Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a self-supporting bag-like container for filling a liquid beverage such as a sports drink or juice, and particularly relates to a manufacturing method suitable for manufacturing by automation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A pair of flat surface portions constituting the front and rear surfaces of the bag-like container, a pair of side wall portions folded and bonded inside between the flat surface portions, and one end of the flat surface portion and the side wall portions so as to cover The bag-like container provided with the bonded bottom portion forming sheet can have a larger volume than the bag-like container provided with no side wall portion by providing the side wall portion. The square shape is square, and the gap between the containers can be reduced when the bag-like containers are boxed.
[0003]
A bag-like container having a side wall as described above and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-221451. When the bag-like container is filled with the contents, the bottom heat seal part and the bottom part are disclosed. The formed sheet is horizontal and has excellent self-supporting stability.
[0004]
The above-mentioned bag-like container is excellent in self-supporting stability, but when the bag-like container is lifted by hand, the bottom is a horizontal surface, so the weight of the contents is reduced to the bottom-forming sheet and the horizontal bottom heat-sealing part. Therefore, the bottom portion forming sheet is easily bent downward, and there is a problem in the shape retention of the bottom portion. This is an obstacle to manufacturing the bag-like container with a thin material.
In addition, the manufacturing method takes time since it requires a step of making a cut in the sealed portion between the bonded flat portion and the side wall, and a step of folding the cut-out side wall portion outward.
[0005]
Therefore, the present applicant has applied for a patent (Japanese Patent Application No. 11-250585) regarding the invention of a bag-shaped container having good shape retention and self-supporting stability and a method for manufacturing the same even if the bag-shaped container is manufactured with a thin material. .
According to the present invention, a pair of side wall portions folded vertically in a pair are sandwiched between a pair of plane portions so that their folds face each other, and the plane portion, the side wall portions, and the four side edge portions are bonded to each other to form a hexahedron. The bottom forming sheet formed by folding one sheet so that the lower edge is a hexahedron and the front surface is a mountain shape is inserted inside one opening of this hexahedron, and the lower edge of this sheet is A bonded portion extending in the container axial direction is formed at the bottom of the container by bonding.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The invention of the prior application can produce a bag-shaped container with good shape retention and self-supporting stability even if the bag-shaped container is manufactured with a thin material. However, when the manufacturing process is automated, the following problems are encountered. It turned out to be.
In the manufacturing method of the invention of the prior application, when the bottom forming sheet folded into a mountain shape is inserted into the hexahedron in which the flat portion and the side wall portion are bonded, the flat portion and the side wall portion forming the hexahedron are made of a thin material. Since it is formed, it may bend and the bottom forming sheet may not be inserted well. This is a major obstacle to automating the manufacturing process. The present invention was obtained as a result of diligent research on the solution of the above-described problems, and a bag-like container having good shape retention and self-supporting stability is easily manufactured by using an automated process using a thin material. It is an object of the present invention to provide a manufacturing method that can be used.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a pair of flat portions constituting a front surface and a rear surface of a bag-shaped container, a pair of side wall portions that are folded inwardly between the flat portions, and one end of the flat portion and the side wall portions. In the method for manufacturing a bag-like container in which the bottom wall portion to be covered is formed of a multilayer laminate sheet, the integrated belt-like multilayer laminate sheet that constitutes the pair of plane portions and the bottom wall portion located in the middle of the plane portions. A pair of folding folds transversely dividing the pair of plane portions and the bottom wall portion at a portion constituting the bottom wall portion, and a bottom wall portion partitioned by the pair of fold folds in the horizontal direction A crease that divides the crease, and a crease that connects a point on the crease and each side edge of a pair of crease that crosses the plane and the bottom wall in the lateral direction. And the outer surface side of the bottom wall along a fold that bisects the bottom wall in the lateral direction. While two-fold by the twofold, along habit fold line connecting the respective side edges of the pair of folding habit of defining a point and a bottom wall portion on the habit fold bisects the bottom wall portion, a bottom wall A step of folding the inner side of the both side edges of the portion with the palm, a step of folding the pair of flat portions along the folding folds so as to cover the folded bottom wall portion, A step of sandwiching the side wall portion from both sides with the folded portion of the folded flat portion and the bottom wall portion facing each other, and the folded side edges of the respective side wall portions, the respective flat portions and the bottom wall portion; A method for manufacturing a bag-like container comprising a step of thermally bonding and forming a thermal bonding portion extending in the same direction as a flat portion on a side edge. Further, after the bottom wall portion is folded, a step of sandwiching each side wall portion with a palm portion of the bottom wall portion from both sides may be performed first, and then the planar portion may be folded.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a bag-like container made by the manufacturing method of the present invention, and shows a state in which the contents are filled and sealed.
