Abstract
The invention discloses an upper and lower film integrated packaging bag, wherein a bag body structure of the packaging bag comprises an upper film, a lower film, a bottom sheet material and a lateral organ, wherein the upper film, the lower film and the bottom sheet material are of an integrated structure; the bottom web is positioned between the upper film and the lower film. The beneficial effects are as follows: the technology of the invention is that the upper film, the lower film and the bottom sheet material are of an integrated structure, cutting is not needed, the cutting process is reduced, and the loss of the film material is reduced; in the integrated structure, the upper film and the bottom sheet stock and the lower film and the bottom sheet stock do not have secondary packaging, so that the strength of the bag body is enhanced, and the service life is prolonged; the technical equipment has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and high applicability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of packaging bag processing machinery, in particular to a packaging bag with an integrated upper film and a lower film, equipment for processing the packaging bag and a processing method.
Background
The packaging bag is a bag for packaging various articles, so that goods are convenient to transport and easy to store in a production flow process, and the packaging bag is widely applied to daily life and industrial production. The upper film, the lower film and the bottom sheet material of the traditional upper packaging bag are of independent split structures or are integrated with the bottom sheet material into a whole, and are separated from the upper film, the separation part between the film and the film is fastened in a hot pressing mode under the structure, the firmness and the reliability of the hot pressing part are low, and the bag body is easy to break.
Accordingly, those skilled in the art have endeavored to develop a one-piece packaging bag which enhances the firmness of the bag body of the packaging bag.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned defects of the prior art, the present invention provides a packaging bag with integrated upper and lower films, and a processing method and apparatus thereof, so as to solve the problem of poor firmness of the bonding position of the films of the bag body.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a processing apparatus for a packaging bag with an integrated upper and lower film, comprising:
the film material conveying device is used for continuously conveying the packaging bag film material along the length direction of the packaging bag film material;
the guiding device is used for turning and guiding the packaging bag film material to form an upper film, a lower film and a bottom sheet material of the packaging bag;
and the bottom corner folding device is used for folding the bottom sheet material to form two folded bottoms.
Further, the guiding device comprises a first guiding device and a second guiding device, the first guiding device is used for guiding the packaging bag film material to be upwards turned along the length direction of the packaging bag film material, the film material layer positioned on the lower folding layer is the lower film of the packaging bag, and the film material layer positioned on the upper folding layer is used for forming the upper film and the bottom material of the packaging bag; the second guiding device is used for guiding the upper film to be folded towards one side of the lower film along the length direction of the upper film, and the upper film in the same direction as the lower film is formed.
Furthermore, the bottom corner folding device is positioned between the first guide device and the second guide device and is of a staggered double-layer structure, and the double-layer structure can accommodate a single-layer membrane material to pass through; the film material layer on the upper folding layer is folded by the bottom folding device to form two folded bottom sheet materials.
Furthermore, the bottom sheet of the packaging bag is folded in a Z shape by folding.
Further, the processing equipment for the upper and lower film integrated packaging bag further comprises a lateral organ conveying device and a lateral organ corner folding device, wherein the lateral organ conveying device is used for continuously conveying lateral organ films to corresponding positions of the lower film along the width direction of the packaging bag films; the side wind organ corner folding device is used for folding the side wind organ at the parts of the sheet material at the bottom of the packaging bag and the opening of the packaging bag to form a side organ.
Further, the side gusset folding device is arranged in front of the bottom gusset folding device, namely after the side gusset film folds form the side gusset, the film conveying device conveys the packaging bag film to the bottom gusset folding device along the length direction of the packaging bag film to form two folded bottoms.
Further, the processing equipment of upper and lower membrane integral type wrapping bag still includes the heat and pressure device, the heat and pressure device is through pressing with the wrapping bag the membrane is gone up to the heat and pressure device the membrane, the membrane is down, bottom sheet stock with the side wind musical instrument combines, forms the wrapping bag structure.

the fifth step: the upper folding layer forming the two folding parts is guided by the second guiding device to be folded towards the lower film in the conveying process of the film conveying equipment and covers the lower film and the upper side of the crosswind organ;
and a sixth step: and ironing the upper film, the lower film, the lateral wind organ and the bottom sheet material by a hot ironing device to form a packaging bag.
A top and bottom film integrated packaging bag comprises a packaging bag manufactured by the method and the device, wherein the bag body structure of the packaging bag comprises the top film, the bottom sheet material and the side organ, and the top film, the bottom film and the bottom sheet material are integrated; the side organ is of a two-side sheet structure of the packaging bag and is arranged at two side edges between the upper film and the lower film of the packaging bag and is of a membrane structure.
By implementing the packaging bag, the processing equipment and the processing method thereof provided by the invention, the following technical effects are achieved:
(1) the upper film, the lower film and the bottom sheet material of the packaging bag are of an integrated structure, cutting is not needed, the cutting process is reduced, and film material loss is reduced.
(2) In the integrated structure of the packaging bag, the upper film and the bottom sheet material as well as the lower film and the bottom sheet material do not have secondary packaging, so that the strength of the bag body is enhanced, and the service life is prolonged.
