Claims (5)
- 陽極ボディと、
前記陽極ボディの内側面に、前記陽極ボディの軸心側に放射状に連結され、それぞれ前記陽極ボディの内側面と接触する外側端部に少なくとも一つの切取部を有する複数のベーンとを含んでなり、
前記ベーンに設けられた切取部は、前記ベーンの外側端部に均一な電界が形成されるようにし、
前記各ベーンは前記ベーンの上部又は下部に選択的に設けられるアンテナ連結部を含み、前記切取部は、前記アンテナ連結部が形成される位置に追従するよう、前記ベーンの外側端部の上側又は下側に選択的に形成されることを特徴とするマグネトロン。 - 前記切取部は半円状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記ベーンに設けられた切取部は、二つの隣接ベーンとその間に位置する陽極ボディを介して移動する電荷の移動速度が前記二つのベーンの外側端部で均一になるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマグネトロン。
- 前記切取部は、高周波が発生する間、前記ベーンの外側端部のなかで、最大電界が発生する部分に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマグネトロン。
- 陽極ボディと、
前記陽極ボディの内側面に、前記陽極ボディの軸心側に放射状に連結され、それぞれ前記陽極ボディの内側面と接触する外側端部に少なくとも一つの切取部を有する複数のベーンと、
前記陽極ボディの軸心に設けられる陰極部と、
前記複数のベーンの一つに連結されるアンテナと、
前記陽極ボディの内部に磁界を形成させる磁性材とを含んでなり、
前記ベーンに設けられた切取部は、前記ベーンの外側端部に均一な電界が形成されるようにし、
前記各ベーンは前記ベーンの上部又は下部に選択的に設けられるアンテナ連結部を含み、前記切取部は、前記アンテナ連結部が形成される位置に追従するよう、前記ベーンの外側端部の上側又は下側に選択的に形成されることを特徴とするマグネトロン。
