Description

【0001】

A plurality of engagements of leg rods (22) on the inner surface of a pair of substantially semi-cylindrical sleeve split pieces (36a) (36a) that form a vertically oriented sleeve (36) with (35) Two upper and lower protrusions (37) and (37) that can selectively engage with the hole (23) are provided, and the protrusions (37) and (37) serve as desired engagement holes (23) and (23). ) So that both sleeve split pieces (36a) and (36a) are sandwiched from both sides, and both sleeve split pieces (36a) and (36a) are A sleeve (36) formed by merging is externally fitted to the cylinder (38), and a reduced diameter step (38a) provided at the lower part of the cylinder (38) is drilled in the support plate (13). Stand on the support plate (13) by fitting it into the desired one of the multiple fitting holes (16) in the rows on both sides It is supported by the state.
[0032]
The diameter-enlarging flange (35) of the sleeve (36) is folded downward on its outer peripheral portion to form an upward annular groove (39) on the inner side of the lower surface, and a cylindrical body (39) 38) By fitting the upward annular protrusion (40) provided at the upper end of the sleeve 38, it is possible to prevent misalignment and rattling of the sleeve divided pieces (36a) (36a). .
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the circumferential width of the cylinder (38) is set to the fitting hole (on the left and right sides of the outer peripheral surface of the reduced diameter step portion (38a) in the cylinder (38). A horizontal plate-like protrusion (41) that is smaller than the width of the recessed portion (16a) of 16) is formed. On both sides of the upper surface of the protrusion (41), gently downward inclined surfaces (41a) (41a) are formed.
[0034]
The portion facing the protrusion (41) on the lower surface of the enlarged diameter flange portion (38b) above the diameter-reduced step portion (38a) in the cylindrical body (38) has a substantially complementary shape to the upper surface of the protrusion (41). A recess (42) is formed.
The distance between the lower surface of the enlarged diameter flange (38b) and the upper surface of the protrusion (41) in the cylindrical body (38) should be approximately the same as or slightly smaller than the thickness of the support plate (13). Is preferred.
[0035]
Therefore, both the projecting portions (41) (41) are inserted through the recessed portions (16a) (16a) so that the reduced diameter step portion (38a) of the cylindrical body (38) is connected to the expanded diameter flange portion (38b). Fit into the fitting hole (16) until the lower end abuts the upper surface of the support plate (13), and then remove the cylindrical body (38) until each projection (41) comes off the recessed portion (16a). Preferably, the support plate (13) is placed in the gap between the lower surface of the enlarged diameter flange (38b) and the upper surface of the protrusion (41) in the cylindrical body (38) by rotating about 90 ° around the central axis. The cylindrical body (38) is prevented from coming off the receiving plate (13) by being sandwiched between the eyes. At this time, the entire cylindrical body (38) or at least each protrusion (41) should be formed of an elastically deformable synthetic resin material so that each protrusion (41) can be slightly elastically bent. Good.
[0036]
Further, the leg rod (22) is fitted with the upper and lower two projecting portions (37) and (37) of the sleeve split pieces (36a) and (36a) in any of the engagement holes (23), and the sleeve splits. The annular protrusion of the cylindrical body (38) in which the diameter-enlarging flange (35) of the sleeve (36) formed by the pieces (36a) (36a) is firmly supported by the support plate (13) and is prevented from coming off. By being engaged with (40), the support plate (13) is firmly supported.
[0037]

[0044]
Similarly to the support of the table (1) and the like, the partition panel (6) uses the sleeve division pieces (36a) (36a) and the cylindrical body (38), and the leg rod (22) is supported by the support plate (13 ) And the lower part of the leg rod (22) is fitted into the support hole (44) of the support block (43) mounted at the optimum position of the beam rod (14). As a result, the leg rod (22) is firmly supported by the support unit (A), and the other leg rod (31) is brought into contact with the floor to disperse the load between the support unit (A) and the floor. Thus, it is firmly supported by the support unit (A).
