Description
The present invention relates to a printing material cleaning apparatus and a printing material cleaning method for removing dust adhering to the surface of a printing material made of paper, resin, or the like supplied to a printing press.
Printing on printing materials made of paper, such as business cards and postcards, has often been performed in the past, and in recent years, resin cards, such as telephone cards, have been used. Printing is also frequently performed.
Used paper and recycled paper are often used for the manufacture of business cards and the like, and paper dust tends to adhere to the surface of the paper during cutting. Further, in order to prevent undried printing ink from being transferred to another printing material and blocking it during printing, an anti-blocking powder is often sprayed on the surface of the printing material. As a result, a large amount of dust adheres to the surface of the printing material.
If dust adheres to the surface of the printing material in this way, the dust is transferred to the rollers of the printing press, and the state of friction between the rollers and the printing material to be fed changes, and the inside of the printing press In this case, the printing material cannot be moved normally. Therefore, a paper jam or oblique printing occurs, and the printing quality is deteriorated. When such a phenomenon occurs, an operation for cleaning the rollers of the printing press and recovering the frictional state of the rollers has been performed.
As a method for removing dust adhering to the surface of a printing material, loosening the printing material manually has been performed. However, this method has a poor working efficiency and an insufficient effect.
As a technique related to dust removal,
The invention described in
Further, the invention described in
In this way, a lot of dust adheres to the surface of the printing material, and if it is supplied to the printing machine as it is, paper jams and dirt on the printing roller surface occur inside the printing machine, and printing quality such as oblique printing is deteriorated. It will cause a decline. Further, the operation is interrupted due to the interruption of printing due to a paper jam or the cleaning operation of the surface of the printing roller, and the productivity is lowered. In addition, the roller is cleaned using a cleaning liquid such as alcohol. However, this cleaning causes the surface of the roller to wear and causes the life of the roller to be shortened.
The present invention has been made in consideration of such circumstances, and it is possible to reliably remove the dust adhering to the surface of the printing material and to improve the printing quality and the printing efficiency. An object is to provide a cleaning device and a printing material cleaning method.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention is directed to vibrate the printing material by blowing an airflow from a blower or a suction device to the storage box on the opening side of the storage box in which the printing material is stored. A printing material cleaning apparatus, wherein a nozzle is disposed, the storage box or the nozzle is movable, and a relative position between the storage box and the nozzle is variable.
Due to the wind pressure when air is blown to the storage box by the nozzle, the printing materials aligned in the storage box are divided into two parts to the left and right with the wind flow from the nozzle as a boundary to form a wind passage. The wind flow path means a wind passage having a width approximately equal to the lateral width of the nozzle. When the airflow passes through the gaps between the printing materials adjacent to the left and right of this air flow path, the airflow reduces the air pressure between the printing materials and brings the printing materials closer together. When the gap between the printing material and the printing material widens, the airflow passes through the gap and the atmospheric pressure decreases, and the printing material approaches. In this way, the printing material vibrates by repeatedly approaching, colliding, and separating in accordance with a change in pressure between adjacent printing materials.
In the present invention, since the storage box or the nozzle can be moved and the relative position between the storage box and the nozzle is variable, the vibration of the printing material due to the mechanism described above is used for printing stored in the storage box. It can be propagated to all of the material. By this action, the dust adhering to the surface of the printing material can be removed by vibration, and the dust that has fallen off from the surface of the printing material by the airflow can be excluded from the storage box.
Here, the printing material includes not only paper business cards and postcards, but also those made of resin typified by a telephone card.
In the present invention, the blower opening of the nozzle has a flat shape elongated in the height direction of the storage box.
By making the air outlet of the nozzle like this, the wind blown from the nozzle forms a long and narrow air flow in the height direction of the storage box, so the printing material aligned in the storage box is the nozzle. The wind flow path is formed by being divided into right and left by the wind flow from the side. When the wind flow passes through the gaps between the plurality of printing materials adjacent to the left and right of the wind flow path, the printing material can be effectively vibrated by the change in the atmospheric pressure.
The present invention has a means for detecting the end of the storage box or the printing material aligned and stored in the storage box, and reverses the moving direction of the printing material and the air blowing or suction port. To do.
By detecting the end of the printing material stored in the storage box or in the storage box, the moving direction of the printing material and the air blowing port or suction port can be reversed, so the cleaning operation is automatically repeated. be able to. As the detection means, a limit switch, a magnetic proximity switch, an optical switch, or the like can be used. The switching of the moving direction can be realized by switching the rotation direction of the moving motor, switching with a gear, or the like.
The present invention is characterized in that there is provided means for collecting dust that has passed through and separated from the printing material.
The air that passes between the printing materials contains dust that has been peeled off from the printing materials, and when this dust is dissipated, the working environment is deteriorated. In addition, when the scattered dust is sucked into and adhered to the printing press, the printing quality is lowered and workability is deteriorated. Therefore, the air that has passed between the printing materials of the cleaning device is sucked and the separated dust is collected by a filter or the like and then released to the atmosphere. As a result, the work environment is kept clean and it is possible to contribute to the reduction of failures in various devices including the printing device.
According to the present invention, the storage box storing the printing material has an air flow path between the terminal portion of the printing material and the inner wall of the storage box even when the maximum number of printing materials is stored. A gap is provided so as to be formed.
In the present invention, it is indispensable that a flow path of air is formed in the printing material. To facilitate the formation of the flow path, the printing material is stored even when the maximum amount of the printing material is filled. A gap is provided between the inner wall of the box and the end of the aligned printing material. Thereby, the flow path is easily formed, and the end of the filled printing material can be reliably cleaned. In order to form the gap, a gap forming device may be provided on the inner wall of the storage box or the terminal end press in contact with the terminal of the printing material. In the “open” state, the gap forming device is configured such that protrusions appear on the printing material side, and in the “closed” state, the protrusions are accommodated. Accordingly, the printing material can be filled in the “open” state, and the gap can be formed by switching to the “closed” state after filling.
