【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、乗用田植機の植付部の側部に装着されて、圃場に線引きを行う線引きマーカの構成に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から、乗用型の田植機における線引きマーカとして、一本の棒状の先端に線引き用のヘラ状のプレートを固設して植付部の左右両側部に回動可能に設けていた。該線引きマーカの回動基部の近傍にはロック機構が設けられ、線引きマーカを上方へ持ち上げた位置でロックし、オペレータの手元のレバーによってロック解除操作を行い、線引きマーカを外方へ倒して線引き作業が行えるようにしていた。また、線引きマーカの上部途中部をフックで引っかけて機体幅内に収納し、圃場外での移動時や格納時等に線引きマーカが外方へ広がらないようにした技術も公知となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、前記線引きマーカをロック機構で収納ロックした状態で、圃場端での回行や畦際の植付け作業を行うと、線引きマーカ先端が植付幅より外方向に位置し邪魔となっていた。つまり、前記線引きマーカをロック機構でロックした位置は垂直上方に回動した位置ではなく、若干外側へ広がった位置であり、線引きマーカ上部のヘラ部分は斜め外下方へ突出しており、しかも、自重でヘラ部分を支持する棒状体が撓み、畦際等の植付け作業や圃場端での回行時に線引きマーカが畦上の樹木や壁等の障害物に引っかけて、折り曲がって変形し、線引きマーカを下方へ回動させても正確な線引き作業ができなかったり、再度この折れ曲がった線引きマーカを上方へ回動させてもロック機構でのロックやフックへ引っかけることができないことがあった。また、畦際等の植付け作業においては手作業にて線引きマーカをフックに引っかけて苗載台より外側へ広がらないようにして植付作業を行うこともできたが、次の条へ移って植付け作業を開始する時に、オペレータが手元のレバーの操作によってロック解除しても、線引きマーカは外方へ倒れず、線引きができないことがあった。また、線引きマーカをフックに引っかけて、苗載台やサイドバンパーより外方へはみ出ないように機体幅内に収納させた位置では線引きマーカが施肥機等の他の部材に干渉させないように注意して収納する必要があり煩雑なものであった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の解決しようとする課題は以上の如くであり、次に該課題を解決するための手段を説明する。
請求項1においては、走行車体後部に昇降リンク機構(27)を介して植付部(4)を昇降可能に吊設し、該植付部(4)の側部に外方向に回動可能に線引きマーカ(130)を配置した田植機において、前記線引きマーカ(130)を上方に回動させた位置で係止するマーカストッパ(110)を設け、前記マーカストッパ(110)上部の途中部にロック解除用ワイヤー(113)の一端を枢支締結し、該ロック解除用ワイヤー(113)は、昇降リンク機構(27)を操作し、作業走行変速用副変速を操作する植付昇降兼作業走行変速用副変速レバー(31)と連結し、該植付昇降兼作業走行変速用副変速レバー(31)の左右操作により、該マーカストッパ(110)の係合部(110a)が上方へ回動すべく構成し、該マーカストッパ(110)を運転部からオペレータが解除操作可能とし、該マーカストッパ(110)の係合部(110a)に、第一ロック凹部(110c)と第二ロック凹部(110d)を形成し、該植付部(4)を上昇させると、該植付部(4)と連動したマーカ引上用ワイヤ(93)が引っ張られ、線引きマーカ(130)が上昇回転し、該線引きマーカ(130)のローラ(106)が第一ロック凹部(110c)に係合され、該植付部(4)の両外端より外方へ広げられた作業待機位置となり、更に、植付部(4)を上昇させた位置で、オペレーターが前記線引きマーカ(130)を機体左右中央側へ引き寄せるように手で持って回動すると、前記ローラ(160)は前記第二ロック凹部(110d)内に係合され、サイドバンパー(85)の両端よりも内側の収納位置となり、更に、前記線引きマーカ(130)を引き上げた収納位置で、線引きマーカ(130)の支持杆(99)の途中部を、マーカ収納フック(116)で係止することにより、格納状態に折り畳んだ状態の左右幅よりも内側に位置させた格納位置となるものである。
請求項2においては、請求項1記載の田植機の線引きマーカにおいて、前記走行車体の運転席の後方に施肥機(33)を配し、前記線引きマーカ(130)を上方に回動させた収納位置で、線引きマーカ(130)上部と施肥機(33)が後面視でオーバーラップしない位置としたものである。

まず、本発明の植付フレームを8条の乗用田植機に適用した実施例について図1より全体構成から説明する。乗用田植機Aは走行部1の後部に昇降リンク機構27を介して植付部4が配置され、該走行部1は車体フレーム3の前部上方にエンジン2を搭載し、前下部にフロントアクスルケースを介して前輪6を支持させると共に、後部にリヤアクスルケース7を介して後輪8を支持している。そして、前記エンジン2はボンネット9に覆われ、該ボンネット9の両側に予備苗載台10・10を配設し、該ボンネット9後部のダッシュボード5上に操向ハンドル14を配置し、該ボンネット9両側とその後部の車体フレーム3上を車体カバー12で覆い、操向ハンドル14後方位置に座席13を配置し、ボンネット9の両側と座席13前部と、座席13左右両側及び座席13後方をステップとしている。

