Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002]
The present invention relates to a rigid train line device that supports a trolley line in a narrow tunnel.
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a method described in Patent Document 1 is known as a method for supporting a rigid train line in a tunnel. This method of supporting a rigid train line is one in which a saddle-shaped rigid train line is suspended from a ceiling via a special metal fitting and an insulator.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above conventional overhead wire system requires a large space in the vertical direction and cannot be installed in a narrow tunnel. In addition, when two trolley wires are suspended in parallel in order to support high-speed train operation, a large space is required not only in the vertical direction but also in the direction orthogonal to the extension line, so that it is not possible to handle narrow tunnels. There was a point.
An object of the present invention is to provide a rigid rigid rail line device for a tunnel that can be installed in a small space in a narrow tunnel, maintains high current collecting performance without a tension adjusting device, and is robust.

A pair of trolley wires 3 is supported along the aluminum rigid train lines 2 below the aluminum rigid train lines 2. The support member 1 is provided with an insulator 4 and a support metal fitting 5. The insulator 4 is fixed to the ceiling T of the tunnel at the upper end, and a pair of support bolts 4b are protruded downward from the lower end side by side in the traveling direction of the train. The support fitting 5 is fixed to the support bolt 4b at the lower end of the insulator 4. The support fitting 5 includes a mounting portion 5a that extends horizontally in the traveling direction of the train along the ceiling T of the tunnel, and a support portion 5b that extends from both ends of the mounting portion 5a in opposite directions at right angles to the horizontal direction. Then, it is fixed to the insulator support bolt 4b in the middle of the attachment portion 5a, and the aluminum rigid body electric wire 2 is supported below the support portion 5b. The aluminum rigid rail line 2 is provided with a top plate portion 2a along the lower surface of the support bracket 5 and a pair of sandwiching pieces 2b extending downward from the top plate portion 2a in parallel with each other to have a substantially bowl-shaped cross section.
