図2及び図4に示すように、基板2の両端部の形状は台形であり、該台形の側面部は図1及び図2に示すように基板2の中央に向かってせばめられ、中央部の基板2は平板状の形状となっている。該台形の側面部3に滑材、例えば車輪4,4’が配備されている。図5にも示す通り、基板2はその長手方向の中心線の断面構造は直線状であり、側面部3は基板の両端部にのみ有る。基板2の前方先端部には保持固定用具挿入機を1以上接合するための結合手6を、後方端部には結合手と嵌合する結合手挿入孔7が設けられ、これにより保持固定用具挿入機を順次連結して管路内面に挿入し、設置物である光ファイバーケーブル、燃料用輸送パイプ、電力線や光ファイバーケーブル用、燃料輸送用、ガス用、通信ケーブル用の管等を設置する或いは、それらを設置するための空間を形成するものである。そして図5に示すように基板2の後方先端部に結合手6を支えるための結合手受8が設けられ、結合手6はこの結合手受8と基板2の間に挿入され、この結合手受8により保持固定用具挿入機1同志の接続連結を安定した堅固なものとすることができる。結合手6は図6に示すように基板2の下方にはり合わされている構造となっている。これによって保持固定用具挿入機の接続連結が安定した強固なものとなるのである。
図8で示すように保持固定用具挿入機1は、その後方側面端部にある装着孔9に管路内面設置物保持固定装置11を設置し、これを管路内の所定の位置に搬送設定する治具となるものである。
即ち、本発明の保持固定用具挿入機1はその所定の位置に設置物保持固定装置11を装着し、これを多数連結して管路内に順次挿入し、該管路内面に1以上の設置物を設置する空間を形成或いは設置物を設置するものである。設置物保持固定装置11は保持固定用具挿入機1の後方部の側面部3の両側面の装着孔9に取り付けられる。設置物保持固定装置11は、本発明者が特許公開2003−304616号で提案した、例えば図7に示すようなものが用いられる。該設置物保持固定装置11は、設置物支持手段12を有し、該設置物支持手段12の下部に固定板13と固定手段14が設けられている。固定板13は設置物支持手段12と固定定手段14とを固定するものであり、金属の薄板からなるものである。固定手段14は該設置物支持手段12に固定板13で結合され、固定板よりも長く、設置物支持手段に近い部位は管路内面の円周の径と同一であるが、その両側の先端部に行くにしたがって管路内面の円周の径よりも大きく広がった径に設計された板状又は線状のものからなるものであり、固定手段14の先端部に固定補助手段16が設けられる。この固定手段14の先端部を保持固定用具挿入機1の設置物保持固定装置の装着孔9に嵌合し固定するものである。
又設置物支持手段12には設置物である光ファイバーケーブル、燃料輸送パイプ、電力線、通信ケーブル及びそれら用の管等を保持するための保持プレート17が載置される。この保持プレート17は図9に示すように、設置物保持固定装置の設置物支持手段12上に載置されるため、その断面形状は該設置物支持手段12と同一の形状のものであって、設置物が設置できる1又はそれ以上のスペースを有する構造のものである。
