Description

【0001】

[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a colorless fluorescent ink (hidden ink) is used under normal light, which contains a fluorescent material that emits light by ultraviolet rays. For example, images and characters are printed using this fluorescent ink in a hidden information entry column of a card or the like. Then, the printed images and characters are not visible to the naked eye, but when this latent image is irradiated with ultraviolet light by a UV lamp (commonly called black light), the fluorescent material emits light and the images and characters are read or viewed. Possible anti-counterfeit sheets are known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, conventionally, concealed (confidential) information such as images and characters are formed by hand using fluorescent ink on the sheet surface of a card or the like, or the fluorescent ink is applied to the sheet surface of a card or the like and then dried as necessary. The concealment (confidential) information such as images and characters is printed and formed, so that the efficiency is low in the case of handwriting, while the productivity is excellent in the printing method, There is a problem that the degree of freedom of the size and shape is small, and the size and shape are limited to those having a predetermined size and shape.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the conventional problems, it is an object of the present invention to be able to freely change the size and shape of concealed (confidential) information, and to have a high anti-counterfeiting and tampering prevention effect. An object of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive forgery prevention sheet applicable to an IC card, a rewritable card, and the like.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the forgery prevention sheet according to claim 1 of the present invention is a concealment information using a color toner of the same color system, which is difficult to distinguish from the color sheet, on a predetermined portion of the color sheet surface. Is a printed sheet, wherein the color toner contains a fluorescent material.
[0005]
The anti-counterfeit sheet of the present invention includes a predetermined portion of a colored sheet surface such as a colored sheet (colored paper or the like) on which a colored pigment and / or a colored dye and / or a binder resin component of the same color, which are difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet. Concealment information is printed by an electrophotographic method using a colored toner containing a fluorescent material as a main component. Since the concealment information is printed by the electrophotographic method, the size and shape of the concealment information can be changed freely, and the printed images and characters use the same color toner that is difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet. Since it is printed on a colored sheet surface, it becomes invisible or difficult to see, and the design is not impaired. When this latent image is irradiated with ultraviolet light using a UV lamp, the fluorescent material emits light and the image of the concealment information Since characters and the like can be easily read and viewed, the effect of preventing forgery and falsification is high.
[0006]
The forgery prevention sheet according to claim 2 of the present invention is the forgery prevention sheet according to claim 1, wherein the fluorescent material is a colored fluorescent material of the same color system that is difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet. I do.
[0007]
When a colored fluorescent material of the same color system, which is difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet, is used as the fluorescent material, it becomes more or less visible to the naked eye, and the forgery and tampering prevention effects are improved.
[0008]
A forgery prevention sheet according to claim 3 of the present invention is the forgery prevention sheet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein at least a portion of the sheet surface where the concealment information by the colored toner is formed is provided with the colored toner. A toner receiving layer containing a binder resin component of the same type as the above binder resin component, and concealment information using a color toner is printed on a predetermined portion of the toner receiving layer.
[0009]
Since the toner receiving layer formed on the sheet surface contains the same kind of binder resin component as the binder resin component of the color toner, the fixability of the color toner to the toner receiving layer is improved, and the image and the character are suitably formed. Can be formed.
[0010]
The sheet according to claim 4 of the present invention contains at least an image forming component of the same type as the image forming component of the color toner on a sheet surface of a portion where an image or a character is formed by the color toner. Characterized in that a toner receiving layer is formed.
[0011]
The toner receiving layer formed on the sheet surface contains the same type of image forming component (color pigment and / or color dye) as the color toner image forming component (color pigment and / or color dye). The image and characters formed on the surface of the receiving layer become more difficult to visually recognize together with the fixability, and the effect of preventing forgery is further enhanced.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing an example of the forgery prevention sheet of the present invention.
The anti-counterfeit sheet 1 of the present invention is provided on a predetermined portion of two colored sheets (receipts, securities, various cards, etc.) such as colored sheets (colored paper, etc.) on a predetermined portion of the same color system which is difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet 2. Using a colored toner containing a colored pigment and / or a colored dye and a binder resin component as main components and a colored sheet 2 and a colored fluorescent material of the same color that is difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet 2 by electrophotography. Is printed.
Since the concealment information 3 is printed by the electrophotographic method, the size and the shape of the concealment information 3 can be freely changed, and the printed images and characters 3 of the same color system that are difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet 2 are printed. Since the printing is performed on the surface of the colored sheet 2 using the colored toner, the printed image is invisible or difficult to be visually recognized. Therefore, even if the concealment information 3 is printed, the design property is not impaired, and the forgery and tampering prevention effects are high. . When the latent image 3 is irradiated with ultraviolet light by a UV lamp, the fluorescent material emits light, so that images and characters 3 can be easily read or viewed.
