本発明は、小規模集合住宅やワンルームマンション等に設置されるキッチンユニット等の厨房台における換気扇の取付構造に関するものである。

従来より小規模集合住宅やワンルームマンションにおいては、ミニキッチンなどと称されている小スペース対応型のキッチンユニットが通常に設置使用されており、この種のキッチンユニットは狭いスペースに設置されるという制約があるため、その間口寸法は900mm及び1200mmが通常であり、また、奥行寸法は500mmが一般的であって、さらに、高さ寸法は集合住宅の室内梁下に納まる寸法としての1900mmが最適とされている。
上記キッチンユニットは、図3(a)に示すように箱型形状とされ、その構成は下部ユニット20と上部ユニット10に分割され、この二つのユニットを設置現場で組み立てて自立させる構造となっている。下部ユニット20は、ステンレス製等からなるシンク22、1口電気こんろ又は1口ガスこんろ等の加熱機器23、水栓24等を取付け組み込んだステンレス製等の金属板からなるカウンタートップ21の下部に、小型冷蔵庫26等を収納できるようにした扉付きのキャビネット25を備えている。
一方、上部ユニット10は、消防法上の規制から不燃材を使用した両側のサイドパネル11、11とバックパネル12と天井板13との間に、収納ボックス14と照明15を取付け、天井パネル13には換気扇16を取付けて、これに配管ダクトを接続して外部へ排気する構造となっている。

ところで近年、この種のキッチンユニットは低コスト化が進み、キッチンメーカーとしての原価低減策が重要な課題となっており、キッチンユニットの原価低減要素の中でも、設置現場における施工性の向上を図ることにより原価低減が可能となる。
そして、この設置現場における施工性の向上策として、天井板自体の板厚を薄くすることによりカッターナイフでも換気扇取付用開口13aの穴明けのための切断加工ができるようにすることが考えられるものの、板厚を薄くすると換気扇本体を取付けるための取付ねじの保持力が低下するという問題が生じる。

本発明者らは、前記課題を解決するための取付構造について種々検討した結果、比較的単純な形状の取付具を用いることにより解決できることに想い到った。

本発明における換気扇の取付構造は、キッチンユニット等の天井板に穿設された略方形状の換気扇取付用開口に、下方に向けた開口部の周縁にフランジ部を有する換気扇本体を該換気扇本体の前記フランジ部が前記天井板の換気扇取付用開口の周縁の下面側に位置するように下方側から挿入して取付けられる換気扇の取付構造であって、前記天井板の換気扇取付用開口の周縁部に差込み嵌合される断面略コ字状の嵌合部と、該嵌合部における下片の先端を下方に向けて折曲した垂下片を有し、前記下片の下面側に前記換気扇本体のフランジ部を重ねた状態で前記垂下片の一部を水平方向に折り曲げ可能とするための切欠き部が前記下片と垂下片との折り曲げ部分に設けられた取付具を備え、該取付具の前記嵌合部を前記天井板の換気扇取付用開口の周縁部に差込み嵌合して該取付具を予め天井板に係止し、前記換気扇本体を天井板の換気扇取付用開口内に挿入して該換気扇本体のフランジ部を前記取付具における下片の下面側に重ねた後、該取付具の前記切欠き部が設けられた部分の垂下片を、該垂下片の折り曲げによる折曲部が前記換気扇本体のフランジ部の下面側に位置するように水平方向に折り曲げて、換気扇本体のフランジ部を取付具における垂下片の折曲部で支持するように取付けるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は取付ねじを使用せず、また、カッターナイフを使用しての穴明け切断加工が可能なように、天井板としての化粧不燃板の板厚は約6mm程度に設定される。
一方、取付具は、板厚1mm程度の鋼板等の折り曲げ加工により形成されており、この取付具における断面略コ字状の嵌合部の寸法は、この嵌合部に前記板厚の天井板に対して隙間なく差し込み嵌合できるように形成され、また、換気扇本体のフランジ部を支持するための取付具における垂下片を折り曲げることによって形成される折曲部が、前記換気扇本体のフランジ部の下面側に充分にかかるようにするのが好ましく、また、上記垂下片の折り曲げ作業に際しては、ペンチ(プライヤー)等が使用される。
なお、取付具は、略方形状の換気扇取付用開口の各辺の略中央部分に一個づつ(計4個)差し込み嵌合するようにするのが好ましい。

以下、本発明による換気扇の取付構造の実施例について図1乃至図2を用いて詳細に説明する。

【発明の効果】
本発明の換気扇の取付構造によれば、取付ねじを使用しない固定方式としたので、天井パネルの板厚を薄くすることが可能となって材料費の低減ができるとともに、設置現場における天井板の穴明け加工が簡単となって施工性の向上と、取付け作業の簡略化が計れて、原価低減が可能となる。