(3) The technical equipment has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and high applicability.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail with specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the upper and lower film integrated packaging bag has a bag body structure comprising an upper film 10, a lower film 11, a bottom sheet 12 and a side wind organ 13, wherein the upper film 10, the lower film 11 and the bottom sheet 12 are integrated; the bottom sheet material 12 is positioned at the bottom between the upper film 10 and the lower film 11, the side wind organ 13 is of a two-side sheet material structure of the packaging bag, and is positioned at two sides between the upper film 10 and the lower film 11 and is of a membrane structure.
As shown in fig. 2, the processing equipment for the upper and lower film integrated packaging bag comprises:
the film material conveying device 2 is used for continuously conveying the packaging bag film material 1 along the length direction;
the guiding device is used for turning over and guiding the packaging bag film material 1 to form an upper film 10, a lower film 11 and a bottom sheet material 12;
and a bottom folding device 6 for folding the bottom sheet material 12 to form two folded bottoms.
Further, the guiding device comprises a first guiding device 4 and a second guiding device 5, the first guiding device 4 is used for guiding the packaging bag film 1 to be turned upwards along the length direction of the packaging bag, the film layer at the lower layer of the folding is the lower film 11 of the packaging bag, and the film layer at the upper layer of the folding is used for forming the upper film 10 and the bottom material 12 of the packaging bag; the second guide means 5 is for guiding the upper film 10 to be folded toward the lower film 11 side in the longitudinal direction thereof to form the upper film 10 in the same direction as the lower film 11.
Further, the bottom corner folding device 6 is located between the first guiding device 4 and the second guiding device 5, as shown in fig. 3, and is a staggered double-layer structure, and the double-layer structure can accommodate the single-layer film material 1 to pass through; the upper folded film layer is folded by the bottom folding device 6 to form two bottom flaps 12.
Further, the bottom sheet 12 of the bag is folded in a "Z" shape by folding.
Further, the processing equipment for the upper and lower film integrated packaging bag further comprises a lateral organ conveying device 3 and a lateral organ corner folding device 31, wherein the lateral organ conveying device 3 is used for continuously conveying lateral organ film materials 30 to corresponding positions of the lower film 11 along the width direction of the packaging bag film materials 1; the side gusset gusseting device 31 is used to form the side gussets 13 at the portions of the gussets located at the bottom sheet 12 of the bag and at the opening of the bag.
Further, the side wind organ folding device 31 is disposed in front of the bottom folding device 6, that is, after the side wind organ film 30 is folded to form the side organs 13, the film material conveying device 2 conveys the packaging bag film material 1 to the bottom folding device 6 along the length direction thereof to form two folded bottoms.
Further, the processing equipment of the upper and lower film integrated packaging bag further comprises a hot pressing device, and the hot pressing device combines the upper film 10, the lower film 11, the bottom sheet material 12 and the side wind organ 13 of the packaging bag through hot pressing to form a packaging bag structure.
Based on the structure, the invention also provides a processing method of the upper and lower film integrated packaging bag, which comprises the following specific operation steps:
the first step is as follows: the film material conveying equipment 2 continuously conveys the packaging bag film material 1 along the length direction of the film material 1;
the second step is that: the side organ conveying device 3 continuously conveys the side organ film material 30 to a corresponding position on the lower film 11 of the packaging bag film material 1 along the width direction of the packaging bag film material 1; and the wind organ film material 30 is subjected to corner folding through a wind organ corner folding device 31 to form a side organ 13;
the third step: the film material conveying equipment 2 conveys the packaging bag film material 1 forming the lateral organ 13 to the first guiding device 4, the packaging bag film material 10 is folded, the lower layer after folding is a lower film 11, and the upper layer is used for forming an upper film 10 and a bottom sheet material 12;
the fourth step: the upper folding layer enters a bottom corner folding device 6 in the conveying process of the film conveying equipment 2, and the sheet material of the upper folding layer at the bottom is folded to form two folding parts at the bottom;
the fifth step: the upper folding layer forming the two folding parts is guided by the second guiding device 5 in the conveying process of the film conveying equipment 2, is folded towards the direction of the lower film 11 and covers the upper parts of the lower film 11 and the lateral wind organ 13;
and a sixth step: the upper film 10, the lower film 11, the side wind organ 13 and the bottom sheet 12 are ironed by a hot ironing device to form a packaging bag.

A processing device for an upper-film and lower-film integrated packaging bag comprises a film material conveying device, a side wind organ corner folding device, a hot pressing device, a guiding device and a bottom corner folding device; the guide device comprises a first guide device and a second guide device, and the first guide device is used for guiding the packaging bag film material to be turned upwards along the length direction of the packaging bag film material; the second guiding device is used for guiding the upper film to be folded towards one side of the lower film along the length direction of the upper film to form the upper film in the same direction as the lower film; after the first guiding device guides the turnover, the film material layer positioned on the lower folding layer is the lower film of the packaging bag, and the film material layer positioned on the upper folding layer is used for forming the upper film and the bottom material of the packaging bag; the bottom angle folding device is positioned between the first guide device and the second guide device and is of a staggered double-layer structure, and the double-layer structure can accommodate a single-layer membrane material to pass through; the film material layer on the upper folding layer is folded by the bottom corner folding device to form two bottom sheet materials with folded bottoms; the sheet materials at the bottom of the packaging bag are folded in a Z shape by folding; the side organ corner folding device is arranged in front of the bottom corner folding device, namely after the corner of the side organ film forms a side organ, the film conveying device conveys the packaging bag film to the bottom corner folding device along the length direction of the packaging bag film to form two folded bottoms.