[0013]
FIG. 2 is a sectional explanatory view showing a section of another example of the forgery prevention sheet of the present invention.
The forgery prevention sheet (card) 1A of the present invention is obtained by laminating an unillustrated oversheet material such as a transparent vinyl chloride resin on a thermoplastic resin such as an opaque vinyl chloride resin or a polyethylene terephthalate resin called a center core material (not shown). A predetermined portion of the upper surface of the fixed-size colored sheet (card base) 2A (at least the sheet surface where the image or character is formed by the colored toner) is distinguished from the colored card base 2A. A difficult color toner receiving layer 4 of the same color system is formed, and a color pigment and / or a dye of the same color system, which is difficult to distinguish from the color card substrate 2A, on a predetermined portion of the surface of the color toner receiving layer 4. And a binder resin component as a main component, and a colored fluorescent material of the same color that is difficult to distinguish from the colored card base material 2A. Concealment information 3 are printed by an electrophotographic method using chromatography.
Since the concealment information 3 is printed by the electrophotographic method, the size and shape of the concealment information 3 can be freely changed, and the printed image / character 3 is difficult to distinguish from the colored card base 2A. Since the printing is performed on the surface of the colored toner receiving layer 4 using the same color toner, the printed image cannot be visually recognized or is difficult to be visually recognized. And a high tampering prevention effect. When the latent image 3 is irradiated with ultraviolet light by a UV lamp, the fluorescent material emits light, so that images and characters 3 can be easily read or viewed. The concealment information 3 has improved adhesiveness to the colored toner receiving layer 4 and, for example, does not peel off the concealment information 3 even if it is rubbed.
Next, electrophotographic printing will be described.
Electrophotographic printing generally uses a photoconductive insulator (such as a photo-condrum) to apply a uniform electrostatic charge to the photoconductive insulator by corona discharge or the like. An electrostatic latent image is formed by irradiating a light image on the insulator, then the latent image is developed and visualized using toner fine powder, and the toner image is transferred to paper or the like, and then pressurized, heated, and solvent A method of fixing a toner image on a recording medium such as paper by means of evaporation, irradiation of light or the like to obtain a copy (for example, US Pat. No. 2,297,691), or a method of forming a light image on a photoconductive insulator. There is a method of irradiation.
Conventionally, as these toners, particles obtained by dispersing a color pigment or color dye such as carbon black as an image forming component in a binder resin component made of a natural or synthetic polymer and finely pulverized to about 5 to 20 μm are used. Have been. Such a toner is usually used alone or mixed with a carrier substance (carrier) such as iron powder or glass beads.
[0014]
Examples of the binder resin component of the colored toner used in the present invention include natural and / or synthetic polymers conventionally used as the binder resin component of the toner.
Specific examples of the binder resin component used in the present invention include, for example, polyester, polyethylene, polystyrene and styrene copolymer (for example, styrene-acryl resin, styrene-butadiene resin, etc.), acrylate and methacrylate resins, polyvinyl chloride resin, acetic acid Vinyl resin, vinyl chloride / vinyl acetate copolymer resin, vinyl chloride / vinyl acetate / maleic acid copolymer resin, vinyl butyral resin, polyvinyl alcohol resin, polyurethane resin, polyimide resin, polyamide resin, polyether resin, epoxy resin, etc. Can be mentioned. These may be used in combination of two or more.
[0015]
Among these, a transparent thermoplastic binder resin component can be preferably used in the present invention.
In particular, when the binder resin component has transparency that allows seeing through a colored pigment and / or a colored dye that is an image forming component of the toner, the chromaticity of the concealment information 3 printed by the electrophotographic method is improved, and the concealment information 3 is improved. Is the same color system that is difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet, so that the concealment information 3 becomes more unrecognizable or difficult to recognize, so that it can be more preferably used in the present invention.
[0016]
The colored pigment and / or colored dye of the colored toner used in the present invention may be of the same color that is difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet used in the present invention, such as red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and purple. Alternatively, any color such as a mixture of two or more of these may be used, and a known natural product, synthetic product, or a mixture of two or more of these can be used.
The content and particle size of the color pigment and / or color dye in the color toner are not particularly limited, and the color sheet used in the present invention has the same color that is difficult to distinguish from the color sheet, and has the same smoothness and gloss as the color sheet. It is preferable to design so that there is no uncomfortable feeling.
[0017]
The fluorescent material of the color toner used in the present invention may be an organic fluorescent material, an inorganic fluorescent material, or a mixture of two or more of them, and a known fluorescent material can be used.
Specific examples of the organic fluorescent material include fluorescent dyes such as donor-acceptor type, cyanine type, acyclic or cyclic polyene type, and stilbene, 4,4′-diaminostilbene, biphenyl, Examples thereof include fluorescent whitening agents such as derivatives of a 5-membered heterocyclic ring (triazole, oxazole, imidazole, etc.) and derivatives of a 6-membered heterocyclic ring (coumarin, naphthalimide, s-triazine, etc.) or a mixture of two or more thereof.
