Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an agricultural wheel mounted on a rice transplanter or the like that mainly runs in paddy fields and performs various operations.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In this type of agricultural wheel, there was an agricultural wheel provided with a plurality of spike lugs protruding outward on the outer periphery of the elastic ring.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-60-45402 (FIGS. 2 and 6)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
A conventional agricultural wheel is configured so that a propulsive force in the wheel rotation direction can be sufficiently obtained even though the wheel is submerged in mud in a soft paddy field. However, sufficient measures have not been taken to prevent lateral blurring in the left-right direction with respect to the wheel rotation direction.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, the present invention is configured to fix an annular rim to the outer end of a spoke, mold an elastic member on a part of the rim and the spoke, and configure an elastic ring body, in agricultural wheel provided with a plurality of spikes lugs projecting outward on the outer periphery of the elastic ring member, a rib projecting outwardly provided over the opposed wall surface of the outer periphery each spike lug of the elastic ring member between spikes lugs, the The rib is shaped so that its protruding height is lowest at the center of the outer periphery of the elastic ring between the spike lugs, and a rib that protrudes toward the center of the wheel is provided on the inner periphery of the elastic ring. The projecting height of the protruding portion is configured to be higher than the height, and the spoke is an agricultural wheel characterized in that an elastic member is molded from the protruding portion to the wheel center side. Therefore, when this farm wheel is submerged in the mud in a soft paddy field and rolled, ribs projecting outwardly across the outer circumference of the elastic ring between the spike lugs and the opposing wall surfaces of each spike lug The left and right sides of the elastic ring are designed to make it difficult to squeeze into the cultivator. Can be prevented. At this time, the rib has a shape in which the protruding height is the lowest at the center of the outer periphery of the elastic ring between the spike lugs, so that the wheels are laterally shaken in the left-right direction without disturbing the propulsive force of each spike lug. Can be prevented well. In addition, since the protruding height of the protruding portion is configured to be higher than the protruding height of the rib, the protruding portion of the rib can be made relatively low because the protruding portion can prevent a lateral shift of the wheel to some extent. The ribs can be kept from roughing the mud. Moreover, since the spoke has a configuration in which the elastic member is molded from the ridge to the center of the wheel, the muddy soil from which the ridge is broken can be made difficult to adhere to the spoke by the elastic member molded on the spoke.
[0006]
【The invention's effect】
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the wheel from being laterally shaken in the lateral direction with respect to the wheel rotation direction while exhibiting a good propulsive force, and to prevent the mud surface from being greatly roughened by the rib. It is possible to prevent the mud soil that has been scraped off from adhering to the spokes and carry it around by rotating the wheel, and it is possible to obtain agricultural wheels with excellent performance with a simple configuration, eliminating the problems of the prior art be able to.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
This agricultural wheel is used as a wheel mounted on the riding rice transplanter 1 as shown in FIG. Here, the riding rice transplanter 1 has a configuration in which a seedling planting work machine 4 is mounted via a lifting link device 3 that moves up and down on the rear side of the traveling vehicle body 2. The traveling vehicle body 2 of the riding rice transplanter 1 has front wheels 5 and 5 mounted on front wheel axles 2a and 2a that are driven to rotate, and rear wheels 6 and 6 are mounted on rear wheel axles 2b and 2b that are driven and rotated. Further, a handle 7 for steering the front wheels 5 and 5 is provided at the front portion of the traveling vehicle body 2, and a seat 8 is attached to the rear side thereof.
[0008]
Now, a specific configuration of the agricultural wheel will be described below.
First, three spokes 11, 11, 11 are fixed radially at equal intervals to a boss 9 attached to the rear wheel axles 2 b, 2 b of the traveling vehicle body 2. In order to reinforce the connection between the boss 9 and the spokes 11..., A side-view circular reinforcing disk 10 is fixed around the boss 9, and the reinforcing plates 13 and 13 are interposed between the spokes 11.・ 13 is fixed. Further, a rim 12 formed by forming a pipe having a circular cross section into an annular shape is fixed to the outer end portion of the spokes 11 to constitute a basic frame of this wheel. The diameter of the agricultural wheel used for the rear wheels 6 and 6 (the diameter of the ring-shaped rim) is 600 to 800 (mm), and the diameter is larger than that of the front wheels 5 and 5. Moreover, the diameter (outer diameter) of the pipe cross section of the rim 12 is 40 to 60 (mm), and the diameter of the outer diameter of the spoke 11 is 1.5 to 2 times larger, and the mud is in mud. Moderate buoyancy can be obtained.
