Claims (6)
- 増幅された自然放出光を生成及び増幅するための透過型の半導体光増幅器と、
該半導体光増幅器から出力された、増幅された自然放出光を反射させて前記半導体光増幅器に戻すための反射器と、
前記半導体光増幅器と前記反射器との間に配置され、通過する増幅された自然放出光の波長帯域を制限して前記半導体光増幅器の利得曲線により決定される出力パワーよりも増加された出力パワーを前記半導体光増幅器から得るための、所定の通過波長帯域を持つ帯域通過フィルターと、を備えたことを特徴とする反射型半導体光増幅器光源。 - 前記半導体光増幅器と前記帯域通過フィルターとの間に配置され、通過する増幅された自然放出光の偏光方向を所定の角度だけ回転させる偏光回転器をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の反射型半導体光増幅器光源。
- 前記所定の角度は、45゜であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の反射型半導体光増幅器光源。
- 外部から前記半導体光増幅器光源に入射される光を遮断するための光アイソレーターをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の反射型半導体光増幅器光源。
- 前記反射器と前記帯域通過フィルターとの間に配置され、通過する増幅された自然放出光の偏光方向を所定の角度だけ回転させる偏光回転器をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の反射型半導体光増幅器光源。
- 前記所定の角度は、45゜であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の反射型半導体光増幅器光源。
