【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前掲の特開2000−316321号公報または特開2000−342018号公報に記載されている種籾の消毒装置おいては、温湯タンクに張った温湯に種籾を単に浸すだけでなく、種籾に噴き上げる温湯を浴びせることにより、種籾の温湯消毒を確実にし、かつその効果の向上を図っているものである。すなわち、これら種籾の温湯消毒装置おいては、温湯タンク内に温湯噴き上げ部を設けてあり、種籾の温湯消毒にあたっては、種籾を収容した種籾容器を温湯噴き上げ部上に降ろして定位置に載せなければならないが、温湯タンク内には温湯が張られているので、その揺れに伴う複雑な光屈折作用や湯気が立ちこめるなどのために、温湯タンクの上から種籾容器を温湯噴き上げ部上の定位置に降ろしにくいのが実情である。特に、特開平11−318118号公報に示すように、種籾容器の上げ下ろしに走行クレーンを用いるものにあっては、温湯噴き上げ部に対する種籾容器の位置合わせがいっそう困難である。
