Description
非晶性PETG樹脂100重量部に平均粒径10μmのポリメチルメタクリラート(PMMA)を主成分にするビーズ状光拡散樹脂((株)KOLON、商品名:MPB−X10、PMMA95mol%とPS5mol%)1.5重量部、帯電防止剤硫酸ナトリウムドデシル1.0重量部、及びビス−(スチリル)ビフェニル系(bis−(styryl)biphenyls)蛍光漂白剤0.005重量部をそれぞれの定量供給装置を用いて真空ベント付き二軸押出機のホッパーに投入して、溶融混練を通して均一に分散させた。混練された溶融物はウォーターバスに通過して冷却し、切断されてペレット形態の光拡散樹脂を製造した。
非晶性PETG樹脂に代わり、非晶性ポリエチレンテレフタラート樹脂を用いることを除き、前記実施例1と同一の組成及び方法により光拡散樹脂とシートを製造した。
以下の表1のようなポリエステル系樹脂とPMMAを主成分とするビーズ状光拡散樹脂((株)KOLON、商品名:MPB−X12)の光拡散剤を添加させることを除き、前記実施例1と同一の方法により光拡散樹脂とシートを製造した。
非晶性PETG樹脂に代わってPMMA樹脂をマトリックス樹脂として用いることを除き、前記実施例1と同一の方法により光拡散樹脂とシートを製造した。
非晶性PETG樹脂に代わってキャスティング法により製造されたアクリル樹脂をマトリックス樹脂として用いることを除き、前記実施例1と同一の方法により光拡散樹脂とシートを製造した。
PMMAを主成分にするビーズ状光拡散樹脂に代わって、比較例3では二酸化チタン0.3重量部を、比較例4では炭酸カルシウム2.5重量部をそれぞれ添加することを除き、前記実施例1と同一の方法により光拡散樹脂とシートを製造した。
PMMAを主成分にするビーズ状光拡散樹脂に代わって炭酸カルシウム2.5重量部を添加することを除き、前記実施例1と同一の方法により光拡散樹脂とシートを製造した。
Claims (5)
- ポリエステル系樹脂としてポリ(エチレンテレフタラート−co−ジメチルシクロヘキシルテレフタラート)、光拡散剤としてメチルメタクリラート及びスチレンを含有するポリメチルメタクリラートを主成分にするビーズ状光拡散樹脂、帯電防止剤及び蛍光漂白剤を含む光拡散樹脂組成物。
- 前記光拡散剤は、50mol%以上100mol%未満のメチルメタクリラートと、0mol%より大きく50mol%以下のスチレンと、を含有するポリメチルメタクリラートからなり、平均粒径が5から200μmである請求項1に記載の光拡散樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリエステル系樹脂100重量部に対し、前記光拡散剤を0.1から15重量部、帯電防止剤を0.3から5重量部、及び蛍光漂白剤を0.001から0.1重量部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光拡散樹脂組成物。
- 前記帯電防止剤は、
炭素数2から50の飽和及び不飽和テトラアルキル或いはテトラアリールアンモニウム塩のような陽イオン系界面活性剤、炭素数2から30の飽和及び不飽和アルキル或いは硫酸アリール、アルキルまたは、炭素数2から30の飽和及び不飽和リン酸アリールのような陰イオン系界面活性剤、炭素数2から30の飽和及び不飽和アルキル或いはアリールベタインのような両親性界面活性剤、及び炭素数2から30の飽和及び不飽和アルキル或いはアリールグリセロールエステルのような非イオン系界面活性剤からなる群から選択される1種以上のものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリエステル系光拡散樹脂組成物。 - 前記蛍光漂白剤は、ベンゾトリアゾール−フェニルクマリン系(benzotriazole−phenylcoumarins)、ビス−ベンゾオキサゾール(bis−benzoxazoles)、トリアジン−フェニルクマリン系(triazine−phenylcoumarins)、ビス−(スチリル)ビフェニル系(bis−(styryl)biphenyls)、ナフトトリアゾールフェニルクマリン系(naphtotriazole−phenylcoumarins)化合物のうち選択された1種以上のものである請求項1に記載のポリエステル系光拡散樹脂組成物。
