Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an anti-counterfeit sheet, and more particularly, to an anti-counterfeiting (confidential) information (stealth information) anti-counterfeiting effect, an anti-counterfeiting receipt, securities, various cards, and the like. is there.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, it contains fluorescent material that emits light by ultraviolet rays, and under normal light, colorless fluorescent ink (hidden ink) is used. For example, images and characters are printed using this fluorescent ink in concealment information entry fields such as cards. Then, the printed images / characters cannot be seen with the naked eye, but when this latent image is irradiated with ultraviolet rays with a UV lamp (commonly known as black light), the fluorescent material emits light and the images / characters can be read or viewed. Anti-counterfeit sheets that can be made are known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, however, concealment information such as images and characters is formed on the sheet surface of a card or the like by hand using fluorescent ink, or the fluorescent ink is applied to the sheet surface of a card or the like and then dried as necessary. Since the concealment (confidential) information such as images and characters is printed, the efficiency is low for handwriting, while the printing method is excellent in productivity, but the concealment (confidential) information There is a problem that the degree of freedom in size and shape is small and the size and shape are limited to those of a predetermined size and shape.
In view of the conventional problems, the object of the present invention is to freely change the size and shape of concealment (confidential) information, and has a high anti-counterfeiting effect and anti-falsification effect, such as receipts, securities, magnetic cards, An object is to provide an inexpensive anti-counterfeit sheet that can be applied to an IC card, a rewrite card, or the like.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In other words, the anti-counterfeit sheet according to
At least a binder resin component of the same type as the binder resin component of the colored toner is contained on the sheet surface of the portion where the concealment information by the colored toner is formed, and the colored pigment and / or the colored dye of the colored toner A toner receiving layer containing the same type of colored pigment and / or colored dye is formed, and concealment information using the colored toner is printed on a predetermined portion of the toner receiving layer .
[0005]
In the anti-counterfeit sheet of the present invention, a colored pigment and / or a colored dye and a binder resin component, which are difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet, are formed on a predetermined portion of a colored sheet surface such as a colored sheet (colored paper). Concealment information is printed by an electrophotographic method using a colored toner containing a fluorescent material of the same color that is contained as a main component and difficult to distinguish from a colored sheet . Since the concealment information is printed by the electrophotographic method, the size and shape of the concealment information can be freely changed, and the printed images and characters use the same color toner that is difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet. Since it is printed on a colored sheet surface, it becomes invisible or difficult to see, so the design is not impaired. When this latent image is irradiated with ultraviolet rays with a UV lamp, the fluorescent material emits light and the image of the concealment information Since characters can be easily read and viewed, it is highly effective in preventing counterfeiting and tampering.
If a fluorescent material of the same color system that is difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet is used as the fluorescent material, the fluorescent material becomes invisible or difficult to see with the naked eye, and the anti-counterfeit effect and the anti-falsification effect are improved.
Since the toner receiving layer formed on the sheet surface contains the same kind of binder resin component as that of the colored toner, the fixing property of the colored toner to the toner receiving layer is improved, and images and characters are preferably used. Can be formed.
Since the toner receiving layer formed on the sheet surface contains the same kind of image forming component (colored pigment and / or colored dye) as the image forming component (colored pigment and / or colored dye) of the colored toner, the toner The image and characters formed on the receiving layer surface become more difficult to see together with the fixability, and the forgery prevention effect is further enhanced.

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional explanatory view showing a cross section of another example of the anti-counterfeit sheet of the present invention.
The anti-counterfeit sheet (card) 1A of the present invention is formed by laminating an unillustrated oversheet material made of a transparent vinyl chloride resin or the like on a thermoplastic resin made of opaque vinyl chloride resin or polyethylene terephthalate resin called a center core material not shown. A colored sheet (card base material) 2A having a standard size formed on the upper surface of the colored sheet (card base material) 2A (at least on the sheet surface where the image or character is formed with the colored toner) is distinguished from the colored
Since the
Next, electrophotographic printing will be described.
Electrophotographic printing generally uses a photoconductive insulator (such as a photocon drum), gives a uniform static charge on the photoconductive insulator by corona discharge, etc., and this photoconductive property is obtained by various means. An electrostatic latent image is formed by irradiating a light image on an insulator, then the latent image is developed and visualized using a fine toner powder, and the toner image is transferred to paper or the like, followed by pressurization, heating, solvent A method of obtaining a copy by fixing a toner image on a recording medium such as paper by means of evaporation, light irradiation or the like (for example, US Pat. No. 2,297,691), or a light image on a photoconductive insulator There is a method of irradiation.
As these toners, conventionally, particles obtained by dispersing a colored pigment or colored dye such as carbon black as an image forming component in a binder resin component made of a natural or synthetic polymer are finely pulverized to about 5 to 20 μm. It has been. Such toner is usually used alone or mixed with a carrier substance (carrier) such as iron powder or glass beads.
[0014]
Examples of the binder resin component of the colored toner used in the present invention include natural and / or synthetic polymers conventionally used as the binder resin component of the toner.