この左右方向の最外側に突出されるサイドバンパー85に線引きマーカ130が収納・張出可能に支持される。即ち、図4〜図7に示すように、サイドバンパー85の長パイプ部85cの外端部の近傍位置に、線引きマーカ130の起伏板100が枢支軸101を介して枢支されている。該線引きマーカ130は起伏板100に固設される支持杆99、支持杆99端部をL字状に屈曲させてその先端に固設するヘラ状の線引プレート131より構成し、該線引きマーカ130の全長は張り出したときに、苗載台16の左右中心から線引プレート131の長さを植付幅に略等しくなるようにしている。

そして、線引きマーカ130は、上方に回動させた位置では図1に示すように、その上部が施肥機33のホッパとが側面視で重複した位置となるが、この線引きマーカ130の収納位置及び格納位置では、図10に示す後面視のように、線引きプレート131と施肥機33外端部との間に隙間Rが設けられ、植付部4を昇降させても、線引きマーカ130は施肥機33に当たることがなく、後面視では干渉しない位置としている。よって、線引きマーカ130を苗載台16幅(機体幅)内に収納しても他の車体フレーム3や施肥機33等に干渉することなく、折り畳み式といった複雑な構成とする必要がなく、コストを抑えられるのである。

本発明は以上の如く構成したので、次のような効果を奏するのである。
請求項1に記載の如く、走行車体後部に昇降リンク機構(27)を介して植付部(4)を昇降可能に吊設し、該植付部(4)の側部に外方向に回動可能に線引きマーカ(130)を配置した田植機において、前記線引きマーカ(130)を上方に回動させた位置で係止するマーカストッパ(110)を設け、前記マーカストッパ(110)上部の途中部にロック解除用ワイヤー(113)の一端を枢支締結し、該ロック解除用ワイヤー(113)は、昇降リンク機構(27)を操作し、作業走行変速用副変速を操作する植付昇降兼作業走行変速用副変速レバー(31)と連結し、該植付昇降兼作業走行変速用副変速レバー(31)の左右操作により、該マーカストッパ(110)の係合部(110a)が上方へ回動すべく構成し、該マーカストッパ(110)を運転部からオペレータが解除操作可能とし、該マーカストッパ(110)の係合部(110a)に、第一ロック凹部(110c)と第二ロック凹部(110d)を形成し、該植付部(4)を上昇させると、該植付部(4)と連動したマーカ引上用ワイヤ(93)が引っ張られ、線引きマーカ(130)が上昇回転し、該線引きマーカ(130)のローラ(106)が第一ロック凹部(110c)に係合され、該植付部(4)の両外端より外方へ広げられた作業待機位置となり、更に、植付部(4)を上昇させた位置で、オペレーターが前記線引きマーカ(130)を機体左右中央側へ引き寄せるように手で持って回動すると、前記ローラ(160)は前記第二ロック凹部(110d)内に係合され、サイドバンパー(85)の両端よりも内側の収納位置となり、更に、前記線引きマーカ(130)を引き上げた収納位置で、線引きマーカ(130)の支持杆(99)の途中部を、マーカ収納フック(116)で係止することにより、格納状態に折り畳んだ状態の左右幅よりも内側に位置させた格納位置となるので、線引きマーカを外側に張り出した張出位置より、少し上方へ持ち上げた待機位置や、更に上方に持ち上げた収納位置で係止することが可能となり、状況に応じて線引きマーカの上昇位置角度を変更することが可能となる。
そして、この待機位置では線引きマーカの上昇高さは低いので、圃場端で回行して線引きを行うときに、速やかに線引きマーカが下降して、植付タイミングに遅れることなく、作業性を向上できるのである。そして、収納位置とすることで線引きマーカを植付の幅内に納めることが可能となり、畦際等の植付け作業を行っても、畦上の木や壁等の障害物に線引きマーカが当たらず、線引きマーカを接触させて折り曲げて破損し、再び線引きマーカを下方へ回動させた時に線引き位置がズレるといった不具合を生じさせることがないのである。
更に、解除操作するだけで、線引きマーカを持ち上げて係止した待機位置または収納位置より下降することが可能であり、操作の手間が省けて効率よく作業ができる。

また、この線引きマーカ130の作業待機位置と収納位置の何れの位置においても、植付昇降兼作業走行変速用副変速レバー31を左右何れか一方に操作すると、操作した側のロック解除用ワイヤー113が引っ張られ、マーカストッパ110が上方へ回動されてロック解除され、第一ロック凹部110c若しくは第二ロック凹部110dの何れか位置に係止したローラ106が外れ、線引きマーカ130の自重とマーカ用コイルバネ103の付勢力で外下方に張り出されるのである。

請求項2記載の如く、前記走行車体の運転席の後方に施肥機(33)を配し、前記線引きマーカ(130)を上方に回動させた収納位置で、線引きマーカ(130)上部と施肥機(33)が後面視でオーバーラップしない位置としたので、畦際等の植付け作業時や圃場外での移動時に、線引きマーカを障害物に当てて破損しないように、昇降回動させて機体幅内に収納しても、線引きマーカと施肥機とが干渉することがなく、線引きマーカが破損するおそれがない。
また、この線引きマーカを施肥機等に当てないように注意を払って収納する必要がなく、収納操作を手軽に行うことができ、作業性が向上される。
