Description
図1〜5は、本発明に関する参考例の1例を示している。本参考例の発熱セメント板である、融雪機能付歩道板1は、全体を板状に形成した発熱セメント体である、発熱コンクリート体2を、別のコンクリート3と一体に結合する事により、全体を板状に形成している。このうちの発熱コンクリート体2は、図1〜2に詳示する様に、固化前(フレッシュ時)のコンクリートにそれぞれが粒状又は粉状であるグラファイト等の炭素系材料を、5〜10重量%の所定割合で含有させたものを、高圧プレス機により例えば980kN(=100tf)程度の大きさの高圧プレスで加圧脱水して板状に成形している。上記発熱コンクリート体2の板厚t1 は、例えば7mm程度とする。又、この発熱コンクリート体2を造る際に、上記炭素系材料と固化前のコンクリートとはオムニミキサーにより均一に加水混練する。
次に、図6〜14は、本発明の実施の形態の1例を示している。本例の発熱セメント板である、融雪機能付歩道板1aは、図6〜7に示す様に、全体を板状に形成した発熱セメント体である、発熱モルタル体22を、別のコンクリート3と一体に結合する事により、全体を板状に形成している。このうちの発熱モルタル体22は、固化前(フレッシュ時)のモルタルに、それぞれが粒状又は粉状の炭素系材料であるグラファイトを、2重量%以下、例えば1.3〜1.8重量%の所定割合で含有させたものを、高圧プレス機により、980kN(=100tf)以上の加圧力の高圧プレスにより加圧脱水して板状に成形している。又、好ましくは、この加圧力を、1470kN(=150tf)以上とし、更に好ましくは、4900kN(=500tf)以上とする。又、上記発熱モルタル体22の外面で、後述する電力供給用電線10の導出部を除く総ての部分を、エポキシ樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂等の絶縁用樹脂から成る絶縁体11により覆っている。又、上記発熱モルタル体22の幅方向{図6(a)(b)、図7の上下方向、図6(c)の表裏方向}両端部で厚さ方向中間部に、1対の電極5を、互いに平行に埋設している。

Claims (2)
- 型枠の内側の両端寄り部分に1対の電極を互いに並行に配置すると共に、固化前のコンクリート又はモルタルに粒状又は粉状の炭素系材料を所定の割合で含有させ、加水混練したものを上記型枠内に流し込み、この流し込んだものを高圧プレスにより加圧脱水して、上記炭素系材料を分散させると共に、所定の形状に発熱セメント体を造り、この発熱セメント体を構成する各電極の両端部に電線を接続した状態で、基台の上面に設けた凹部内にこの発熱セメント体を、この発熱セメント体の下面及び外周面と、この凹部の底面及び内周面との間に隙間を設けると共に、上記基台の上面でこの凹部の開口端周縁部よりも上記発熱セメント体の上面を下方に落ち込ませた状態で配置し、溶融した絶縁用樹脂をこの凹部内に注ぎ込みこの絶縁用樹脂を固化させる事により、外面を絶縁体により覆った発熱セメント体を得る、発熱セメント体の製造方法。
- 型枠の内側の両端寄り部分に1対の電極を互いに並行に配置すると共に、固化前のコンクリート又はモルタルに粒状又は粉状の炭素系材料を所定の割合で含有させ、加水混練したものを上記型枠内に流し込み、この流し込んだものを高圧プレスにより加圧脱水して、上記炭素系材料を分散させると共に、所定の形状に発熱セメント体を造り、この発熱セメント体を構成する各電極の両端部に電線を接続した状態で、コンクリート又はモルタル製の板状部材の上面に設けた凹部内にこの発熱セメント体を、この発熱セメント体の下面及び外周面と、この凹部の底面及び内周面との間に隙間を設けると共に、上記板状部材の上面でこの凹部の開口端周縁部よりも上記発熱セメント体の上面を下方に落ち込ませた状態で配置し、溶融した絶縁用樹脂をこの凹部内に注ぎ込みこの絶縁用樹脂を固化させた後、上記凹部の内側で上記発熱セメント体の上側に固化前のコンクリート又はモルタルを流し込み、このコンクリート又はモルタルを上記板状部材及び発熱セメント体と一体に固化させる事により造る発熱セメント板の製造方法。