[0018]
As the inorganic fluorescent material, specifically, oxides, sulfides, silicates, tungstates, oxylates of metals such as zinc, cadmium, calcium, barium, magnesium, aluminum, yttrium, etc. having high purity And the like, to which trace amounts of activators and fluxes such as manganese, silver, copper, lead, and europium are added, and fired at a high temperature, or a mixture of two or more of these. .
[0019]
In the present invention, a fluorescent pigment obtained by blending a fluorescent dye with a synthetic resin having transparency, such as an acrylic resin, a vinyl chloride resin, or an alkyd resin, can also be used.
Among these fluorescent materials, a colored fluorescent material of the same color, which is difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet, makes the concealment information 3 invisible or more difficult to see with the naked eye and improves the forgery and tampering prevention effects. It can be preferably used in the invention.
[0020]
The blending amount of the fluorescent material in the color toner used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but preferably 0.1 to 5 parts by mass, more preferably 0.1 to 5 parts by mass of the fluorescent material with respect to 100 parts by mass of the color toner. It is desirable to mix 2 to 4 parts by mass. If the amount is less than 0.1 part by mass, the amount of fluorescent light is so small that light emission cannot be confirmed. If the amount exceeds 5 parts by mass, the amount of fluorescent light does not increase, which is uneconomical.
[0021]
The colored toner used in the present invention may further contain a small amount of commonly used additive components such as a charge control agent, a tackifier, a viscosity modifier, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, a stabilizer, and a lubricant, if desired. It can be contained.
[0022]
The kind and molecular weight of the binder resin component of the colored toner used in the present invention, the content of the binder resin component and the content of the colored pigment and / or the colored dye in the colored toner, and the like are determined according to the characteristics, design and use of the anti-counterfeit sheet of the present invention. It is adjusted optimally in accordance with the electrophotographic method, and is not particularly limited. However, the content of the binder resin component in the colored toner is usually 50 to 95% by mass.
[0023]
The colored toner used in the present invention can be manufactured by a conventionally known method. That is, a binder resin component, a colored pigment and / or a colored dye, a fluorescent material and, if necessary, a charge control agent are melted and kneaded by, for example, a pressure kneader, a roll mill, an extruder or the like, and are uniformly dispersed. Finely pulverized and classified by a classifier such as an air classifier can obtain a desired toner. The particle size of the color toner used in the present invention may be the same as the particle size of a conventionally known toner, and is specifically about 3 to 20 μm, and preferably about 10 μm.
[0024]
Examples of the material of the colored sheet used in the present invention include woven fabrics, nonwoven fabrics, mats, and papers made of inorganic or organic fibers such as glass fiber, alumina fiber, polyester fiber, and polyamide fiber (for example, high-quality paper, medium-quality paper, and synthetic paper). Paper, various recycled paper, art paper, coated paper, mirror coated paper, condenser paper, paraffin paper, other papers, and paper with an overcoat layer (protective layer), or a combination of these, or Composite sheets, polyamide-based resin sheets, polyester-based resin sheets, polyolefin-based resin sheets, polyimide-based resin sheets, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer sheets, polyvinyl alcohol-based resin sheets, and polychlorinated resin sheets formed by impregnating these with resin varnish. Vinyl resin sheet, polyvinylidene chloride resin sheet, Plastic sheets such as styrene resin sheet, polycarbonate resin sheet, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer resin sheet, polyethersulfone resin sheet, or corona discharge treatment, plasma treatment, ultraviolet irradiation treatment, electron beam irradiation treatment, frame A known surface treatment such as a surface treatment such as a plasma treatment and an ozone treatment can be used.
[0025]
The method and means for forming a colored toner receiving layer of the same color system which is difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet on the colored sheet surface are not particularly limited. However, the method of forming a colored toner receiving layer by applying a colored liquid and / or a coating liquid of an ultraviolet curable paint containing the colored pigment to the colored sheet surface by applying the coating liquid to the colored sheet surface It is easy to apply, and after coating on a colored sheet surface by a known method, it can be dried if necessary, and irradiated with ultraviolet rays to easily form a colored toner receiving layer, and further improves the fixability of the colored toner. Because it can be used, it can be preferably used.
If a colored toner receiving layer is formed using a colored pigment of a colored toner and / or a coating liquid of an ultraviolet curable paint in which a colored pigment and / or a colored pigment of the same type as the colored pigment are blended, a colored sheet is formed. This is preferable because identification of the colored toner receiving layer becomes more difficult.
