前記の増設管固定装置は図6に示される1つ以上の増設管挿入用孔が設けられた増設管保持手段、該保持手段の下面に設けられその両端の部位は既設管路内面側と接触し、該接触面は該既設管路内面と同一の曲面を有する薄板からなる固定板、該増設管保持手段と該固定板の間にあって、該増設管保持手段の下部にその一部が埋設され、固定板よりも長く且つ該増設管路内面円周の径よりも大きい径の曲面を有する板状又は線状物からなる固定手段からなることを特徴とする既設管路内面への増設管固定装置である。この増設管固定装置を既設管路内面に容易に且つスムーズに設置することのできる手段或いは装置の提案或いは開発が望まれるところであった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者は前記の課題を解決すべく鋭意研究の結果、マンホールより挿入可能の長方形のプレートの中央部に増設管固定装置を取り付け、このプレートを連結して既設管路内に増設管固定装置を埋設することにより、前記の課題が解決できることを見出し、本願発明に到達した。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1に示すように、本発明の既設管路内面への増設管固定装置の連結プレートは長方形のプレートであり、マンホールより挿入可能な大きさを有する。該プレートは図2に示すような断面構造を有し、その中央部分が平板状の平面部を有し、その両側面部がへの字型に突起し、両側面の先端部が既設管路内面に接触するような構造を有する。該プレートの平面部2の中央両側面先端部分には増設管固定装置11の固定手段の両先端部を取付ける連結手段構造部位3を有する。該連結手段構造部位3の構造は図3に示すようにcの位置で増設管固定装置の固定手段が取り付け固定され、dの位置で該固定手段が開放される構造を備えている。
又連結プレートにはその一端に連結プレート結合手4を備え、その他の端部に結合手挿入孔7及び結合手先端部嵌合孔8を有する。
結合手4は図4に示すような断面構造を有し、該結合手4の先端部には他の連結プレートの結合手先端部嵌合孔8に挿入されて結合する鉤部5を有し、その中間部には連結プレートの結合手挿入孔7に挿入嵌合するための結合手固定手段6を有し、結合手4と別の連結プレートを結合した場合の補助結合手段として割ピンを差し込んでおく孔9、9’が設けてある。この結合手4は他の連結プレートと連結結合させ、多数枚の連結した連結プレートとする。図5で示すように連結プレートは、所定の位置に増設管固定装置11を設置し、これを管路内の要所に搬送設定する治具となるものである。
前記の通り、図5に示す通り、本発明の連結プレート1はその所定の位置に増設管固定装置11が取り付けられ、これを多数連結して既設管路内面に1以上の増設管を増設するものである。増設管固定装置11はその固定手段14を介して連結プレートの中央側面部に設けられている該固定装置の連結手段構造部位3に取り付けられる。増設管固定装置11は、図6に示すように、1つ以上の増設管挿入用孔15が設けられた増設管保持手段12を有し、該増設管保持手段12の下部に固定板13と固定手段14が設けられている。固定板13は保持手段12の両端部よりも大きくはみ出しており、このはみ出した部位は該既設管路内面円周の径と同一の径を有し、該円周の約1/5〜1/3の長さに亘る金属の薄板からなるものである。固定手段14は該増設管保持手段12と該固定板13の間にあって、該増設管保持手段にその一部が埋設され、該固定板13よりも長く、増設管保持手段12に近い部位は管路内面の円周の径と同一であるが、その両側の先端部に行くにしたがって管路内面の円周の径よりも大きく広がった径に設計された板状体又は線状体からなるものである。一方、連結プレートには該連結プレートの中央両側面部の凹部d及び該凹部dと側面部の一部とにより形成された間隙部cとからなる連結手段構造部位3を有し、該連結手段構造部位3の間隙部cに増設管固定装置11の固定手段14の先端を嵌合し、連結プレート1に増設管固定装置11を取付ける。増設管固定装置11の増設管挿入孔15に増設管18を挿入し、この増設管固定装置を取付けた連結プレートを管路内に導入し、管路内面に増設管固定装置11を配置した後、増設管固定装置の固定手段14の先端部を間隙部cより凹部dに移動させて増設管固定装置11を管路内面に解放固定固着するものである。増設管固定装置11は前記固定手段の両端の径の設計によるその反発力により、管路内面に固定固着され、固定手段14の先端部に固定手段止め具16を設けることにより、更に一層強固に増設管固定装置を管路内面に固定固着させることができる。固定手段14は反発性のある金属又は合金からなるものであり、例えばJISばね規格のある規格番号(JIS G3502)規格名称(SWRS 62A、B−87A、B)の金属を使用することによりその反発力により増設管固定装置11は管路内面に固定されるのである。
