Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is used to indicate position marking information such as the position of land and road or land boundaries and survey points, and information on buried objects such as cables, water pipes, gas pipes and sewer pipes buried in the ground. It relates to a sign.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A normal sign has a sign indicating various information on the upper surface of the sign main body. When this sign is installed on a road where a vehicle or a person passes, if the sign protrudes from the ground, it may hinder the vehicle or person from passing, and the sign may be kicked and damaged. Therefore, it is preferable to provide the indicator so as not to protrude from the ground.
[0003]
For this reason, conventionally, the indicator is attached to the ground by the following method.
First, using a core drill having a cylindrical cutter and a center drill, as shown in FIG. 4A, a hole G1 by the center drill and an annular groove G2 by the cylindrical cutter are formed. Thereafter, a part G0 of the ground surrounded by the groove G2 is scraped off with a chisel and a hammer. Next, as shown in FIG. 5B, the indicator main body 1 is installed in a space S0 in which a part of the ground is cut off, and this is fixed to the ground G with anchor bolts 51. The anchor bolt 51 includes a bolt portion 52, an outer cylinder 53 having a plurality of slits in the vertical direction, and a nut portion 54. Then, the anchor bolt 51 is inserted into the insertion hole 15 formed in the main body 1, and the nut portion 54 is inserted downward to the middle of the hole G 1, and then the bolt portion 52 is pulled up so that the nut portion 54 is placed inside the outer cylinder 53. To bite into the relative rotation impossible. Next, the bolt part 52 is screwed in, and the nut part 54 is further digged into the outer cylinder 53, thereby opening the slit of the outer cylinder 53 and further expanding its bottom part to dig into the peripheral surface of the hole G1. Is fixed to the ground G.
[0004]
However, in the above method, since it is necessary to perform a lifting operation using a chisel and a hammer to attach the indicator to the ground, workability is poor.
[0005]
Therefore, the present inventor has previously proposed a marking device that has good workability and high rigidity, and can perform position confirmation and information confirmation in a non-contact manner using a magnetic detector (Japanese Patent Application No. 9-237085). As shown in FIG. 5, this indicator has a cylindrical shape having an upper wall 2 exposed on the ground surface on which a window 23 is formed, and a peripheral wall 3 extending downward from the periphery of the window 23 and embedded in the ground G. A main body 1 is provided, and a marking body 40 including a magnetic identification body 41 and a cap 42 is provided above the body 1. The magnetic discriminator 41 is made of a resonance substance and a magnetic material, and generates an electromagnetic wave having a specific frequency (resonance frequency) using a magnetic resonance phenomenon when a magnetic field is applied from a magnetic detector. The cap 42 is made of a nonmagnetic material. And when installing the said indicator in the ground G, the cyclic | annular groove | channel G2 is formed using a cylindrical core drill, and the surrounding wall 3 is embedded in this groove | channel G2. In addition, on the upper surface 45 of the magnetic identification body 41, marking information such as characters and symbols is printed. In the figure, G11 is a positioning hole of the core drill.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the above indicator, the conventional hanging work becomes unnecessary, so that the workability is improved, and the main body 1 has the upper wall 2 and the peripheral wall 3, and therefore has high rigidity. In addition, when performing position confirmation or information confirmation with the magnetic detector, the magnetic detector approaches the magnetic identifier 41, and when an electromagnetic wave emitted from the magnetic detector becomes large, this is identified with the magnetic detector. Even if it is buried with fallen leaves, snow, soil, asphalt, etc., the position can be confirmed accurately and reliably. However, when the main body 1 is installed on the ground G, the upper wall 2 portion slightly protrudes from the ground surface, so that it is not possible to reliably prevent the indicator from being damaged. In addition, the overall structure of the sign is complicated.
[0007]
Therefore, the present invention is simple in structure and can improve the workability at the time of ground setting, while preventing the passage of vehicles and people or causing the indicator to be damaged, and the position confirmation and information confirmation are contactless. The purpose is to provide a sign and its installation method.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the sign and the installation method thereof according to the present invention include a magnetic identification body in which at least position indication information among position indication information and buried object information is stored in an insertion hole formed in the ground, A filler made of an adhesive material having magnetic permeability is inserted, and a marking plate having magnetic permeability and having an upper surface substantially flush with the ground is bonded to the upper portion of the filler.
