になる。暖房能力アップ機種では、第2バーナ2−2の横方向幅が広くなるため、第1と第2の両熱交換器3−1,3−2の境界部に対し第1と第2の両バーナ2−1,2−2の境界部が図2に示すものと同様に右側にオフセットする。仕切り壁8として図2に示すものと同様に上部に対し下部が右側にオフセットした形状のものを用い、第1燃焼室7―1と第2燃焼室7−2とを区画すると、第2熱交換器3−2では、燃焼排気の流速が速くなって熱交換効率が81%程度に低下するが、第1熱交換器3−1では、燃焼排気の流速が遅くなって熱交換効率が84.2%程度に若干アップする。従って、第1と第2の両バーナ2−1,2−2の定格燃焼量での燃焼時におけるカロリー当りの熱効率は、
(42500×84.2%+12500×81%)/55000=83.5%
になる。このように標準機種と暖房能力アップ機種とで共通の熱交換器3−1,3−2を用いても、カロリー当りの熱効率は殆ど変わらない。
Claims (2)
- 単一の缶体と、この缶体内に横方向に並べて設けた第1と第2の一対のバーナと、缶体の上部に横方向に並べて設けた第1と第2の一対の熱交換器と、缶体内の第1と第2の両バーナと第1と第2の両熱交換器との間の空間を、第1バーナから第1熱交換器に至る第1燃焼室と第2バーナから第2熱交換器に至る第2燃焼室とに区画する仕切り壁とを備え、燃焼ファンにより缶体内に下方から燃焼用空気を供給するようにした1缶式複合熱源機において、
第1と第2の両熱交換器の境界部に対し第1と第2の両バーナの境界部が横方向一方にオフセットしており、第1と第2の両熱交換器の境界部に位置する仕切り壁の上部に対し仕切り壁の下部が横方向一方にオフセットした形状の仕切り壁を用い、仕切り壁の下部を第1と第2の両バーナの境界部に位置させることを特徴とする1缶式複合熱源機。 - 単一の缶体と、この缶体内に横方向に並べて設けた第1と第2の一対のバーナと、缶体の上部に横方向に並べて設けた第1と第2の一対の熱交換器と、缶体内の第1と第2の両バーナと第1と第2の両熱交換器との間の空間を、第1バーナから第1熱交換器に至る第1燃焼室と第2バーナから第2熱交換器に至る第2燃焼室とに区画する仕切り壁とを備え、燃焼ファンにより缶体内に下方から燃焼用空気を供給するようにした1缶式複合熱源機において、
第1と第2の両熱交換器の境界部の横方向幅に比し第1と第2の両バーナの境界部の横方向幅が広くなっており、第1と第2の両バーナの上端よりも下方に位置する仕切り壁の下部の少なくとも一部に、第1と第2の両熱交換器の境界部に位置する仕切り壁の上部の横方向幅に比し横方向幅を広くした拡幅部を形成し、この拡幅部を第1と第2の両バーナの境界部に位置させることを特徴とする1缶式複合熱源機。
