Description
前記第1のポート側の、第1の伝送経路と第2の伝送経路との分岐部に、第1のポートから入力される受信信号を第1の伝送経路へ伝送するとともに、第2の伝送経路を経由して伝送される送信信号を第1のポートへ出力する90°ハイブリッド回路を含む、第1の方向性を有する回路を備え、前記第2のポート側の、第1の伝送経路と第2の伝送経路との分岐部に、第2のポートから入力される送信信号を第2の伝送経路へ伝送するとともに、第1の伝送経路を経由して伝送される受信信号を第2のポートへ出力する90°ハイブリッド回路を含む、第2の方向性を有する回路を備えたことを特徴としている。
図1・図2に示した例では、増幅回路LNAの入力側と出力側に、それぞれ2段のハイブリッド回路を構成したが、その段数を増してもよい。図3は、2段のハイブリッド回路11,14と1段のハイブリッド回路12,13を設けて、それぞれ3段のハイブリッド回路を構成した場合について示している。但し、図3では、増幅回路LNAの入力側と出力側を接続する部分をポート#4,#3としていて、ハイブリッド回路11,14および受信フィルタRxa〜Rxdの特性を求めるための回路としている。図4はその特性図である。図3において、ポート#1とポート#2との間の第1の伝送経路を線路L0で表している。図3においてハイブリッド回路11を構成する7つの線路L1〜L7はそれぞれ伝送周波数で1/4波長の電気長を備えている。また、各線路のインピーダンスは次の通りである。

ハイブリッド回路14は11と同様の構成である。また受信フィルタRxa〜Rxdはそれぞれ同一の特性である。

Claims (3)
- アンテナが接続される第1のポートと送受信回路が接続される第2のポートとの間に、受信信号を増幅する増幅回路および受信周波数帯域の信号を通過させる受信フィルタを備えた第1の伝送経路と、送信信号を通過させる第2の伝送経路とを備えてなる送受信フィルタ装置において、
前記第1のポート側の、第1の伝送経路と第2の伝送経路との分岐部に、第1のポートから入力される信号を第1の伝送経路へ伝送するとともに、第2の伝送経路を経由して伝送される信号を第1のポートへ出力する90°ハイブリッド回路を含む、第1の方向性を有する回路を備え、
前記第2のポート側の、第1の伝送経路と第2の伝送経路との分岐部に、第2のポートから入力される信号を第2の伝送経路へ伝送するとともに第1の伝送経路を経由して伝送される信号を第2のポートへ出力する90°ハイブリッド回路を含む、第2の方向性を有する回路を備えたことを特徴とする送受信フィルタ装置。 - 前記第1・第2の方向性を有する回路は、それぞれ複数の90°ハイブリッド回路を2つの伝送線路を介して縦続接続したものであり、前記縦続接続する伝送線路のそれぞれに前記受信フィルタを設けた請求項1に記載の送受信フィルタ装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の送受信フィルタ装置の第1のポートに送受兼用のアンテナを接続し、第2のポートに送受信回路を接続してなる通信装置。
