Description

【0001】

[0024]
One end of the arm 52 is fixed to the support shaft 46, and the other end is fixed to the upper end portion of the connecting member 51 of the upper brush base 49.
[0025]
The descent and cleaning of the tableware outer surface cleaning means 14 having the above-described configuration is performed as follows.
That is, as shown in FIG. 7A, when the disk 41 is rotated by the operation of the motor 40 and the pin that fixes the upper end of the link arm 42 is positioned upward, the link arm 42 is pulled up, and the link Since the lower end portion of the arm 42 is also lifted, the end portion of the link 44 that is pivoted to the lower end portion is lifted and rotated about the support shaft 43.
By the rotation of the support shaft 43, the link 45 having one end fixed to the support shaft 43 is also rotated, and the link joint 48 secured to the other end of the link 45 is pulled. The link joint 48 pulls the shaft stop portion of the link 47. .
When the shaft stop portion of the link 47 is pulled, the other end of the link 47 is fixed to the support shaft 46, so the link 47 rotates about the support shaft 46 (in the counterclockwise direction in the figure) and is supported accordingly. The shaft 46 is also rotated, the arm 52 having one end fixed to the support shaft 46 is rotated to push down the other end, the upper brush base 49 fixed to the other end is pushed down and the tableware pressing pin 33 is also lowered. The bottom center portion of the tableware 12 is pressed, and the cleaning brush 31 is also lowered to come into contact with the conveyor 11 so as to cover the outer surface of the tableware 12 that has been stopped on its face.
[0026]
Tableware presser pin 33 is freely vertically extensible, is urged downward by a spring 32, by the lowering of food Utsuwagaimen cleaning means 14, and first tip of tableware presser pin 33 abuts against the bottom center of the tableware 12 tableware 12, the tableware is stabilized and contracted by the lowering pressure of the tableware outer surface cleaning means 14, but when the tableware outer surface cleaning means 14 stops descending, the tableware is strongly pressed by the pressure of the spring 32 and either of the cleaning brushes 18 and 31 is washed. This rotation force is won and the tableware 12 is prevented from rotating.
[0027]
The hydro turbine 27 is operated by the support of a controller (not shown), the cleaning brush 31 is rotated, and the cleaning water is ejected to clean the outer surface of the tableware.
[0028]
The tableware inner surface cleaning means 13 is configured as shown in FIG. 7B and rises in synchronization with the lowering of the tableware outer surface cleaning means 14 to clean the inner surface of the tableware 12.
[0029]
That is, the lower cleaning brush 18 and the hydraulic turbine 19 are supported by the lower brush base 53, one end of the brush base link 54 is fixed to the lower brush base 53 or a protrusion provided on the lower brush base 53, and the other end is framed of the apparatus (not shown). Or the lower brush base 53 is suspended from a conveyor frame (not shown).
A protrusion 55 is provided at the center of the upper surface of the lower brush base 53.
[0030]
On the other hand, one end of the arm 56 is fixed in the same direction as the link 44 attached to the above-described support shaft 43, and from the support shaft to the right in the drawing, and the other end is fixed to one end of the connecting member 57, and connected. The other end of the material 57 is fixed to the protrusion 55 of the lower brush base 53.
[0031]
7B, the tableware inner surface cleaning means 13 is raised in synchronization with the lowering of the tableware outer surface cleaning means 14 shown in FIG. 7A, and the tip of the linear material 22 of the cleaning brush 18 is set to the tableware. The state made to contact | abut to the inner surface of 12 is shown.
That is, as described above, as the link arm 42 is raised, the link 44 is rotated (counterclockwise in the figure), so that the support shaft 43 is also rotated (counterclockwise in the figure).
As the support shaft 43 is rotated, the arm 56 is also rotated in the same direction as the support shaft 43 (counterclockwise in the figure), so that the tip of the arm 56 is lifted, whereby the connecting member 57 is pulled up, and the connecting member 57 is lowered. The brush base 53 is pulled up, the cleaning brush 18 is also raised, and the linear material 22 comes into contact with the inner surface of the tableware 12 that is stopped on its face on the conveyor 11.
In response to an instruction from a controller (not shown), the cleaning brush 18 is rotated and ejected from the cleaning water outlet hole 23 of the base 21 of the cleaning water cleaning brush 18 to clean the inner surface of the tableware 12.
[0032]
8A is an explanatory view of the rising state of the tableware outer surface cleaning means 14, and FIG. 8B is an explanatory diagram of the lowering state of the tableware inner surface cleaning means 13.
[0033]
With the support of the controller (not shown), when the disk 41 is rotated by the operation of the motor 40 and the shaft locking pin of the link arm 42 is positioned below, the link arm 42 is pulled down, and one end of the link arm 42 is pivoted. The shaft stop tip of the link 44 having the other end fixed to the support shaft 43 rotates downward (clockwise in the figure), and the support shaft 43 also rotates clockwise. Since the tip end portion of the link 45 having one end fixed to the support shaft 43 by the rotation of the support shaft 43 is also pushed in the same direction (right direction in the figure), the shaft stop pin at the other end of the link joint 48 pushes the link 47 in the same direction ( Press in the right direction in the figure.
