The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic, and more particularly to a skin cosmetic that moisturizes the skin in the form of a lotion or cream when used on a makeup foundation.
[0002]
[Background Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
Conventionally, when women who have made up makeup in the morning take care of the eyes and mouth that tend to dry during the day, the foundation of the moisturizing cosmetic is applied by applying a moisturizing liquid over the makeupd face. There was a drawback of being called. For this reason, it is common to take a procedure of removing all makeup once, then applying a moisturizing liquid to the face, and then applying makeup again, which is troublesome and complicated. For these reasons, it has been desired to develop a moisturizing liquid that can be used without applying a foundation even after applying makeup.
[0003]
The present invention has been made in response to the conventional circumstances as described above, and can be applied and used from above the face on which makeup has been applied, and has excellent stability that moisturizes the skin. The purpose is to provide cosmetics.
