Description
Claims (5)
- 吸気路内のコンプレッサ(20)と排気ガスライン内の排気ガスタービン(1)とを具備する内燃機関の排気ガスターボチャージャであって、前記排気ガスタービン(1)が、タービンハウジング(2)内に各々半径方向流入口(6、7)に接続する少なくとも2つのスパイラルダクト(4、5)を有し、該スパイラルダクトを介して前記排気ガスタービン(1)のタービンホイール(3)に排気ガスを供給することができ、半径方向ガイドカスケードリング(10)が前記半径方向流入口(6、7)に配置され、前記半径方向流入口(6、7)の断面が可変に調整可能である排気ガスターボチャージャにおいて、
前記排気ガスタービン(1)は、半径方向流入口(6,7)及び軸方向流入口(8、9)を有する組み合わせタービンとして設計され、かつ軸方向流入口(8、9)が各半径方向流入口(6、7)に対応つけられ、
前記半径方向ガイドカスケードリング(10)は、前記半径方向流入口(6、7)を軸方向に画定する2つの壁部(15、16)の間に保持され、前記壁部の一方の壁部(16)は軸方向に変位可能であるように設計されると共に位置決め開口部(18)を有し、
前記ガイドカスケードリング(10)を前記位置決め開口部に押入できるか、あるいは前記一方の壁部(16)の軸方向移動の間に前記ガイドカスケードリング(10)を前記位置決め開口部から取り外すことができ、
前記半径方向ガイドカスケードリング(10)が前記一方の壁部(16)と接触せず、かつ前記排気ガスタービン(1)内の前記2つのスパイラルダクト(4、5)と流出ダクト(14)との間に非遮断の直接流路がある程度に、可動な前記一方の壁部(16)を軸方向外側に変位させることができることを特徴とする排気ガスターボチャージャ。 - 他方の壁部(15)が固定位置に配置され、前記ガイドカスケード(10)が固定された前記他方の壁部(15)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 可動な前記一方の壁部(16)が、軸方向に変位可能な摺動スリーブ(17)を介して調整できることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記半径方向流入口(6、7)が閉鎖されるまで、軸方向に可動な前記一方の壁部(16)の前記位置決め開口部(18)に前記ガイドカスケードリング(10)が押入されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記半径方向流入口(6、7)は各々180°にわたって前記タービンホイール(3)の周りに延在し、前記2つのスパイラルダクト(4、5)のうち一方のスパイラルダクト(4)は一方の半径方向流入口(6)開口し、他方のスパイラルダクト(5)は、他方の半径方向流入口(7)に開口していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