In FIG. 1, the bag-like container 1 is composed of a pair of opposed flat portions 2, a side wall portion 3 that is located between the two flat portions 2 and bonded to each other, and a bottom wall portion that covers one end thereof. The flat surface portion 2 and the side wall portion 3 are thermally bonded by the bonding portion 5, and the bottom wall portion is thermally bonded by the bonding portions 6 and 7.
[0009]
A multilayer laminate sheet is used as a sheet constituting the bag-like container 1, and an example thereof is shown below. In order from the outer layer, a biaxially stretched polyester film having a thickness of 15 μm and a melting point of about 245 ° C., a silica-deposited polyester film having a thickness of 12 μm, a stretched nylon film having a thickness of 15 μm, and an innermost layer having a thickness of 80 μm and a melting point A polyethylene film having a bonding temperature of about 125 ° C. lower than 140 ° C. was laminated to obtain a multilayer laminate sheet.
In order to improve gas barrier properties, an aluminum foil having a thickness of 10 μm may be used instead of the silica-deposited polyester film having a thickness of 12 μm in the center layer.
[0010]
As described above, the innermost layer of the multilayer laminate sheet constituting the bag-like container 1 uses a synthetic resin having a melting point lower than that of the outermost synthetic resin and lower than the heat seal temperature. When this is done, the surfaces of the innermost layers facing each other are thermally bonded, and the thermally bonded portions 5, 6, 7 can be formed at the edge of the bag-like container 1 at a time.
[0011]
2 to 8 show a manufacturing process of the bag-like container shown in FIG.
FIG. 2 is a front view of a strip-shaped multilayer laminate sheet 11 in which the bottom wall portion 4 is integrally formed at the center of the flat portions 2 and 2 ′, and shows a state where the front side is the outermost layer.
First, the belt-like sheet 11 is passed through a press, and a crease for attaching the bottom wall portion 4 to a double chevron is provided at a position corresponding to the bottom wall portion 4.
This crease is formed on a valley fold line 12, 12 ′ indicated by a one-dot chain line that divides the bottom wall portion 4 and the flat surface portion 2, 2 ′, and a parallel line that bisects the valley fold line 12, 12 ′. In the center portion, a mountain fold line 13 indicated by a double chain line is formed, and on the line connecting both ends of the mountain fold line 13 and both ends of the valley fold lines 12, 12 ′, mountain fold lines 16, 16 ′ are formed, Further, on the extended line from both ends of the mountain fold line 13, valley fold lines 17 and 17 ′ reaching the side edges of the belt-like sheet 11 are formed.
[0012]
By the mountain fold lines 13, 16, 16 ′ and the valley fold lines 12, 12 ′, 17, 17 ′, the bottom wall portion 4 of the belt-like sheet 11 has trapezoidal portions 10, 10 ′ and right-angled isosceles on both sides thereof. Triangular portions 14, 14 ', 15, and 15' are formed symmetrically with the mountain fold line 13 and the valley fold lines 17 and 17 'on the extension line, respectively.
The trapezoidal portions 10 and 10 ′ are shaped like Mt. Fuji by expanding the interval between the mountain fold line 13 and the valley fold lines 12 and 12 ′, or the shape of the mountain fold line 13 is reduced to be closer to an isosceles triangle. Also good.
[0013]
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing how the bottom wall portion 4 is folded.
