【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an air-blowing cleaning dust collection system and an air-blowing cleaning method used during air-blowing cleaning work that blows off dust attached to equipment under the floor of a railway vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in maintenance shops that perform inspections and repairs of railway vehicles, dust that adheres to equipment such as motors, generators, resistors, and control equipment under the railway floor is blown off with compressed air using an air gun. Blow cleaning work is performed. In this air blowing cleaning operation, an air blowing cleaning dust collection system is usually used to collect the generated dust.
[0003]
As such an air blowing cleaning dust collection system, what is shown, for example in FIG.7 and FIG.8 is known. This dust collection system is composed of a pair of

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and a first object is to effectively prevent dust from being scattered in the maintenance area of a railway vehicle in an air blowing cleaning operation, and to efficiently remove dust. The second object is to adapt to maintenance places of various shapes.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, an invention according to claim 1 is an air-blow cleaning dust collection system used during an air-blow cleaning operation for blowing and removing dust attached to equipment under the floor of the railway vehicle. From a dust collector that is arranged on both the left and right sides and sucks air from a suction port provided so as to face the floor under the railcar, and purifies the sucked air, and a cleaning work area sandwiched between the dust collectors An air supply device for supplying air so that dust does not come out, and the dust collector is provided so as to be movable along a longitudinal direction of the railway vehicle, and is equipped with the air supply device. The air supply device supplies air from the left and right sides of the railway vehicle toward the inside of the cleaning work area and the center of the cleaning work area .
[0008]
Such an air-blowing cleaning dust collection system is used when performing an air-blowing cleaning operation in which dust attached to equipment under the floor of a railway vehicle is blown off using, for example, compressed air using an air gun. Dust generated under the floor of the railway vehicle is sucked together with air from a suction port provided so as to face the floor of the railway vehicle and purified by a dust collector. At this time, the air supply device supplies air so that dust does not come out from the cleaning work area sandwiched between the dust collectors. According to this air-blowing cleaning dust collection system, since the air supply device is provided, there is no risk of dust scattering outside from the cleaning work area, and it is possible to effectively prevent dust from scattering in the maintenance area of the railway vehicle. Is obtained.
[0009]
In the air blowing cleaning dust collection system of the present invention, the air supply device supplies air toward the inside of the cleaning work area. The air supply direction is more reliable to supply air toward the inside of the cleaning work area than the direction along the boundary of the cleaning work area, such as an air curtain. Is preferred. In particular, the air supply device preferably supplies air toward the inside of the cleaning work area from behind a work position for an operator to perform an air blowing work. In this case, it is more preferable because an operator who performs an air blowing operation is not likely to be covered with dust. The air supply amount of this air supply device is preferably 5 to 30%, and particularly preferably 10 to 25%, of the intake air amount (exhaust air amount) at the intake port. This is because if it is less than 5%, the dust scattering prevention effect from the cleaning work area tends to be weak, and if it exceeds 30%, the air suction may be affected.
[0010]
Moreover, in the air blowing cleaning dust collection system of this invention, it is preferable that the said suction inlet is provided in the position which got under the floor of the said rail vehicle from the side surface of the said rail vehicle. In this case, since the suction port approaches the dust generation source, air containing dust can be sucked more reliably, and dust can be efficiently removed, which is preferable. In addition, the suction port may be integrated with the dust collector through a connecting portion formed according to a step between the traveling surface of the railway vehicle and the installation surface of the collecting device. Even home-type maintenance areas (maintenance areas with steps like the platform of a station) can cope.
[0011]
Further, in the air blow cleaning dust collecting system of the present invention, the dust collecting device is provided so as to be movable along the longitudinal direction of the rail vehicle, that is equipped with the air supply device. In this case, the dust collector equipped with the air supply device can be moved along the longitudinal direction of the railway vehicle. Therefore, after cleaning the equipment under the floor of a long railway vehicle, the dust collector is moved. The air blow cleaning of the next equipment can be performed, and the efficiency of the cleaning work is improved.
[0012]
This movable dust collector may be equipped with an air compressor that supplies compressed air used to blow dust. In this case, since the compressed air required for the air blowing cleaning is supplied from the dust collector, the air blowing cleaning of the railway vehicle can be performed continuously. On the other hand, for example, a line for supplying compressed air is provided along a railway vehicle, and a plurality of outlets are provided in the line, and when compressed air is supplied from the outlet, Every time the dust device moves a predetermined distance, it is necessary to change the outlet. For this reason, workability is improved when an air compressor is mounted on the dust collector.