[0045]
Since the leg rod (22) is rotatable about its central axis with respect to the support plate (13) and the support block (43), the partition panel (6) is centered on the leg rod (22). The orientation in plan view can be freely changed.
[0046]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the front of each leg rod (22) in the pair of front and rear partition panels (6) and (6) is inserted into the fitting hole (16) in the front row of the support plate (13). Similarly, a pair of front and rear partition panels (6), (6) are mounted at the same longitudinal position in the support unit (A) by fitting the rear ones to the rear row fitting holes (16). The support unit (A) can be extended in both the front and rear directions.
[0047]
Further, the partition panel (5) is supported in the longitudinal direction of the support unit (A) as will be described later by using the fitting holes (16) in the center row of the support plate (13). As a result, a large number of partition panels (5) and (6) are firmly supported at substantially the same portion of the support unit (A) so as to intersect in an L shape, a T shape, a cross shape, or the like in plan view. be able to.
[0048]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the leg rods (22) on both sides of the partition panel (5) are formed by using the same sleeve divided pieces (36a) (36a) and cylindrical bodies (38) as described above. The support plate (13) is fitted into an arbitrary fitting hole (16) in the center row, and the lower end portion is detachably attached to the upper surface of the beam rod (14) and slidable in the longitudinal direction. The support block (51) is fitted into a support hole (52) and is firmly supported by the support unit (A) at two locations, upper and lower.
[0049]
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the support block (51) is provided with a circular flange (54) at the lower end of a cylindrical body (53) whose inner surface is a support hole (52), and the flange (54) It is assumed that an engagement plate (56) having a substantially oval bottom shape is continuously provided through a circular neck (55) at the center of the lower surface thereof.
A plurality of reinforcing ribs (57) are provided between the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body (53) and the upper surface of the flange portion (54).
[0050]
The diameter of the neck (55) and the width in the minor axis direction of the engagement plate (56) are smaller than the width of the opening (17a) of the engagement groove (17) formed on the upper surface of the beam rod (14). The length of the engagement plate (56) in the major axis direction is larger than the width of the opening (17a) of the engagement groove (17), preferably the width of the lower part (17b) of the engagement groove (17). It should be almost equal.
[0051]
Therefore, in the support block (51), the longitudinal direction of the engagement plate (56) is the beam rod (14) at a position almost directly below the fitting hole (16) in the center row where the leg rod (22) is to be fitted. ), The engagement plate (56) is fitted from the opening (17a) to the lower part (17b) of the engagement groove (17), and then around the central axis of the cylinder (53). By rotating approximately 90 ° and engaging both end portions of the engagement plate (56) with both side portions of the lower portion (17b) of the engagement groove (17), it can be easily mounted on the beam rod (14). .
In addition, the support block (51) is left as it is or slightly rotated in the direction opposite to that described above, and is slid in the longitudinal direction of the beam rod (14), so that the support hole (52) is fitted in a desired manner. The position can be easily adjusted so that it is located directly below the joint hole (16).
[0052]
As for the partition panel (5), the leg rods (22) and (22) on both sides thereof are supported by the support unit (A) at the two upper and lower positions as described above so that the partition panel (5) does not particularly tilt in the front-rear direction. Strongly supported.
[0053]
The shelf (7) has an optional fitting hole (16) in any of the front and rear rows and the center until the enlarged diameter collar portion (32) abuts the receiving plate (13). And, if necessary, fit the lower end of the leg rod (22) into the support hole (44) of the support block (43) or the support hole (52) of the support block (51). Thus, the support unit (A) can be easily and firmly supported.
[0054]
The shelf (8) is supported so that the horizontal rod (33) contacts the side beam (12) of the support unit (A), and the leg rod (22) is supported in the same manner as in the shelf (7). By fitting and supporting the optional fitting hole (16) of the unit (A) and bringing the foot rod (34) into contact with the floor, most of the load is supported by the foot rod (34) and the side beam (12). Further, it can be connected to the support unit (A) by the leg rod (22) so as not to move.
