本発明は浴室ユニットル−ムの側面構造に関するものであり、更に詳しくは、各種配管と天井や側面との間の干渉部の構造に係るものである。

集合住宅等にあって、通常は天井部には排気ダクト、給水・給湯管等が配置されており、これは単に水平に配置されるだけでなく、梁等を避けるためにエルボ部が形成されている。一方、浴室ユニットル−ムはスぺ−ス上できるだけコンパクトに納めることが望ましいが、浴室ユニットル−ムは前記した配管若しくはエルボ部と干渉してしまい、所定の位置に設置できないことがしばしばあり、配管若しくはエルボ部との干渉を避けて目的の場所より移動して設置することがあった。場合によっては目的の場所に設置するために、配管若しくはエルボ部と干渉しない程度のスケ−ルの小さい浴室ユニットル−ムを設置することともなっていた。

更に、近年においてはマンション等のリフォ−ムが広く行われているが、配管の位置を変えたために所望の浴室ユニットル−ムが設置できないとか、浴室ユニットル−ムを大きめのものにしようとしても配管との干渉によりそれができない等という問題が発生していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は浴室ユニットル−ムが配管若しくはエルボ部と干渉する際、この干渉を防止する構造を提案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の要旨は、底面を構成する防水パン、天井を構成する天井パネル、側壁を構成する側面パネルを組み合わせてなる浴室ユニットルームにおいて、天井パネルと2つの側面パネルとで構成される隅部に、前記天井パネル及び前記側面パネルの少なくとも一方と固着されるフランジ部を備えたボックス部材を配置して室内側に向かって凹陥する凹陥部を形成したこと、を特徴とする浴室ユニットルームの配管干渉防止構造である。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の特徴は配管の経路に当たる浴槽ユニットの天井及び側面を構成する各パネルを切り欠き、ここにボックス部材を取り付けて配管若しくはエルボ部のスぺ−スを保証する配管ボックスを構成したものである。ボックス部材は浴室ユニットル−ムの外側より当接接合され、或いはその内側より当接接合されるものであり、材料としては、FRP、HIPS、ABS等の樹脂、若しくは化粧鋼板であるが、特に限定されるものではない。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の浴室ユニットル−ムの配管干渉防止構造を図面をもって更に説明する。図1は集合住宅における建物と天井配管及び浴室ユニットル−ムとの関係を示したものである。浴室ユニットル−ムにあって、内部に装備される浴槽、側面に備えられるドア等は省略した。尚、この例ではエルボ部をもって説明するが、単に配管部位の干渉にあっても同様でありここでは説明を省略する。

尚、ボックス部材21はかかる形状に限定されるわけではなく、エルボ部3aが納まるものであれば採用できることは言うまでもない。又、天井パネル11や側面パネル12との固着に供するために、図5に示すようにボックス部21にフランジ部21dを備えたものでもよい。この例ではフランジ部21dは天井パネル11との固着に供されるが、側面パネル12との固着用の図示しないフランジ部を備えたものであってもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上の通りであり、天井配管若しくはエルボ部との干渉を避けることができたものである。このため、浴室ユニットを所定の場所に設置することができ、浴室ユニットのサイズダウンを必要としないものである。即ち、配管経路に影響されることなく浴室ユニットの設置場所を選ぶことができ、例えば内装リフォ−ム時において浴室ユニットを任意の位置にしかもスぺ−スを無駄にすることなく設置することができたものである。