Specific examples of the binder resin component used in the present invention include, for example, polyester, polyethylene, polystyrene, styrene copolymers (for example, styrene-acrylic resin, styrene-butadiene resin, etc.), acrylate and methacrylate resins, polyvinyl chloride resin, acetic acid. Vinyl resin, vinyl chloride / vinyl acetate copolymer resin, vinyl chloride / vinyl acetate / maleic acid copolymer resin, vinyl butyral resin, polyvinyl alcohol resin, polyurethane resin, polyimide resin, polyamide resin, polyether resin, epoxy resin, etc. Can be mentioned. These may be used in combination of two or more.
[0015]
Among these, a transparent thermoplastic binder resin component can be preferably used in the present invention.
In particular, when the colored pigment and / or colored dye whose binder resin component is an image forming component of toner is transparent, the chromaticity of the
[0016]
The colored pigment and / or colored dye of the colored toner used in the present invention may be of the same color system that is difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet used in the present invention, such as red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, purple, etc. Alternatively, any of these two or more mixed colors may be used, and known natural products, synthetic products, or a mixture of two or more of these may be used.
The content and particle size of the colored pigment and / or colored dye in the colored toner are not particularly limited, and the color sheet and the smoothness, gloss, etc. are similar to the colored sheet used in the present invention and difficult to distinguish. It is preferable to design so that there is no sense of incongruity.
[0017]
The fluorescent material of the color toner used in the present invention may be an organic fluorescent material, an inorganic fluorescent material, or a mixture of two or more of these, and a known fluorescent material can be used.
Specific examples of organic fluorescent materials include donor-acceptor type, cyanine type, non-cyclic or cyclic polyene type fluorescent dyes, and stilbene, 4,4′-diaminostilbene, biphenyl, Examples thereof include fluorescent whitening agents such as hetero 5-membered rings (triazole, oxazole, imidazole, etc.), hetero 6-membered rings (coumarin, naphthalimide, s-triazine, etc.), and mixtures of two or more thereof.
[0018]
Specific examples of inorganic fluorescent materials include high-purity zinc, cadmium, calcium, barium, magnesium, aluminum, yttrium, and other metal oxides, sulfides, silicates, tungstates, and oxyacid salts. As a main component, a trace amount of an activator such as manganese, silver, copper, lead, europium and a flux added thereto, and firing at a high temperature, or a mixture of two or more of these can be mentioned. .
[0019]
In the present invention, a fluorescent pigment in which a fluorescent dye is blended with a synthetic resin having transparency such as an acrylic resin, a vinyl chloride resin, and an alkyd resin can also be used.
Among these fluorescent materials, the colored fluorescent material of the same color system that is difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet makes the
[0020]
The blending amount of the fluorescent material in the color toner used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but it is preferably 0.1 to 5 parts by mass, more preferably 0.1 to 5 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the color toner. It is desirable to blend 2 to 4 parts by mass. If the amount is less than 0.1 parts by mass, the amount of fluorescence is small and light emission may not be confirmed. If the amount exceeds 5 parts by mass, the amount of fluorescence does not increase, which is uneconomical.
[0021]
The colored toner used in the present invention further contains a small amount of additive components commonly used as desired, for example, charge control agents, tackifiers, viscosity modifiers, antioxidants, ultraviolet absorbers, stabilizers, lubricants and the like. It can be included.
[0022]
The type and molecular weight of the binder resin component of the colored toner used in the present invention, the content of the binder resin component, the colored pigment and / or the colored dye in the colored toner, and the like, the characteristics, design and use of the anti-counterfeit sheet of the present invention It is optimally adjusted according to the electrophotographic method and is not particularly limited. However, the content of the binder resin component in the colored toner is usually 50 to 95% by mass.
[0023]
The colored toner used in the present invention can be produced by a conventionally known method. That is, a binder resin component, a colored pigment and / or a colored dye, a fluorescent material and, if necessary, a charge control agent are melted and kneaded with a pressure kneader, a roll mill, an extruder, etc., and dispersed uniformly, for example, with a jet mill, etc. The desired toner can be obtained by pulverizing and classifying with a classifier such as an air classifier. The particle diameter of the colored toner used in the present invention may be the same as the particle diameter of a conventionally known toner, specifically about 3 to 20 μm, preferably about 10 μm.
[0024]
Colored sheets used in the present invention include woven fabrics, nonwoven fabrics, mats, and papers (for example, high-quality papers, medium-quality papers, synthetic papers) made of inorganic or organic fibers such as glass fibers, alumina fibers, polyester fibers, and polyamide fibers. Paper, various recycled paper, art paper, coated paper, mirror coated paper, condenser paper, paraffin paper, other paper, paper with an overcoat layer (protective layer) or a combination thereof, or Composite sheets formed by impregnating them with resin varnish, polyamide resin sheets, polyester resin sheets, polyolefin resin sheets, polyimide resin sheets, ethylene / vinyl alcohol copolymer sheets, polyvinyl alcohol resin sheets, polychlorinated resins Vinyl resin sheet, polyvinylidene chloride resin sheet, Plastic sheet such as styrene resin sheet, polycarbonate resin sheet, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer resin sheet, polyethersulfone resin sheet, or corona discharge treatment, plasma treatment, ultraviolet irradiation treatment, electron beam irradiation treatment, frame It can be used by selecting from known ones such as those subjected to surface treatment such as plasma treatment and ozone treatment.