[0026]
The ultraviolet-curable paint for forming the colored toner receiving layer is based on a conventionally known ultraviolet-curable paint, which applies a curing means associated with resin formation by a polymerization reaction of a binder resin component generated by ultraviolet irradiation, Contains photopolymerizable oligomer (prepolymer) and / or photopolymerizable monomer and photopolymerization initiator as essential components, and, if necessary, various additives such as antistatic agent, photopolymerization accelerator, stabilizer, wax, etc. Can be included.
[0027]
Further, when the ultraviolet curable paint contains a binder resin component of the same kind as the binder resin component constituting the colored toner used in the present invention, the phase melting property of the colored toner and the colored toner receiving layer 4 during heating and melting. Is very high, and the fixability of the colored toner is remarkably improved. The content form of the binder resin component contained in the ultraviolet-curable paint may be such that the binder resin component is present in a state of a photopolymerizable oligomer or monomer formed by a photopolymerization reaction, or the binder resin component constituting the color toner is fine particles. And then disperse it in the paint or make them coexist.
Particularly preferred are photopolymerizable oligomers or photopolymerizable monomers which form a styrene acrylic thermoplastic resin component or an epoxy acrylic thermoplastic resin component by polymerization, or fine particles of this resin component. When the colored toner receiving layer 4 containing these resin components is provided, the fixability of the colored toner is remarkably superior to those of other resins.
[0028]
If the content of the binder resin component in the UV-curable coating composition is less than 50% by mass, a predetermined color toner fixing property cannot be obtained, while if it exceeds 95% by mass, the suitability as a printing ink is impaired. The content is preferably 50 to 95% by mass, more preferably 60 to 90% by mass, and particularly preferably 70 to 80% by mass.
The content of the colored pigment and / or the colored pigment in the ultraviolet-curable paint is not particularly limited, but it is important to adjust the colored toner receiving layer so that it is difficult to distinguish the colored toner receiving layer from the colored sheet.
[0029]
Further, if the amount of the photopolymerizable monomer is large, the hardness of the colored toner receiving layer 4 becomes too high, so that the toner is fixed on the sheet surface or peeled off by rubbing. is there. Furthermore, when fine particles of the binder resin component are contained, if the content is high, the suitability as a printing ink is reduced. Therefore, the content is preferably 20% by mass or less.
[0030]
The photopolymerization initiator may be a conventionally known radical polymerization type, and examples thereof include benzoethers, acetophenones, ketals, and thioxanthones. Specifically, 4,4 bisdimethylaminobenzophenone, -Hydroxycyclohexylphenyl ketone, 2,2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacetophenone, 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropan-1-one, and methyl benzoylbenzoate.
[0031]
The description of the above embodiments is for describing the present invention, and does not limit the invention described in the claims or reduce the scope thereof. The configuration of each part of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made within the technical scope described in the claims.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
The anti-counterfeit sheet according to claim 1 of the present invention is provided with a colored pigment and / or a colored dye of the same color system, which is difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet, on a predetermined portion of a colored sheet surface such as a colored sheet (colored paper or the like). Concealment information is printed by electrophotography using a colored toner containing a binder resin component as a main component and a fluorescent material, so that the size and shape of the concealment information can be freely changed and printed. The printed images and characters are printed on the colored sheet surface using colored toner of the same color that is difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet, so they are invisible or difficult to see, and thus the design is not impaired. When an image is irradiated with ultraviolet light using a UV lamp, the fluorescent material emits light, making it easy to read and view images and characters, and has high anti-counterfeiting and tampering prevention effects. Achieved securities, magnetic cards, IC cards, a remarkable effect that can be applied like rewritable card.
[0033]
The counterfeit prevention sheet according to claim 2 of the present invention is the counterfeit prevention sheet according to claim 1, wherein the fluorescent material is a colored fluorescent material of the same color system that is difficult to distinguish from the colored sheet. In addition to the same effect as the forgery prevention sheet described in 1, the concealment information is more invisible or hard to see with the naked eye, and the forgery prevention effect and the falsification prevention effect are further improved.
[0034]
A forgery prevention sheet according to claim 3 of the present invention is the forgery prevention sheet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein at least a portion of the sheet surface where the concealment information by the colored toner is formed is provided with the colored toner. A toner receiving layer containing a binder resin component of the same type as the binder resin component is formed, and concealment information using a colored toner is printed on a predetermined portion of the toner receiving layer. The fixing property to the layer is enhanced, and a further remarkable effect that images and characters can be suitably formed can be obtained.
[0035]
The sheet according to claim 4 of the present invention contains at least an image forming component of the same type as the image forming component of the color toner on a sheet surface of a portion where an image or a character is formed by the color toner. Since the toner receiving layer is formed, the image and the characters formed on the surface of the toner receiving layer have a more remarkable effect that the visibility becomes more difficult as well as the fixability, and the effect of preventing forgery is further enhanced.