From the outer surface side of the belt-like sheet 11 (the side that becomes the outer surface of the bag-like container), the mountain is directed toward the direction A perpendicular to the belt-like sheet 11 with a thin push plate 8 having a width slightly narrower than the length of the mountain fold line 13. The fold line 13 is pushed in, and the bottom fold lines 17 and 17 'are gradually sandwiched from both ends of the belt-like sheet 11 with the thin sandwich plates 9 and 9' to fold the bottom wall 4. When the push plate 8 is pushed in and the sandwich plate 9 is sandwiched, the mountain fold lines 16 and 16 ′ are folded inward, and when both ends of the push plate 8 are brought into contact with the leading end portions of the sandwich plate 9 through the sheet, the folding is performed. Complete.
The sandwiching plates 9 and 9 ′ may be moved horizontally toward the push plate 8 from both end edges of the belt-like sheet 11, but as shown in the direction B in FIG. 3, the sandwiching plates 9 and 9 ′ are moved around the fulcrum. It is also possible to turn the sandwiching plates 9 and 9 'so that the tips are always in contact with the valley fold lines 17 and 17', respectively.
[0014]
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state in which the folding of the bottom wall portion 4 is completed.
In this state, the right-angled isosceles triangular portions 14 and 14 ′ are formed on the inner surface side via the sandwich plate 9 ′, and the right-angled isosceles triangle portions 15 and 15 ′ are formed on the inner surface side via the sandwich plate 9. The outer surface side of these triangular portions is covered with the outer surface portion of the trapezoidal portion 10 together with the distal end portion of the push plate 8.
From this state, the plane portions 2 and 2 ′ are folded at valley fold lines 12 and 12 ′ so as to cover the trapezoidal portion 10. The state after folding is shown in the perspective view of FIG.
[0015]
Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the side wall portions 3 and 3 ′ which are vertically long and folded in two with the inner surface side as the outside are formed into right-angled isosceles triangular portions 14 and 14 ′ between the plane portions 2 and 2 ′. And isosceles triangles 15 and 15 '. This state is shown in the perspective view of FIG.
The sandwiching direction of the side wall portions 3 and 3 ′ may be from the lateral direction or from the longitudinal direction of the bottom wall portion 4 side or the opposite side.
[0016]
In the state shown in FIG. 7, as shown in FIG. 8, the side edges of the flat surface portions 2, 2 ′, the side wall portions 3, 3 ′ and the bottom wall portion 4 are thermally bonded, and the side edges and the bottom wall portion are thermally bonded. A bag-like container 1 (see FIG. 1) having portions 5, 6, and 7 is formed. The thermal bonding parts 5 and 6 are located in the same plane as the flat parts 2 and 2 'in the folded state of the bag-like container and extend to the side edges thereof, and the contents are transferred to the bag-like container. In the filled state, as shown in FIG. 1, the adhesive portions 6, 6 spread in the horizontal direction and extend in the horizontal direction as a pair of leg portions, so that the self-supporting stability is excellent and when lifted by hand Since the adhesive portions 6 and 7 are present at the bottom of the container, it becomes difficult to bend, so that the sheet used for the bag-like container can be made thin.
[0017]
FIG. 9 shows another embodiment. This embodiment also relates to the method for manufacturing the bag-like container shown in FIG. 1, and the steps shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 are the same. Therefore, the same parts as those in the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals. Description is omitted.
The difference from the above embodiment is that after the process shown in FIG. 4 is carried out, the pressing plate 8 and the sandwiching plates 9 and 9 ′ are removed, and as shown in FIG. The side wall portions 3 and 3 ′ are sandwiched between the right isosceles triangle portions 14 and 14 ′ and the right angle isosceles triangle portions 15 and 15 ′, respectively, and then the side wall portions 3 and 3 ′ and the bottom wall portion 4 are joined. The only point is that the flat portions 2 and 2 ′ are folded at the valley fold lines 12 and 12 ′ so as to cover them.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, a pair of flat portions and a bottom wall portion forming a bag-like container are formed by folding an integrated belt-like sheet, and a pair of side wall portions folded between the two side portions are sandwiched between the side wall portions and the flat portion. In addition, since the side edge portion where the bottom wall portion overlaps is thermally bonded, manufacturing can be easily automated even when a thin sheet is used, and waste of material can be saved.
Further, the manufactured bag-like container has excellent self-supporting stability and can form a strong bottom.