又増設管保持手段12は増設管を挿入保持するためのものだけでなく、増設管挿入孔15の中心部に突起物を設け、増設管挿入孔15の両側より増設管を挿入して増設管のジョイントが可能となる突起物である挿入管止め具が設けられ、これにより、増設管の挿入保持と共に、増設管の連結及び固定が容易となるようにされている。
本発明の連結プレート1は金属製又はプラスチック製等であることができ、その大きさはマンホールより挿入して組立て使用するものであるので、マンホールの径の大きさより小さいものが好ましい。連結プレートは図1に示すように長方形の形状のものであるが、その横の長さが、例えば好ましくは750mm、縦の全体の長さは管路内面や増設管固定装置の大きさより適宜選択されるが、例えば140mmである。このとき中央平面部の縦の長さは約70mm、側面の山部aからa’までの長さは約95mmであり、連結プレートの側面の底辺部bから山部a又はb’からa’までの高さは約22.5mmのように構成されている。又側面底辺部b及びb’の4つの隅は丸く形状されている。これにより、該連結プレートを管路内面に円滑に押し出したり、引いたりすることができる。連結プレートの厚みは適宜に採用されるが、金属製のものでは約2mmのものである。連結プレート結合手4の大きさは適宜に選択採用されるが、前記の大きさの連結プレートの場合、その横の全長が141mm、連結プレートとの連結部の長さが30mmである。又縦の長さは約50mmのものであり、結合手固定手段6は結合手4に設けられ、該結合手4に設けられている連結プレートの結合手挿入孔7と同一の大きさの孔の一端に階段状に上段と下段とからなる構造からなるものである。その段差は約4.5mmであり、その上段の下面が結合手の上面と固着固定されており、該固定手段6の上部の大きさは横が約10mm、その下段は孔の下に位置し、その大きさは該孔とは同一の大きさであり、その横が約28mmであり、縦の大きさは約38mmである。又連結プレートの他の端には、結合手段挿入孔7及び結合手先端部の鉤部と嵌合する嵌合孔8が設けられているが、該結合手段挿入孔7の大きさは横が約30mm、縦が約40mmであり、又、結合手先端部の鉤部と嵌合する嵌合孔8の大きさは横が約3.5mm、縦が約52mmに設計されている。又、このプレートで使用する増設管の長さは1500mmであり、そのプレートの縦の長さが750mmでありその中央部に増設管固定装置の固定手段の取り付け位置cが設定されている。尚、この寸法は現況下水道既設管路第1号マンホール直径900mm、管路径φ200mm下水道管路をモデルとした寸法であり、マンホールの大きさ、管路の寸法が変わればそれに応じた寸法に変化させるのは言うまでもない。

本発明の連結プレートを使用して、既設管路内面に増設管を固定設置する工法について説明する。

なお、本発明の連結プレート1はその連結の際、各連結プレート間の連結の間隔を少し開けておくことにより、そのズレにより、取付管等があることにより、湾曲になる場合も本連結プレートを用いて増設管の増設設工を可能とすることができるのである。

【発明の効果】
本発明の連結プレートはマンホールより導入可能のものであり、マンホールより導入した後、これに増設管固定装置を取付け、多数連結して、増設管を既設管路内面に増設するものであり、該増設管固定装置と増設管のバランスを取りながら、該固定装置の中心位置を決め確実に行なうことができるものであり、その際連結プレートと増設管固定装置の取付け及び開放がワンタッチ構造で出来る構造となっていること、連結プレートの下部がそり状であって、滑りやすく、押しやすくまた引きやすいこと、又その中央平面部には調査カメラを自由に移動させることができるため、それにより増設管の設置に当り位置決め等が容易であること等により、極めて容易に、確実且つ安全に増設管を既設管路内面に固着固定できるという優れた効果を奏するものである。