[0009]
By the way, the elastic member 14 such as rubber is molded with a thickness of 3 to 6 (mm) on the entire outer surface of the rim 12 and a part of the spokes 11 (joint portion with the rim), and is elastic. A ring body T is formed. On the outer peripheral side of the elastic ring body T, the elastic member 14 is molded to be thicker than the other parts to form a flat portion F. Further, on the outer peripheral portion of the elastic ring body T, spike-like lugs 15 in a trapezoidal shape as viewed from the side are formed at equal intervals. Furthermore, on both sides of the elastic ring body T, plate-like propulsion lugs 16 projecting in the left-right direction are formed at equal intervals. The spike lugs 15 and the propulsion lugs 16 are integrally formed by an elastic member 14 that molds the outer surface of the rim 12.
[0010]
The spike lugs 15 have a hexagonal shape in a plan view and a trapezoidal shape in a side view, project outward from the elastic ring body T by 25 to 30 (mm), and have an outer diameter of 0.4 to 0. The protruding amount is 6 times. Moreover, the spike lugs 15 ... of the agricultural wheels in FIGS. 2 to 6 are provided at equal intervals, and the spike lugs 15 '... of the agricultural wheels in FIGS. 7 to 10 are provided at equal intervals. . By providing the spike lugs 15 in this way, when the agricultural wheels sink into the mud and roll in a soft paddy field, the spike lugs 15 will firmly penetrate the plow under the mud. So it is hard to slip.
[0011]
The propulsion lugs 16 are plate-shaped and are provided on both sides of the elastic ring body T. The base has a thickness of 20 to 25 (mm) and the left and right ends have a thickness of 7 to 10 (mm). The thickness gradually decreases from the base toward the left and right ends. Moreover, the left-right width of the propulsion lugs 16 is 40 to 50 (mm), which is 0.5 to 1.0 times the left-right width of the elastic ring body T. The propulsion lugs 16 for the agricultural wheels in FIGS. 2 to 6 and the propulsion lugs 16 ′ for the agricultural wheels in FIGS. 7 to 10 are both nine and are provided at equal intervals. Further, the propulsion lugs 16 are inclined by 30 ° with respect to the radial direction from the boss 9 in a side view, and the inclination direction is the forward wheel rotation direction F (the rotation direction for moving the traveling vehicle body 2 forward). On the other hand, the propulsion lugs 16 are inclined so that the inner part precedes the outer part. Further, the outer side of the propulsion lug 16 is located on both sides thereof at the same height as the spike lug 15, and the inner side is on the inner peripheral part of the elastic ring body T from which the adjacent spike lug 15 protrudes toward the wheel center. It is positioned without protruding. Further, the inner portion of the propulsion lug 16 is positioned exactly at the coupling position between the spokes 11... And the rim 12. By providing the propulsion lugs 16 in this way, when the agricultural wheels sink into the mud and roll in a soft paddy field, the propulsion lugs 16 act so as to push the mud backwards downward. A moderate driving force and buoyancy for rolling can be obtained.
[0012]
Further, ribs 17 projecting outward are integrally formed by elastic members 14 that mold the outer surface of the rim 12 at the left and right centers of the outer periphery of the elastic ring body T between the spike lugs 15. Has been provided. The rib 17 has a trapezoidal left and right cross section, and the upper side has a width of 3 to 5 (mm) and the lower side has a width of 8 to 10 (mm). The protrusion amount of the rim 17 is 3 to 10 (mm), which is smaller than the protrusion amount of the spike lug 15. 2 to 6, the ribs 17 are provided only on the outer peripheral side of the elastic ring body T between the spike lugs 15. However, in the agricultural wheels of FIGS. Are continuously provided not only on the outer peripheral side of the elastic ring body T between the spike lugs 15 but also on the front and rear sides of the spike lugs 15 '. Therefore, the agricultural wheel can sufficiently obtain a propulsive force in the wheel rotation direction even though the wheel is submerged in the mud in a soft paddy field. By providing the ribs 17 in this way, when this agricultural wheel rolls down into the mud in a soft paddy field, the ribs 17 ... Prevents the wheels from moving sideways in the left-right direction with respect to the direction of rotation.
[0013]
On the other hand, on the inner peripheral side left and right central portion of the elastic ring body T, protrusions 18 are continuously formed integrally with the elastic member 14 so as to protrude toward the wheel center side. The right and left cross-sections of the ridges 18 are inverted trapezoidal, the width of the upper side is 8 to 10 (mm), and the width of the lower side is 3 to 5 (mm). Moreover, the protrusion amount of the protrusions 18 is 10 to 15 (mm). The ridges 18 of the agricultural wheels in FIGS. 2 to 6 and the ridges 18 ′ of the agricultural wheels in FIGS. 7 to 10 are provided in substantially the same shape. By providing the ridges 18 in this way, when this agricultural wheel sinks into the mud and rolls in a soft paddy field, mud is about to adhere to the inner peripheral side of the elastic ring body T. The protrusions 18 are easily indexed to the left and right, so that it is possible to reduce the mud from being carried around when the wheel comes out from the mud.
