Claims (14)
- 薄組織断面が所定のパターンで固定されたキャリアプレートと、処理液が液滴の形態で適用された少なくとも1つのスライドと、1つのスライドを保持する搬送容器と、前記搬送容器がスタックされる第1および第2のステーションとを有する薄組織断面の免疫標識化装置であって、
前記スライドの液滴の配置が前記キャリアプレートの前記薄組織断面の配置に対応しており、前記搬送容器は基部に取り付けられた周囲区切り壁を有しており、1つの搬送容器の前記基部がその下に配置された搬送容器カバーを構成する、薄組織断面の免疫標識化装置。 - それぞれスライドが装着された前記搬送容器が前記第1のステーションにスタックされ、複数の新しい未使用の液滴が前記スライドに配置されている請求項1記載の装置。
- それぞれスライドが装着された前記搬送容器が前記第2のステーションにスタックされ、処理工程において既に使用された複数の液滴が前記スライドに配置されている請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記第1のステーションおよび第2のステーションにおいて、それぞれの場合について最上部の搬送容器にはスライドが装着されておらず、その搬送容器の前記基部のみが前記第1および第2のステーションにおいて次の搬送容器のカバーを構成している請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記装置は入力部、供給部および処理部で構成されており、前記供給部から前記処理装置まで、または前記処理装置から前記供給部まで少なくとも1つの搬送容器を搬送するために、搬送機構が前記供給部と処理部間を前後に移動する請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記第1および第2のステーションは、互いに平行な第1、第2および第3のバーにより構成されており、前記第1および第2のバーは二等辺三角形の基部の端点であり、前記第3のバーは二等辺三角形の頂点であり、前記第1、第2および第3のバーは前記搬送容器のガイドとして作用し、前記バーは共通板の上端に固定されている請求項1記載の装置。
- a)処理部に挿入されたキャリアプレートに配置された薄組織断面に個々の処理プロセスを実施する工程と、
b)液滴受容のための複数の凹部をそれぞれ有する複数のスライド上に液滴を適用する工程と、
c)前記スライド用に提供された搬送容器と共に前記スライドを第1のステーションに配置する工程と、
d)前記スライドと共に前記搬送容器を搬送機構により前記第1のステーションから処理部へ移動する工程と、
e)前記スライドの前記液滴が前記キャリアプレートの前記薄組織断面を濡らすように、前記スライドと共に前記搬送容器を持ち上げる工程と、
f)前記個々の処理プロセスにより予め決められた時に前記スライドと共に前記搬送容器を、使用済みスライドを保持する第2のステーションへ移動する工程と、
g)個々の処理プロセスのために前記第1のステーションに提供された前記スライド全てが取り外されるまで工程d)〜f)を実施する工程と
を含む薄組織断面を免疫標識化する方法。 - 前記工程d)〜f)を完全に自動的に実施する請求項7記載の方法。
- 個々の処理プロセスの作成が、複数の入力ボタンにより、入力部に提供されたユーザーインターフェースを介して実施される請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記処理プロセスに従って必要とされる、それぞれスライドが装着された前記搬送容器が前記第1のステーションにスタックされ、前記スライドは最初、前記第1のステーションの最下部に配置されている必要がある請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記キャリアプレートが前記処理部のアームのホルダーにより前記処理部に挿入され、前記ホルダーが前記処理部の前記アームへ挿入または前記アームを取り外すための2つのグリップ凹部を前記ホルダーが有している請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記搬送容器を持ち上げる際に、前記キャリアプレートと前記スライド間に必要な距離が少なくとも1つのセンサにより測定される請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記液滴が複数のピペットを用いて前記スライドに適用される請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記第1のステーションおよび第2のステーションにおいて、それぞれの場合について最上部の搬送容器にはスライドが装着されておらず、その搬送容器の前記基部のみが前記第1または第2のステーションにおいて次の搬送容器のカバーを構成している請求項7記載の方法。