[0025]
There are no particular limitations on the method or means for forming a colored toner-receiving layer of the same color system that is difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet on the colored sheet surface. However, a method for forming a colored toner receiving layer by coating a colored sheet surface using a coating liquid comprising an ultraviolet curable paint containing the colored pigment and / or the colored pigment is provided on the colored sheet surface. Easy to apply, and after applying to the colored sheet surface by a known method, it can be dried as necessary, and the colored toner-receiving layer can be easily formed by irradiating with ultraviolet rays. Since it can be used, it can be preferably used.
If a colored toner-receiving layer is formed using a coating liquid composed of an ultraviolet curable paint containing a colored pigment and / or a colored pigment of the same type as the colored pigment and / or colored pigment, This is preferable because it is more difficult to identify the colored toner receiving layer.
[0026]
The ultraviolet curable coating for forming a colored toner-receiving layer is based on a conventionally known ultraviolet curable coating that applies a curing means accompanying resin formation by a polymerization reaction of a binder resin component generated by ultraviolet irradiation, Contains photopolymerizable oligomers (prepolymers) and / or photopolymerizable monomers and photopolymerization initiators as essential components. In addition, various additives such as antistatic agents, photopolymerization accelerators, stabilizers and waxes are added as necessary. Can be included.
[0027]
Further, when this ultraviolet curable coating material contains the same kind of binder resin component as the binder resin component constituting the colored toner used in the present invention, the phase meltability of the colored toner and the colored toner receiving layer 4 during heat melting. Becomes very high, and the fixability of the colored toner is remarkably improved. The content of the binder resin component contained in the UV curable paint is such that the binder resin component is present in the form of a photopolymerizable oligomer or monomer formed by a photopolymerization reaction, or the binder resin component constituting the colored toner is finely divided. And are dispersed in the paint or coexisted with them.
Particularly preferred is a photopolymerizable oligomer or photopolymerizable monomer or a fine particle of this resin component which forms a styrene acrylic thermoplastic resin component or an epoxy acrylic thermoplastic resin component. When the colored toner receiving layer 4 containing these resin components is provided, the fixing property of the colored toner is remarkably superior to those of other resins.
[0028]
When the content of the binder resin component in the ultraviolet curable coating is 50% by mass or less, a predetermined color toner fixing property cannot be obtained. On the other hand, when it exceeds 95% by mass, the suitability as a printing ink is impaired. The content is preferably 50 to 95% by mass, more preferably 60 to 90% by mass, and particularly preferably 70 to 80% by mass.
The content of the colored pigment and / or colored pigment in the ultraviolet curable coating is not particularly limited, but it is important to adjust the colored toner receiving layer so that it is difficult to distinguish it from the colored sheet.
[0029]
Further, when the amount of the photopolymerizable monomer is large, the colored toner receiving layer 4 becomes too hard, and the sheet is fixed to the sheet surface or peeled off by rubbing. Therefore, it is appropriately adjusted so as to obtain a desired hardness. is there. Furthermore, when the fine particles of the binder resin component are contained, if the content is high, suitability as a printing ink is lowered. Therefore, the content is preferably 20% by mass or less.
[0030]
The photopolymerization initiator may be of a conventionally known radical polymerization type, and examples thereof include benzoethers, acetophenones, ketals, and thioxanthones. Specifically, 4,4 bisdimethylaminobenzophenone, 1 -Hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone, 2,2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone, 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropan-1-one, olbenzoylbenzoic acid methyl ester and the like.
[0031]
The description of the above embodiment is for explaining the present invention, and does not limit the invention described in the claims or reduce the scope. Moreover, each part structure of this invention is not restricted to the said embodiment, A various deformation | transformation is possible within the technical scope as described in a claim.

【The invention's effect】
The anti-counterfeit sheet according to
If a fluorescent material of the same color system that is difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet is used as the fluorescent material, the fluorescent material becomes invisible or difficult to see with the naked eye, and the anti-counterfeit effect and the anti-falsification effect are improved.
Since the toner receiving layer formed on the sheet surface contains the same kind of binder resin component as that of the colored toner, the fixing property of the colored toner to the toner receiving layer is improved, and images and characters are preferably used. There is a remarkable effect that it can be formed.
Since the toner receiving layer formed on the sheet surface contains the same kind of image forming component (colored pigment and / or colored dye) as the image forming component (colored pigment and / or colored dye) of the colored toner, the toner images and characters formed on the receptive layer side visibility becomes more difficult with fixability, that Sosu a remarkable effect that the anti-fake effect is further enhanced.
