Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to tissue paper such as facial tissue paper and toilet paper, and more particularly to tissue paper that has been subjected to a treatment for softening the touch.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Since tissue paper is used in direct contact with the skin, a soft touch is required.
[0003]
Various inventions have been made for softening tissue paper to improve the touch. For example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 7-109693, 7-109694, and 189170, a softening agent that softens the tissue structure of tissue paper is applied to the entire surface of the tissue paper to improve the texture of the tissue paper. An invention for doing so is disclosed. Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-268800 discloses an invention that improves the touch by providing a number of embosses on the surface of tissue paper.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, these inventions have the following problems. That is, in the invention using the softening agent, the softening agent is very expensive, which increases the cost of manufacturing the tissue paper. In the invention of embossing tissue paper, the texture of the produced tissue paper is inferior to that of a softener added.
[0005]
In view of such a conventional technique, an object of the present invention is to provide a tissue paper, a method for manufacturing the same, and an apparatus that can exhibit a superior touch and can reduce costs.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, in the present invention , there are a large number of protrusions with a predetermined height on the surface, and the embossing roller provided at a predetermined distance from the embossing roller and the soft surface pressure roller set in parallel to the embossing roller. The process of forming a large number of embosses on the surface of the tissue paper that passed through the rollers by passing the tissue paper in the length direction while sandwiching continuous tissue paper and rotating these rollers, and the emboss being rotated There is provided a method of manufacturing a soft tissue paper having an embossing with a softening agent applied to a tip surface, the step of applying a softening agent that softens the tissue structure of the tissue paper to the tip of the protrusion of the roller. .
[000 7 ]
Further, according to the present invention, an embossing roller provided with a large number of protrusions having a predetermined height on the surface and separated from each other by a predetermined distance, and a soft material that is set in parallel to the embossing roller and press-engaged with the embossing of the embossing roller. A pressure roller having a surface, a softener application roller set parallel to the embossing roller and engaged with the embossing of the embossing roller, and a tissue structure of tissue paper on the surface of the softener application roller. An apparatus for producing a soft tissue paper that has a means for applying a softening agent is provided.
[000 8 ]
[Action]
By using the apparatus and method according to the present invention, it is possible to manufacture tissue paper having the above-described configuration simply by passing tissue paper between a pressure roller and an embossing roller. The tissue paper produced is soft to the touch due to the softness of the embossed texture and the softening of the tissue paper structure itself with the softener, and the softener can only be applied to the tip of the embossed surface. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the tissue paper can be significantly reduced as compared with the invention of improving the touch with a conventional softening agent.
[000 9 ]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[001 0 ]
FIG. 1 shows an outline of a toilet paper roll manufacturing apparatus incorporating a device 10 for manufacturing a soft tissue paper according to the present invention.
[001 1 ]
That is, the apparatus 10 according to the present invention has an embossing roller 14 provided with a large number of protrusions 12 having a predetermined height on the surface and provided at a predetermined distance from each other, and is set in parallel to the embossing roller. A pressure roller having a soft surface to be pressure-engaged, specifically, a rubber roller 16 and an embossing roller 14 is set in parallel. The embossing of the embossing roller engages with the embossed end surface (fiber of tissue paper). And a softener application means 20 having a softener application roller 18 for applying the softener S) (which softens the tissue). The front end surface of the protrusion is usually a flat surface, and the shape thereof can be various, such as a circle, a square, and a rhombus.
[001 2 ]
The base paper P of the toilet paper roll is prepared as a roll having a large diameter, and the base paper P supplied from the base paper roll is passed between the embossing roller 14 and the pressure roller 16 of the apparatus 10, and the toilet paper roll R It is designed to be wound around a cylindrical core C that forms the center of the.
[001 3 ]
The softener application means 20 is partially immersed in the softener liquid S containing the softener liquid S, and the softener liquid S in the tank, and engages with the softener application roller 18 so that the amount of the softener is increased. And an application amount adjusting roller 28 to be supplied to the roller 18.
[001 4 ]
【The invention's effect】
The tissue paper produced in the present invention has an embossed E formed on the surface thereof, and is used by applying the surface of the embossed to the skin. Therefore, the texture paper is softer than that not provided with the embossed surface. Since the softening agent S is applied to the tip surface (and the adjacent portion) of the emboss, the softness becomes even softer. The application amount of the softening agent can be reduced to a fraction of that of the conventional technique in which the entire surface of the tissue paper is applied, and the cost can be greatly reduced.