Since one end of the link 47 is fixed to the link joint 48 by a shaft stop pin and the other end is fixed to the support shaft 46, the support shaft 46 is also rotated in the same direction (clockwise in the figure) by the rotation of the link 47. Rotate.
As the support shaft 46 rotates, the arm 56 fixed to the support shaft 46 also rotates in the same direction as the rotation of the support shaft 46 (clockwise in the drawing), and the end of the arm 56 is fixed. The connecting member 51 of the upper brush base 49 is pulled up.
By this lifting, the upper brush base 49 is pulled up, and the cleaning brush 31 and the tableware pressing pin 33 are also lifted away from the outer surface of the tableware 12.
[0034]
When the tableware outer surface cleaning means 14 is raised, the tableware pressing pin 33 is urged and extended by the spring 32, so that the tip of the tableware holding pin 33 remains even if the tip of the cleaning material 30 of the cleaning brush 31 is separated from the outer surface of the tableware 12. Hold the outer surface of the tableware for a while to stabilize the tableware 12.
[0035]
In synchronization with the rise of the tableware outer surface cleaning means 14, the tableware inner surface cleaning means 13 is lowered as shown in FIG. That is, as described above, when the support shaft 43 rotates (clockwise in the figure) by the lowering of the link arm 42, the tip end portion of the arm 56 having one end fixed to the support shaft 46 also rotates in the same direction (clockwise in the figure). Therefore, the connecting member 57 pivoted on the tip of the arm 56 is pushed down, and the lower brush base 53 is also pushed down.
By this depression, the cleaning brush 18 is also lowered, and the linear material 22 is separated from the inner surface of the tableware 12.
[0036]
The conveyor 12 is rotated by the instruction of the controller, the cleaned tableware 12 advances forward, the next tableware 12 advances, comes between the tableware inner surface cleaning means 13 and the tableware outer surface cleaning means 14, and the conveyor 12. Stops, and cleaning is performed again as described with reference to FIG.
[0037]
It is preferable to fit a rubber or soft plastic cap at the tip of the tableware pressing pin 33 so that the cap abuts against the center of the outer surface of the tableware 12.
[0038]
The length between the support shaft 43 of the arm 52 and the shaft stop point of the connecting member 51 determines the lifting stroke of the tableware outer surface cleaning means 14, and the support shaft 46 of the arm 56 and the shaft stop point of the connecting member 57. The length between them determines the lifting stroke of the tableware inner surface cleaning means 13.
By making the lifting / lowering stroke of the tableware outer surface cleaning means 14 slightly shorter than the lifting / lowering stroke of the tableware inner surface cleaning means 13, the tip of the tableware pressing pin 33 can reach the center of the outer surface of the tableware 12 a little earlier and press the tableware 12. it can.
[0039]
The upper brush base link 50 and the lower brush base link 54 need not be horizontal in order to stabilize the up-and-down movement of the upper brush base 49 and the lower brush base 53. This is because if there is a point in time when the brush base link becomes horizontal in the ascending / descending process, the balance between the left and right brush base links is deteriorated and the brush base is inclined.
[0040]
The cleaning brush 18 of the tableware inner surface cleaning means 13 and the cleaning brush 31 of the tableware outer surface cleaning means 14 are rotated in the reverse direction, thereby preventing the tableware 12 from rotating and improving the cleaning effect.
[0041]
The fountain means 16 is provided with a plurality of fountain nozzles 58 above and below the conveyor 11 in front of the tableware inner surface cleaning means 13 and tableware outer surface cleaning means 14 in the traveling direction of the conveyor 11. Wash water is spouted from the top and bottom of the tableware 12.
When the fountain means 16 is provided behind the both cleaning means 13 and 14, the tableware 12 can be roughly washed before the cleaning by both the cleaning means 13 and 14, and the cleaning means 16 in front of the both cleaning means 13 and 14 is Then, the tableware 12 after being cleaned by the both cleaning means 13 and 14 is further cleaned, and even if dirt is adhered, the dirt is washed away.
You may provide the fountain means 16a for finishing washing in the front upper and lower sides of the fountain means 16 of the front.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
In the apparatus according to this invention, the tableware inner surface cleaning means and the tableware outer surface cleaning means face each other up and down across the intermittent conveyor, and the inner surface and the outer surface of the tableware can be cleaned up and down at the same position of the intermittent conveyor. Compared to a device that cleans the inner surface and outer surface of tableware at different positions, such as a device, the length of the device can be shortened, and therefore it can be installed in a narrow (short) place. In addition, sticky dirt such as cooked rice during cleaning is not reattached to the tableware between the inner surface cleaning and the outer surface cleaning of the tableware, and effective cleaning can be realized.
Further, the tableware pressing pin of the tableware outer surface cleaning means stabilizes the tableware without moving the tableware when the tableware inner surface cleaning means and the tableware outer surface cleaning means are moved up and down and during the tableware cleaning, thereby enhancing the cleaning effect. Since the cleaning brushes of the tableware inner surface cleaning means and the tableware outer surface cleaning means rotate in reverse, there is an effect of preventing the tableware from rotating during the brush cleaning, so that the pressing pin can be minimized and the action of the brush on the outer surface of the tableware The area is increased and the cleaning effect is improved.
If the lifting and lowering means of the tableware inner surface cleaning means and the tableware outer surface cleaning means are operated by one motor, the cost of the apparatus can be reduced.
