Although it does not specifically limit as a palladium compound used as a catalyst component in this invention, For example, tetravalent palladium compounds, such as sodium hexachloro palladium (IV) acid tetrahydrate, hexachloro palladium (IV) acid potassium, etc. Palladium (II) chloride, palladium (II) bromide, palladium (II) acetate, palladium acetylacetonate (II), dichlorobis (benzonitrile) palladium (II), dichlorobis (acetonitrile) palladium (II), dichlorobis (tri Divalent palladium compounds such as phenylphosphine) palladium (II), dichlorotetraamminepalladium (II), dichloro (cycloocta-1,5-diene) palladium (II), palladium trifluoroacetate (II); Nji) dipalladium (0), tris (dibenzylideneacetone) dipalladium chloroform complex (0), zero-valent palladium compounds such as tetrakis (triphenylphosphine) palladium (0) and the like.
[0019]
In the present invention, the amount of the palladium compound used is not particularly limited, but is 0.00001 to 20.0 mol% in terms of palladium per mol of the halogen atom of the aryl dihalide represented by the general formula (2) of the raw material. It is preferable that it is the range of these. If the palladium compound is within the above range, the reaction proceeds, but since an expensive palladium compound is used, palladium is more preferably used per mole of the halogen atom of the aryl dihalide represented by the general formula (2) of the raw material. It is in the range of 0.001 to 5.0 mol% in terms of conversion.
[0020]
The phosphine used as a catalyst component in the present invention is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include triethylphosphine, tricyclohexylphosphine, triisopropylphosphine, tri-n-butylphosphine, triisobutylphosphine, tri-sec-butyl. Trialkylphosphines such as phosphine and tri-tert-butylphosphine; triphenylphosphine, tri (o-tolyl) phosphine, tri (m-tolyl) phosphine, tri (p-tolyl) phosphine, BINAP, trimesitylphosphine, diphenyl Arylphosphines such as phosphinoethane, diphenylphosphinopropane, diphenylphosphinoferrocene and the like can be mentioned. Of these, tritertiary butylphosphine is particularly preferable because of its high reaction activity.
[0021]
In this invention, what is necessary is just to use the usage-amount of a phosphine in 0.01-10000 times mole range with respect to a palladium compound. Since an expensive phosphine is used, the amount is more preferably 0.1 to 10 times the mol of the palladium compound.
[0022]
In the present invention, a palladium compound and phosphine are essential as catalyst components, and both are added to the reaction system as a combined catalyst. The addition method in that case may be added individually to the reaction system, or may be prepared in the form of a complex and added in advance.
[0023]
The base used in the present invention may be selected from carbonates such as sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate, inorganic bases such as alkali metal alkoxides, and organic bases such as tertiary amines, and is not particularly limited. Among these, alkali metal alkoxides such as sodium methoxide, sodium ethoxide, potassium methoxide, potassium ethoxide, lithium-tert-butoxide, sodium-tert-butoxide, potassium-tert-butoxide are preferable, and these are used in the reaction field. They may be added as they are, or may be prepared in situ from an alkali metal, alkali metal hydride or alkali metal hydroxide and an alcohol and used in the reaction field.
[0024]
The amount of the base used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but it is preferably 0.5 mol or more per 1 mol of the halogen atom of the aryl dihalide represented by the general formula (2) which is the reaction raw material. . Even if the amount of the base is added in a large excess, the yield does not change, but the post-treatment operation after the completion of the reaction becomes complicated, and therefore it is more preferably in the range of 1.0 to 5 times mol.
[0025]
The production method of the present invention is usually carried out in an inert solvent. Such an inert solvent is not particularly limited as long as it does not significantly inhibit this reaction, and examples thereof include aromatic hydrocarbon solvents such as benzene, toluene and xylene; diethyl ether, tetrahydrofuran and dioxane. Ether solvents such as acetonitrile; acetonitrile, dimethylformamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, hexamethylphosphotriamide and the like. Among these, aromatic hydrocarbon solvents such as benzene, toluene and xylene are particularly preferable.
[0026]
The production method of the present invention is preferably carried out under an atmosphere of an inert gas such as nitrogen or argon under normal pressure, but can be carried out even under pressurized conditions.
[0027]
As the reaction conditions of the production method of the present invention, the reaction temperature may be selected from the range of 20 ° C. to 250 ° C., more preferably 50 ° C. to 150 ° C., and the reaction time may be selected from the range of several minutes to 20 hours. do it.
[0028]
The polyaryleneamine obtained by the production method of the present invention is composed of repeating units represented by the above general formula (3), and is obtained by alternately bonding aryl residues and aniline derivative residues, and has a high melting point. Since it is excellent in heat resistance, it is excellent as a heat resistant structural material.
[0029]