The present invention has means for detecting the occurrence of vibration of the printing material due to air blowing or air suction, and means for adjusting the air volume by adjusting the fan rotation speed of the blower or the suction valve or discharge valve of the air suction machine. It is characterized by having.
There are a wide variety of printing materials used for printing, and the sizes and masses are different. Therefore, the air volume required to vibrate these printing materials differs depending on the air blowing or suction, and the air volume must be adjusted each time. The adjustment of the air volume can be realized by adjusting the opening degree of the suction valve or discharge valve of the blower or air suction machine, or by adjusting the rotation speed of the blower or air suction machine using an inverter or the like.
In addition, it is equipped with a vibration detection device for printing materials, and the vibration detection device detects the valve opening and rotation speed at which vibration starts, and can operate the blower or air suction device in the minimum necessary state. I have to. As an example of a vibration detection device for a printing material, it can be realized by measuring the number of times of switching per unit time using an optical switch formed of a light emitting / receiving element. It is also possible to install a microphone near the printing material storage box and determine that vibration has occurred when the detected sound exceeds a preset frequency.
The present invention is characterized by having means for applying mechanical vibrations in the antigravity direction to the printing materials arranged and stored in the storage box, and reducing the apparent weight of the printing materials.
By applying mechanical vibration in the antigravity direction to the printing material, the apparent weight of the printing material can be reduced, and the generation of vibration of the printing material can be easily realized. The mechanical vibration in the antigravity direction can be realized by attaching a printing material storage box to a vibration transport machine or the like.
The present invention is characterized by having means for guiding air, which has been dust-removed after passing through the printing material, to a blower.
Thereby, since the flow of wind is made into the closed type, the dust after dust removal does not leak to the outside, and the noise becomes difficult to leak to the outside.
The present invention aligns printing materials, blows or sucks air between the printing materials to form air flow paths, and faces the flow material portions and flow paths. This is a printing material cleaning method characterized in that the printing material is vibrated by the pressure difference between it and the part that is not present to remove dust adhering to the surface of the printing material and clean the printing material. is there.
Paying attention to one leaf (first leaf) of the printing material forming the flow path, a portion facing the flow path and in contact with the air flow and a portion having no air flow corresponding to the back surface thereof Have. A differential pressure is generated by Bernoulli's theorem between the part that faces the air flow path and the part that does not face the flow path. Move to the roadside.
When the printing material moves, the distance on the side where the air flow path has been formed becomes smaller, and the flow velocity of the air decreases. At the same time, on the side that did not face the air flow path, the movement of the printing material increases the distance from the subsequent second leaf, and the flow velocity of air passing through this distance increases. A new air flow path is formed. As a result, a phenomenon similar to that described above occurs, and the first leaf of interest moves to the higher air flow velocity and again comes into close contact with the second leaf. This phenomenon is repeated while an air flow is formed between the printing materials by air blowing or air suction, and the first one leaf vibrates. Dust adhering to the surface of the printing material can be peeled off by this vibration.
The present invention is characterized in that the relative position between the aligned printing materials and the air blowing port or suction port is variable.
Accordingly, air flow paths can be sequentially formed in the aligned printing materials, and a large amount of printing materials can be efficiently cleaned. In order to sequentially form the air flow path, the relative positions of the printing material and the air blowing or suction port may be changed. That is, the storage box for the printing material may be moved, the air blowing port or the suction port may be moved, or both of them may be moved.
According to the present invention, since dusts adhering to the surface of the printing material can be efficiently removed by causing vibration of the aligned printing materials, printing can be prevented while preventing paper jams and oblique printing during printing. Quality can be improved. Further, since the number of times of cleaning the rollers of the printing press can be reduced during printing, the printing time can be shortened and the working efficiency can be improved. Furthermore, since it is not necessary to frequently clean the rollers of the printing press, the life of the printing press can be improved.

In the case of the
Further, the height of the
In order to remove dust adhering to the surface of the
In this embodiment, the moving speed of the
The moving means and the moving speed adjusting means of the
The relative moving speed between the
When the business card is cleaned using the cleaning device described above, a total of about 20000 business cards can be continuously printed without cleaning the rollers of the printing press. The required time was about 25 minutes. During this time, printing is performed automatically, so that the worker can engage in other work. On the other hand, if business cards are printed without being cleaned by the cleaning device described above, the printing material is clogged every time about 300 sheets are printed, causing problems such as printing misalignment. It was necessary to perform cleaning. Since it takes about 20 minutes to clean the rollers, the time required to print 1000 business cards including this printing interruption time is about 1 hour. During this time, it is necessary for the operator to monitor the printing status, and the operator is restrained by the operation for about one hour.
Thus, the printing time can be greatly shortened by using the printing material cleaning apparatus of the present invention. In addition, when the printing is interrupted and the rollers are cleaned, it is necessary to make settings in order to make the printing ready again after cleaning, and the operator is restrained during that time, but the printing material cleaning device of the present invention is used. By using it, the convenience of operation at the time of printing is also improved.
In addition, when the printing material cleaning apparatus of the present invention is used, printing deviation does not occur and printing quality can be improved. Furthermore, since it is not necessary to frequently clean the rollers of the printing press, the life of the printing press can be improved.
The present invention can be used as a printing material cleaning device for removing dust adhering to the surface of a printing material made of paper, resin, or the like.
