Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention reconstructs a tomographic image of a measurement object on the basis of transmission X-ray data detected for each predetermined rotation angle by irradiating the X-ray while rotating the measurement object on a turntable and rotating 360 °. [0008]
Therefore, the present invention increases the magnification of the projection data by enabling the distance between the X-ray source and the measurement object to be shortened in the tilted CT apparatus as compared with the conventional CT apparatus, An object of the present invention is to provide an inclined CT apparatus that can solve the instability.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, an object to be measured is disposed between an X-ray source that generates X-rays and an X-ray detector that is disposed opposite to the X-ray detector and detects the X-rays. The measurement object is irradiated with X-rays while being rotated, transmitted X-ray data for each predetermined angle is detected by the X-ray detector, and a tomographic image of the measurement object is reconstructed based on the transmitted X-ray data. A CT apparatus, wherein the turntable has a plate shape made of an X-ray transparent material, and the rotation mechanism is disposed above the turntable and out of a perspective field on the axis of the turntable, The turntable and the rotation mechanism are coupled by a member made of a material, and the X-ray source is disposed below the turntable so as to approach the measurement object and irradiate the measurement object from an oblique direction. With features That.
With this structure, the X-ray source can be brought close to the measurement object without interfering with the measurement object, the rotation mechanism, and the turntable, and the rotation of the turntable can be stabilized.
[0010]
As described above, the conditions required for the turntable in the inclined CT apparatus are as follows:
(1) The measurement object can be rotated by a rotation axis having an angle with respect to a straight line connecting the X-ray source and the detector center between the X-ray source and the detector, and
{Circle around (2)} The rotation mechanism does not block the visual field.
Also, the problem with the conventional mechanism is that
(1) With a hollow turntable, the rotational axis is large due to the structure, and it is difficult to perform a highly accurate rotation operation.
(2) When the X-ray source is below, it is difficult to approach the X-ray source because of its structure.
[0011]
The present invention satisfies these functions and can solve the problems. In this rotary table mechanism, the rotary mechanism is disposed outside the field of view. Further, this turntable mechanism includes a rotating mechanism and a rotating portion that fixes and rotates an object to be measured, and each is connected with an X-ray transparent material such as resin. The rotation mechanism is disposed outside the field of view on the axis of the rotation axis. The rotating portion is made of an X-ray transparent material such as resin and is separated from the rotating mechanism, and rotates at a position where it should originally rotate. By arranging the rotation mechanism outside the field of view, there are the following advantages.
1. The rotation axis can be reduced, and the rotation accuracy is easy to increase.
2. Manufacturing cost can be reduced.
3. The measurement object can be brought close to the X-ray source.
[0012]
Since X-rays do not need to pass through the rotating shaft, it is not necessary to use a hollow rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft may be small. This is very advantageous in terms of accuracy and cost. Further, since the rotating part is a part that operates passively, the driving part is unnecessary, and as a result, it can be made thin. This is advantageous in that the measurement object is brought closer to the X-ray source. Further, the field of view is not completely shielded by covering the rotating mechanism and the rotating part with a material having good X-ray transmittance such as resin.

【The invention's effect】
In the tilted CT apparatus of the present invention, when the X-ray source is arranged below the turntable, the turntable is not thick and the rotation mechanism is located outside the X-ray irradiation region, so that X-rays are blocked. Therefore, the turntable and the X-ray source can be brought close to each other, the magnification of the projection data can be increased, and a detailed CT image can be obtained.
[0023]
According to the structure of the present invention, since the turntable may be a thin plate, a complicated rotating mechanism for rotating a conventional turntable having a hollow structure can be eliminated, and thus the rotation becomes unstable. There is nothing. For example, the core blur accuracy of the rotation mechanism unit can be 10 μm. This is very difficult to achieve with a rotating mechanism using a hollow shaft having a diameter of about 250 mm. Therefore, the measurement accuracy can be stabilized in the inclined CT apparatus. Furthermore, since a special rotation mechanism for rotating the hollow turntable is not required, the cost can be reduced.