[0009]
According to this configuration, after forming the insertion hole in the ground, the magnetic discriminator and the filler are inserted into this, and the marking plate is adhered to the upper part thereof, so that the marking device is installed substantially flush with the ground. The In this way, the marking device does not hinder the passage of vehicles or people, and the marking device is not kicked and damaged. Moreover, since the marking device is formed of a simple member such as a magnetic identification body, a filler, and a marking plate, the overall structure is simplified and workability when installed on the ground is improved. In addition, the position information and the embedded object information can be confirmed accurately and reliably by reading the electromagnetic wave emitted from the magnetic identifier of the marking device.
[0010]
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sign plate is made of ceramics or resin. According to this, when installing a sign on a sidewalk or the like on which tiles are stuck, a sense of incongruity is not given to passers-by. In other words, since tiles are usually made of ceramics, the use of a signboard made of the same ceramic material or a resin that gives a similar material feel eliminates the unnaturalness and makes the passerby feel uncomfortable. Don't give. Moreover, since ceramics and resin transmit magnetism, the position information and the embedded object information stored in the magnetic discriminator can be confirmed reliably and accurately by the magnetic detector.
[0011]
In another preferred embodiment, the above indicator is installed on the ground in the vicinity of the manhole, and information on the buried object related to the manhole is stored in the magnetic identifier. According to this, water pipes, gas pipes, sewer pipes, etc. are buried under the manhole, so that the information on these buried objects is stored in the magnetic identifier to repair and check the buried objects. This is useful when performing
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the embodiment of FIG. 1, an indicator M is installed near the lid C of the manhole H on the sidewalk W on which the tile T is pasted. As shown in FIG. 2, the marking device M includes a magnetic identification body 11, a filler 12 made of an adhesive material having magnetic permeability, and a circular marking plate 13 bonded to the upper portion thereof.
[0013]
The magnetic discriminator 11 is a known one that stores information by being magnetized from the outside and can change the stored contents as appropriate, and is also described in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-306044. Position indication information obtained by combining one or more of information such as distance and direction from a reference point, longitude and latitude, altitude, and the like, on the magnetic identification body 11 using the information reading / writing device 15; One or a combination of two or more information related to the manhole H, such as the type of buried objects such as water pipes, gas pipes and sewer pipes, the date and time of burying, the name of the burying company, and the history of maintenance / repair The buried object information is stored. Further, the information reading / writing device 15 reads the stored information from the magnetic identifier 11.
[0014]
As the filler 12, cement, a two-component adhesive, or the like is preferably used. Furthermore, the sign board 13 is made of ceramics or resin having magnetic permeability so that when the sign M is installed on the sidewalk W on which the tile T is stuck, the unnaturalness is eliminated and the passerby does not feel strange. Is done. In addition, on the upper surface of the sign board 13, sign information 14 such as symbols, characters, symbols and the like indicating that this is a sign device is attached.
[0015]
When installing the indicator M, first, a circular insertion hole 10 is formed in the ground G from above the tile T by using a core drill 20 as shown in FIG. The core drill 20 includes a cylindrical body 22 having a blade portion 21 at the tip. Next, the filler 12 is poured into the insertion hole 10 to an intermediate height, the magnetic identification body 11 is placed thereon, and the filler 12 is poured near the top of the insertion hole 10. Thereafter, the marking plate 13 is placed on the filler 12 so that the upper surface thereof is substantially flush with the upper surface of the tile T, and is joined and integrated.
[0016]
When the buried object information stored in the magnetic identification body 11 is confirmed by the magnetic detector, when the magnetic detector approaches the magnetic identification body 41 and the electromagnetic wave emitted from the magnetic identification body 41 becomes large, this is identified by the magnetic detector. By doing so, even if the sign M is buried with fallen leaves, snow, soil, asphalt, etc., the information on the buried object can be confirmed accurately and reliably without contact.
[0017]
In the above embodiment, both the position marking information and the buried object information are stored in the magnetic identification body 11, but only the position marking information may be stored, whereby the manhole H can be used as a substitute for the survey pile. it can. In addition to installing in the vicinity of the manhole H in an urban area, the indicator of the present invention is installed in, for example, a suburb or a mountainous area to indicate the position of a land or road, a boundary of a land, a survey point, or the like. Is also applicable. In that case, the magnetic identification body 11 includes one or two pieces of information such as land division number, that is, land register number, name of the land owner, distance and direction from the reference point, longitude and latitude, and altitude. The combination position indication information is stored as described above. Furthermore, in the said embodiment, although the whole indicator M was made into circular shape, the sign board 13 is good also as a square. Even in that case, it is preferable that the insertion hole 12 has a circular shape that can be easily processed.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the structure is simple and the workability at the time of ground installation can be improved, while preventing the passage of vehicles and people or causing the indicator to be damaged, In addition, position confirmation and information confirmation can be performed without contact.
