (EO) adduct, fatty acid amide (EO) adduct, (EO) adduct of fats and oils, propylene oxide [hereinafter, (P. O)] (EO) copolymer, alkylamine (PO) (EO) copolymer adduct, fatty acid ester of glycerol, fatty acid ester of pentaerythritol, fatty acid ester of sorbitol and sorbitan, Examples include fatty acid esters of sucrose, alkyl ethers of polyhydric alcohols, alkylolamides, and the like.
[0025]
Further, water-soluble polymers such as xanthan gum, sodium alginate, polyvinyl alcohol, gelatin, CMC (carboxymethyl cellulose) may be used instead of or as an auxiliary agent for these surfactants.
[0026]
The mixing ratio of these preparations is such that the total amount of active ingredients is 10 to 90 parts by weight and the dispersant is at least 0.01 parts by weight with respect to the total of 1 part by weight of the active ingredients when the preparation is 100 parts by weight. The remainder is preferably water or a hydrophilic organic solvent.
[0027]
In addition, when the system to be sterilized is an oil system such as heavy oil sludge, cutting oil, and oil paint, it is preferable to use a liquid agent that uses a hydrocarbon solvent such as kerosene, heavy oil, or spindle oil. May be added.
Furthermore, also when formulating the active ingredient of this invention in 2 to 3 liquids, it is possible to formulate each active ingredient using the above-mentioned solvent and dispersant in the above-mentioned blending ratio.
[0028]
For the system to be sterilized in which the active ingredient of the present invention can be dissolved or dispersed, it may be used directly or as a powder diluted with a solid diluent (for example, kaolin, clay, bentonite, CMC, etc.). An agent may be added. Further, in the same manner as in the case of a liquid preparation, the powder preparation may be divided into respective active ingredients and formulated.
In addition, the preparation of the present invention can be made into an emulsion preparation using water or a surfactant as long as the effect thereof is not hindered, and can also contain other known disinfectants.
[0029]
In the method of the present invention, when the above active ingredients are simultaneously added to the system to be sterilized, it is easy to use as a single preparation as described above, but each of them is in terms of long-term storage stability of the preparation. When it is preferable to separate the active ingredients or when the active ingredients are added separately to the system to be sterilized, they are used in the form of individual preparations.
The industrial disinfectant of this invention is added simultaneously or separately to the system to be sterilized so that the active ingredients are 10 to 1000 mg / liter, preferably 10 to 500 mg / liter in total concentration.

A predetermined amount of the pre-cultured bacterial solution was added to the liquid broth medium. Subsequently, a drug obtained by adding HTHT to BIT + NAPT [(a) 1: 1, (b) 4: 1, (c) 1: 4] at various ratios was added to the above medium. This was cultured at 37 ° C. for 24 hours with shaking, and the concentration at which no increase in absorbance at 660 nm was observed was taken as the minimum inhibitory concentration. The result is shown in FIG. This figure shows that there is a synergistic effect in the combined use of BIT + NAPT and HTHT.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
The industrial disinfectant of the present invention comprises 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, 2-pyridinethiol-1-oxide sodium, specific N-substituted-N-hydroxymethylamine and a polycondensate thereof as active ingredients. Is contained in a ratio that exhibits a synergistic effect. Therefore, the industrial bactericides of the present invention exhibit a bactericidal effect against various bacteria with a low addition amount as compared with the case where each of them is used alone or when two of the three active ingredients are combined.