[0055]
Of the partition panels (5) and (6) and the tables (1) to (4) that do not require height adjustment, instead of providing an engagement hole (23) in each leg rod (22). Further, an enlarged diameter flange portion (32) similar to that provided on the leg rod (22) in the shelf (7) may be provided, and the lower end thereof may be brought into contact with the upper surface of the receiving plate (13).
[0056]
In addition, the workstation components of the present invention are not limited to those described above, and various types of workstations having different shapes, structures, and functions can be incorporated.
[0057]
Further, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be implemented in various modified modes.
For example, the lower gripping piece is formed integrally with the support block, and the upper gripping piece is formed on the support block with the axis facing the left-right direction in the same manner as the lower gripping piece (60) in FIG. It is pivotally attached, and the abutting part of the front part is pushed by the support inserted in the support hole, so that the rear end part enters the engaging groove (18) of the beam cage (14). The lower surface of the rear end portion may be in contact with the bottom surface of the engaging groove (18), and the protrusion (45) of the beam rod (14) may be gripped from above and below with the upper and lower gripping pieces.
[0058]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 11, a laterally T-shape with a large width in the vertical direction from the opening (60a) to the back (60b) is formed on the side surface (front surface) of the beam rod (14) facing in the left-right direction. An engaging groove (60) is provided, and a downward hook-shaped lower locking piece (62) provided integrally with the support block (61) is locked to the lower edge of the opening (60a). An upward hook-shaped locking part provided at the rear part of the upper locking piece (64) having an intermediate part pivotally attached to the support block (61) with a shaft (63) pointing in the left-right direction at the upper edge of the part (60a) (65) is engaged, and the engagement shown by the solid line in FIG. 11 is shown in which the locking portion (65) is engaged with the upper edge of the opening (60a) at the front portion of the upper locking piece (63). When in position, it aligns with the support hole (66) of the support block (61) and contacts the outer peripheral surface of the leg rod (support) (22) fitted in the support hole (66). As shown by an imaginary line in FIG. 11, when the locking portion (65) is located at the disengaged position where it is detached from the upper edge of the opening (60a). Is inserted into the support hole (66) of the support block (61) (assuming that the leg rod (22) is not inserted into the support hole (66) at this time), the support hole (66) Even if the abutment (67) is provided so that the leg rod (22) is inserted from above into the inside and pushed by the lower end of the leg rod (22) to be positioned at the engagement position, The same effects as in the above embodiment can be obtained.
[0059]
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 11, when the support hole (66) of the support block (61) is a bottomed hole, the support block (61) can receive the full load of the leg rod (22) fitted therein. it can.
[0060]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the gripping piece integrated with the support block is in contact with the support hole of the support block in a state where the grip piece is in contact with either the upper or lower surface of the protrusion provided on the side surface of the beam rod. Is inserted, the other gripping piece is pushed to the gripping position by the tip of the support rod at that time, and the ridge of the beam rod is gripped by both gripping pieces and the support rod is firmly supported by the beam rod. This is safe because the support piece inserted into the support hole prevents the other gripping piece from moving from the gripping position to the release position.
That is, the support can be easily, quickly and reliably attached to the beam without performing complicated assembly work such as screwing.
[0061]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the support block can be temporarily held on the beam rod by engaging the upper gripping piece with the upper surface of the ridge of the beam rod.
[0062]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, when the ridge is gripped by both gripping pieces, both gripping pieces are not detached from the ridge, which is safe.
[0063]
According to the invention of claim 4, the support block can be temporarily held on the beam rod by locking the upper gripping piece on the upper surface of the ridge of the beam rod. The support can be easily inserted into the support hole, making assembly work easier.
[0064]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, when the support rod is inserted into the support hole, the contact portion of the movable gripping piece can be smoothly pushed by the tip of the support rod.
[0065]
According to invention of Claim 6, various things, such as a table top plate, a partition panel, and a shelf, can be supported by a support.
[0066]
According to the seventh aspect of the invention, the same operation and effect as the first aspect of the invention can be achieved.
